I just went there Sat n I worked out after I worked out I went swimming n got in the hot tub n after that got a shower n after we left I noticed my hair that it turned it green n I called them n said wash it alot of times n it should come out well it didn't so I tried something eles it's starting to bring the green out it's still in thier I'm working on getting it out so if I was u I would be careful with anything to do with there water I will workout thier but I will not be using it trusting anything with thiet water again not even thier showers

This is a quite gym with a pool, sauna, steam room, and gym floor, which is layed out with both free weights, machines, and treadmills.They also have a massage team that goes under the name Angel's Touch Massage.

Friendly staff, exercise classes for all ages, racquetball courts/games are fun to watch, and the steam room and sauna are a great place to unwind in after a great workout!
