I dropped-in from MN for 2 days. John and the community were great. I thought I'd avoid snatches by being away from my home gym, but sure enough, snatches it was! Great instruction and atmosphere! I'll be back.

We had a super spontanious drop in at CrossFit Thelo. It did not matter that we came a bit late to the class, the owner of the box included us quickly in the class and we followed the programm. It was really nice, we keep the drop in in good memory - greetings from germany :)!
