I was recently in Orange Beach for vacation and dropped in Crossfit Strong Heart the last 2 days of my trip after being very frustrated after a few workouts at another area box. It was more than worth the extra drive out to Foley from Orange Beach and wish I had been going there all week. Andrew is one of the better Coaches I have had the privilege to meet and left very impressed by the programming, community, and atmosphere. One thing that impressed me the most was that while warming up for the first workout Andrew was quick to point out a hitch in one of my lifts and gave me some drills to work on to fix it. If you are in the area Crossfit Strong Heart is by far the best Box to visit and if you live in the area you would be missing out by not becoming a member of Crossfit Strong Heart.

Awesome GYM with great COACHES! I have been a member for over 9 months. My friend kept telling me about Crossfit Strong Heart and how I should join. I was nervous at first, especially from what I heard about Crossfit being crazy hard. The first time I stepped in there, I was greeted by friendly members and giving me the, "way to go, you got this" as I struggle towards the finish line. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (...not sayin!) if not for the personal attention given at Crossfit Strong Heart. Andrew and Matt are always encouraging and has vast knowledge in the proper techniques of all our workouts to avoid injuries. I am extremely happy and haven't felt this healthy and fit in years! Crossfit Srong Heart, YOU ARE THE BOMB!

In my years of CrossFit, I’ve become accustomed to a family atmosphere where we encourage and support each other, especially during times of hardship. Those are obviously not the principles and practices that are promoted at this business. If you are looking for a supportive atmosphere. This isn't the place for you.

As for the "gentleman" who had negative things to say about OUR gym... We are a very close and very supportive group of individuals...maybe it's you who is not the supportive type so with that being said we do not like you spreading negativity about our cross fit family!! Yes I say family cause that's what we are...I do hope you find a gym that is more suitable for you.... Andrew and Matt are GREAT coaches and I have grown so much in so many areas of my workouts since becoming a member in Sept 2017.... We don't need negativity at OUR gym so again.. I hope you find what you are looking for cause obviously a strong gym family bond is NOt what you are looking for in your gym search!

Have you ever experienced being aggressively believed in? It is a very painful but very fulfilling experience to have coaches who push you but don't just scream at you. They motivate each person differently.

The coaches here are knowledgeable and helpful. They spend a ton of time correcting form and making sure that every lift is performed correctly. Highly recommend this box if you are looking for one to drop in or join!
