I walked in with the intention of buying a membership. I arrived 20 minutes before the WOD started and waited at the front desk. I was passed by two coaches and countless members and no one so much as acknowledged me, And here I was under the impression that community was one of the founding ideals of CrossFit. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

I began doing CrossFit not too long ago. Before I made a commitment to picking a Box I took my time and visited most boxes more than once. Sacrifice became the one that made me feel the most welcomed and at home. Coaches and fellow athletes are awesome! Everyone is encouraging, inviting and friendly! So if you're looking for a place to excercise, meet people and have fun- this is it! I love our coaches and owners! When you come visit us, do find a coach or someone to point you into the right person to talk to- and I promise you will love Sacrifice, you will love this space and you will want to stay.

By far on of the best boxes I have ever trained out. The coaches are professional, and emphasize accuracy over intensity. The coaches are very safety minded. Don't get me wrong, they will push you, but they will do it in a good way. If you have never done it, I recommend coming to one of their free classes to get your feet wet.

Great place and community. The owner Mark is so helpful and makes you feel like family. The coaches worked well with me and they make you feel like they are genuinely there to help you not judge you. Amazing atmosphere.

Called to ask if they were in need of coaches and after I said my name and asked for Management or the owner I was met with a cold hard "We're not interested." click Cool..... probably could have lost a client. This is why crossfit gyms have a bad rap. I'm sure the gym gets contacted all the time by people trying to solicit money but damn.

Their Fresh Kitchen Restaurant food is delicious and they have meal prep there. The food is sooo good. I had salmon, potatoes and asparagus.

I've been at CrossFit Sacrifice for 1 year and 9 months. The atmosphere is lively and motivating. The coaches are hands on and encouraging. And the members at Sacrifice are friendly and welcoming. I've recommended this CrossFit box to several people and will continue to recommend it. I only wish I started sooner.

The kitchen is a great addition and Alex makes an awesome breakfast and lunch to order or ahead of time. The staff cares about keeping the location clean and tidy and I appreciate the efforts Rachel and others. I've never loved a gym more than this...ever!!! I was super intimidated to start my crossfit journey, but was welcomed from minute one! I absolutely love the coaches!! They have taught me so much over the past year & half, and continue to do so on a daily basis! This community is awesome! Can't say enough great things about the people that work out here...they have become my very closest of friends. I can't imagine my life without this community, gym and friends. I absolutely love Crossfit Sacrifice & can't say enough GREAT things about it!! I would recommend Crossfit Sacrifice to anyone & everyone! Great community, great coaches & great owners!!

My wife and I walked in with the intentions of joining. We waited at the front desk and nobody came to speak with us (we thought it was because they were about to start a workout). So we hung out for an entire workout session to see what it was all about and still we were never approached or felt invited. We both know we were seen because we stood out being the only 2 people watching and still in our work clothes. It's too bad too, now my wife and I are going to have to drive across town to a gym who cares about their customers. Good luck Crossfit Sacrifice, hope you stay in business!

Love this box! Great community, good programming, and helpful coaches who have taught me so much over this past year. And they offer FREE childcare, with sweet caregivers who do a wonderful job looking after the little ones. Coaches encourage scaling for newer athletes, and as you progress, fellow athletes will make sure you pick it up a notch when you’re ready. For all these reasons and more, this is a great place to grow as an athlete! A++

I have known both Chris and Mark (the owners) personally for the past 5 years. As a current gym owner, I can only hope to recreate their success, and I've taken much from what I've learned from them, and applied it to my own facility. They have outstanding coaches, a HUGE facility, and an outstanding community. For the time I lived in Columbus, this place was my home away from home. Go to this gym.

Crossfit Sacrifice is a top notch facility and environment in which to train. Chris, Mark, and the staff there do a great job of coaching technique and encouraging throughout the workouts. I was traveling in the area and with the amount of space they have I was able to train my own programming but was given the option to join the classes as well. Whether on a short term basis or for year round training, Crossfit Sacrifice is the place you should go.

I travel globally and drop into more boxes than my home box. I had a great workout and this is of the best xfit gyms I've dropped into but that's no surprise it's owned by a Ranger. The place is huge and while the classes are big, they have two coaches and the classes are run very very professionally. The facility is open and bright with excellent equipment and everyone I spoke too was totally friendly. Thanks for the hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone visiting or PCSing to Ft. Benning, GA (Columbus, GA).

I have been getting back into Crossfit recently and what a great place to drop in if your an out of towner. If I lived here I would definitely make this my home box. Coaches Reed and Kelsey (sorry if spelling is wrong) were great in warming you up and preparing you for the movements you were going to be doing in the workout. Coach Mark was a great guy and true gym owner as you can tell he cares for his members as well as drop ins. I highly recommend and I'll be back!

This was box was my introduction to CrossFit. Great facility for all levels, and the owners Mark and Chris are very accommodating. I found it was a great place to gain and maintain fitness. between schools for those in the military.

I've been member of a little over 2 yrs. The owners, coaches, and members are amazing! It's such an encouraging good of people!! I may not be very strong, but I'm so much stronger than I ever thought I could be. Give it a try, it's worth it!!!
