I've been going here for about 6 months, and it's been the best gym I've ever been to. There's a great family atmosphere and community that supports and encourages you to work hard and be better than you were. Scott is a fantastic coach who makes sure he pushes you to achieve your goals while making sure you're being safe. If you haven't been yet, you should definitely stop in and visit.
