I never saw myself joining a gym or working out with a group of people. However, my son invited me to a class and I have felt like family ever since. The coaches push without being pushy and encourage me to always get stronger and better, just outside my comfort level. I will forever be thankful for that first invitation and look forward to growing in the best gym in town!!

I cannot say enough about how awesome CF11 is. This gym and these coaches are the best! They truly changed the way I view health and fitness. Everyone is super encouraging and nonjudgmental. They have taught me how to do so many new things and challenge me week after week. Everyday is a new and fun experience and I love working out there so much. I look forward to getting better everyday and am so thankful I found CF11! ❤️❤️❤️
