This gym is the best! They have created a real sense of community, so you have everyone cheering you on in your goals instead of competing with you.

Dropped in for a WOD---didn't really like how long it took to notice me and the vibe of the members isn't really what I look for at a crossfit gym (instant community). It was also very disorganized and chaotic (they might be in the middle of repairs)... I like neatness. Coach was knowledgable and WOD was fun.

Not your normal pumped up chest bumping gym. These guys take the time to truly look at each individual needs and design workouts for them if needed. They still have the same high energy as the other guys and some world class athletes but it is just different, friendly environment.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience here! We were in town for a week long sporting event, and I can't begin to describe how open and welcoming this gym was to us! It's a huge facility with a great atmosphere! I can promise that it would be our gym should we ever move to the Columbus area!

CrossFit CSG is absolutely amazing! Their knowledgeable coaches helped me with my rehab following back surgery. All WOD’s were modified to keep me within my limits. They are definitely not just a CrossFit gym. They care about community and their members become a family that spread outside the walls. I recommend them to everyone!

When they say “all ages, all abilities” they mean it. Truly a supportive and welcoming environment. All the workouts can be tailored to individual needs by very knowledgeable coaches. Small classes are a plus too. The new facility is first class. Free Saturday workouts so there’s no excuse for not giving CSG a try.
