They have classes I can take in the evenings which includes aqua classes. They also provide babysitting services and physical therapy. Staff are great!

The ymca has less kids getting in the way of you working out, I would not recommend this place ever.

The only heated pool that is almost 90°. I love swimming in the early morning. They also have a great Physical Therapy team.
