Great trainers! Great price! Great results! The trainers and other members at this gym have become such great friends to me and I really enjoy working out with them each time. The trainers are different in their own ways, but they’re all effective and needed! I joined this gym in October of 2017 and have never had a bad workout. Chase and Kyle have helped me to lose 60 pounds already and I’m still working hard with them each week. Chase creates fun challenges to motivate us and constantly change up your workout so you will never get bored. They monitor your progress and review your results every three months with you, and they’re also willing to go through food journals to help you stay on track with nutrition as well. Love this gym so much!

I loved this gym. I really did. I loved the workouts and the price and I saw results QUICKLY working out with the owner for about 3 months. unfortunately some things happened with the trainers that caused me to leave the gym and I regret it because health wise I NEEDED this gym and once I left I couldn't find a gym anywhere like it. It is one of a kind youwill see results. the best advice I will give is to keep everything 100% professional. don't try to be friends with the trainers because that is what caused me to lose this gym that I desperately needed. other than my issues with the trainers personally there is not a bad thing I can say about this gym. I wish none of what happened had happened because id still be there today otherwise. great gym. avoid Kyle and work out with chase only if you can..

Awesome gym and trainers that motivate you to workout. They even call if you miss days consecutively!! I like that and highly recommend.
