I'm a member there and the coaches and trainers are always hands on. I have improved in areas I never thought of . The trainers are so nice funny motivating and strict but they are fantastic

I have two boys ages 7 & 8 that train here regularly. Simeon, Ryan, Jarvis and the entire staff are all great teachers and aid in developing young athletes. I highly recommend the facility and the training. They take the time to evaluate and get to know my kids and treat each of them wonderfully. Both kids enjoy their time training, and they train as much as possible. The only downside is that when school starts back, with all the activities and sports, they will probably will not be able to attend as much as they would like. Simply put, you will not get a ROI for your child. Again, I highly recommend the developmental program for young athletes at BlackWatch Sports Performance. If your child is not training here, they are getting left behind athletically. But it's not just about being a better athlete however. They treat my kids like family and work on character as well. Only suggestion, start developmental training on weekends too, especially during school. Highly recommended!

My kids absolutely love going here to work out and I never thought I would say that about any place. The trainers push them hard but are very motivating. My son is also taking baseball hitting lessons here.
