My wife suggested I try this place after struggling for years to find a workout routine I could stick with. One month in, I'm definitely hooked. Never thought I'd say I look forward to waking up everyday at 5 am to sweat it out at the 6:15 am class. All staff and instructors are extremely friendly and made trying to get back into shape enjoyable. There's really no better way to start off your day than with some good music & a bag. Highly recommend

The workouts and staff are amazing. However, the $185 monthly fee is just too much for a facility with one class area. Large gyms like Equinox in big cities cost the same but have multiple classes and many amenities. If you want to come during a certain time slot but it is full then tough, you can’t work out that day. You aren’t able to choose a different class at the same time. During the summer they ran a 2 month unlimited classes for $250 but if you were a regular month to month contract and didn’t have time to give your 30 day notice then you couldn’t take advantage. Classes were so full that the full paying customers were never guaranteed spots. If you can afford it, it is a wonderful workout with great teachers who give inspiring messages and you leave feeling empowered.
