I have had such a bad experience with 9Rounds. I can only speak for the one on Balch Road, but have an overall animosity towards the company. I signed a year long contract thinking that this could be something I got into, and was told “It will save you $20 a month if you do a year!” My expectations were that if I needed to break the contract, I would just have to pay a sizable fee. Unfortunately what they didn’t tell me, is that you cannot cancel your contract ever. So when I was unable to attend anymore due to work, and them closing so early, I was forced to continue to pay 69 dollars a month, for an entire year. My mistake- but I absolutely feel like they should have told me when I signed that contract that you could never cancel. In addition, at the time I called and asked to cancel, the manager said as rudely as humanly possible that there is no way she didn’t tell me. Which she didn’t, otherwise I wouldn’t have signed a contract. My year contract is finally expiring, and I haven’t been able to attend in months. I was expecting to get lots of emails asking me to reup my lease, and when I didn’t I started to be concerned that they were going to auto renew me for another year. I didn’t think that was possible because it is not in the contract I signed, but when I went back to my emails from a year ago it says “This agreement will auto-renew at the end of the term”. Which is unbelievably frustrating. Another thing that was not properly conveyed- one email a year ago. Hopefully I can get out in time before I have to pay another year.

I've been kickboxing at 9Round for almost six months now, and I feel stronger than ever! This is a unique gym, and I like that you don't have to schedule a class time in advance. Angel and Marc are awesome trainers! I only wish they were open on Sundays.

Very good place to get in extra cardio and it's a positive setting. Ryan was awesome at keeping me focus on finishing the entire 9 rounds

As a recovering stroke victim with head trauma since October 2016 and former Professional Trainer & Fitness Instructor of 14 yrs, i recommend 9 Rounds to anyone wanting get in shape and increase his/ her fitness level. Although I need guidance from a trainer for my workout, everyone else in the other 8 Rounds still receive the same amazing guidance from the designated Trainer, no matter the fitness level of the individual. 9'Rounds is AWESOME. I look forward to reaching an even greater fitness level that surpasses ANY and ALL fitness certifications I have ever acquired and mastered in my PAST. I'm on a new journey. And 9 Rounds is my new beginning.

I love the trainers, the atmosphere, and the way every day's exercises are different! The only downside is the limited hours, but if you can make this work with your schedule it's a great workout.

I came to try the free class. This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had in a gym setting. I’ve wanted to try kickboxing and see if it was going to be something not only I could do but something I’d enjoy. Ok first I’m 44 years old and out of shape - like I walk to my car at work - that’s about it. No judgement- Andrew walked me through each round, encouraged me to do what I could- and I did a lot for an old out a shape chick, and as more people came in, kept pace with each each individual. This was fun, I moved, I sweated, I wanted to stop half way through and die but he was like “Nope- you’ve got this- baby steps, just keep moving”. They have classes all the time. Go! Try this!! You’ll thank me.
