Teton Pines in my most recent visit was an abomination of a golf club. I wanted to take a guest to play a round of golf. My guest and I went around to the cart barn and asked for a cart to put our bags on. The employee was extremely rude. He gave us a cart that had old beer cans and a sweatshirt in the back of the cart. He never mentioned giving us a clean cart, or even just a cart that someone’s personal belongings are not in. All he said was along the lines of “this is all we have at the moment.” Both my guest and myself were so disgusted that we packed our bags and traveled to another nearby course entitled, Shooting Star. We felt much more comfortable there and overall had 100x better experience. Overall, very disappointed with the Pines, and I will not be coming back any time soon.

I just got finished playing the bagpipes for the opening of the yearly golf tournament... for the second time. And had a great time, as usual! The greens are beautifully-maintained, the area is emaculently clean, the patrons are very friendly and appreciative of my music, and the Golf Pro, Mr. Matt Stireman, is awesome to work with. Service was/is great. That said, I confess that I am very nervous around individuals who enjoy spending huge amounts of money hitting a stupid ball. Why not spend the time working to effect CHANGE, before it is FAR TOO LATE.?????
