This Golf corresponds to the category of Golf club.
Staff very friendly and helpful. The golf course is beautiful. It appears to be difficult to play.
Golf course is immaculate. Attention to detail is excellent. Very challenging with variety of shots required. Greens were hard for end of June, ball wouldn't check upless hitting high and hard wedge. Incredibly scenic and flight from L.A. was really cheap. Highly recommend if you want to play a gorgeous golf course in splendor.
Love this place! It's a great little secret! Great service and golf course! Food is basic but delicious!
Nice golfing
walked the pedestrian trails,nice!
Good restaurant with a view, driving range is grass, nice course, I hear it's tough if you miss the fairway.
Golf boards is the only way to play.
Very slow play. Even during the work week. No marshall's to keep pace going. Way to many twosome with four at times on a hole. Not worth the time, effort and expense to get there. Condition of course not as good as published.
Its really started to play slow of late. Not sure why but if you're coming from Seattle, taking a ferry etc, a 5.5-6 hour round sucks.
Tough but enjoyable tract, great bar service, food pretty good.
The course is challenging and the greens are in great shape!
Great course. Little difficult bust first time playing it. Definitely worth a return trip.
Excellent Golf Course terrible customer service.
Great fun
Diamond in the rough
Great golf course excellent food
Great course and awesome servers
I played Sunday, June 25, 2017 with a 7:12am tee time. I was told my two-some was the second group but I never saw anyone ahead of us. Probably finished around 10:30. This was my first round at White Horse and will likely be my last. Here's why: The round was completely ruined by one of the greenskeepers. Starting on the 11th fairway and continuing through the 16th green, 6 of our 18 holes were completely interrupted. As we hit approach shots from the 11th fairway a greenskeeper turned on sprinklers for the 11th green. We then had to wait for the sprinklers to shut off to complete the hole. We initially assumed he didn't see us, but he continued even after he new we were there. This pattern continued in each fairway until the par 5-14th. The same employee was standing on the green spraying it down with a hose. We whistled to get his attention as we stood in the fairway wanting to hit our approach shots. He stopped watering after about 30 more seconds, and I hit my approach toward the front pin leaving it about 5 paces short of the green in the fairway. As we drove to the green the guy cuts a new pin in the back left corner of the green and fills the prior front pin placement. As he was doing this we complained to him, and said this should have been done earlier in the morning and his reply was "it is early". This was around 9:30am when sunrise was at 5:18am. I woke up at 4:30am and drove almost 2 hours to play this course. The watering fiasco continued until the 16th green when we finally got ahead of him. As we walked off the 16th green he was spraying with a hose a few steps behind us. It honestly felt like we were being chased off of the green. My playing partner and I each have over 20 years of golf experience at courses all over the country ranging from cheap municipal courses to some of the more famous public courses. I have no idea how many rounds I have played in my life, and until today I had never even seen a hole cut for a new pin. The idea that someone would do it after a group has hit approach shots is beyond absurd. I complained in the pro shop after the round. They seemed a bit embarrassed but basically just said sorry. I won't make this drive again.
Good place to get away for a quiet lunch looking out over the golf course. The staff is very good.
Amazing view awesome Golf Course never knew it was there had a great time
Really surprised how nice this course was. Walked for about $28. Definitely worth the trip over the sound. Accuracy is keen, especially on your shots to the green.
Nice course. Poor service on the course. BYOB. And lazy attitude by staff when asked to address issues. For an upscale course, I shouldn't be walking an extra mile to get a beverage.
Gorgeous and fresh
Tough greens to read, and alot of uphill down hill side hill shots a really good challenge
Food and service is always great!
Great course, well maintained and not too crowded on a Saturday morning in April
Very nice, 1st time golfer, I'm not qualified to rate really. Will say, someone works really hard to maintain the greens

Excellent
Great views of course from lounge area with outdoor seating
Great food! Try their house made chicken strips with chipotle ranch dipping sauce, it's only $7 and delicious. Beautiful views.
Fantastic
A Marshall is needed. It's a big course and sketchy things happen away from clubhouse. Got behind a 5some. 1 walking only 4 sets of clubs. Stayed far enough ahead pretty much ruined the experience for us.

Tough greens to read, and alot of uphill down hill side hill shots a really good challenge
Really enjoyed the golf here. Course has a great layout for the amateur as well as the more advanced golfer. Clubhouse had good food too!
Good food, pleasant staff and awesome view
Challenging course that makes you use a lot of clubs in your bag. Went in late March and course wasn't super soggy like most in the area. The restaurant was very nice looking but only had a beer so no comment on food at this time.
Get golf course
Course was in great shape and got a good deal online. We decided walk on the ferry and have the course shuttle us. My group didn't play great so at the turn we asked to start over and they were able to accommodate us for a nominal fee. Fair …
Bring your A game here. Unforgiving if you're not in the fairway, but a good test, and nice and secluded. They'll pick you up from the Kingston ferry too

Great challenging course, awesome 19th Hole. Real grass driving range. Thank you Suquamish. Worth the ferry ride.
Invigorating golf course. Calm yet subtle shifts in terrain make it challenging. Taking short cuts on par-5's possible: hit trees and ricochet wherever for creative shots.
Golf boards were a blast, Bruce and the staff we very kind. Treated my out of town family great.
Very nice and polite people
Nice course. course condition are very nice right now. Played last week. Will play the course again very soon.
Will Return!!
Been here a few times and its always worth the trek across the water. The course is simply gorgeous and manicured to perfection. It will kick your butt, but you'll enjoy every second of it. Much better course than the simarly priced courses on the east side of the sound and infinitely better value.
The bartender was amazing and Jeanna M. is beautiful and very attentive I'll be back!

Awesome course and I am loving the golf boards
This course keeps getting on lists of best courses in state and nation. Excellent banquet/meeting facility and restaurant.
One of the best in the NorthWest!
Course was in perfect shape. Amazing driving range. Green were true and fast.
Good food, pleasant staff and awesome view
Great course , lots of fun , great staff
Great course, nice weather.
Happy hour is an incredible deal! Hidden away from the crowds it's a great place to be
Best parmesan fries ever
Great course, challenges for everyone. Multiple tees boxes, great staff and immaculate greens. Worth the drive over from wherever you are.
The course is shorter but challenging. Feet are never level greens are firm. Forget trying to get the ball to check up. I have played this course more than a dozen times. Always never fails to kick people's butts regardless of skill level.
Tight and demands accurate shots
Nice course, great condition. Scenic and a great layout. I used to rate this a 4 Star course but now it’s overpriced. I hate when a nice course has delusions of grandeur and prices themselves beyond reason.
Amazing course, very secluded, we'll run and great service
Beautiful course if you like all your stances side hill
Beautiful but challenging - little room for errors or the score balloons!
Beautiful location, great food, friendly people. On a sunny day, or after 18? Unbeatable.
Beautiful course. Well maintained.
Restaurant is very nice.
Its relaxing and nice greens and driving range.
Beautifully manicured. Friendly staff. Great day of golf
Great course layout. Very good conditions considering the weather we have had. I would recommend bringing a few extra balls for this track. Anything off the first cut of rough could be hard to find
Beautiful but tough course. Staff and field marshal were very friendly and helpful
Fantastic, is and always the best on my list.
Great range, real grass, just practice
Course is lovely, but the lack of a beverage cart and poor service at the turn is why it gets 3 stars
Great golf course, good service. Fun place to visit to play golf or just enjoy the food and drinks at the club house.
The course is Challenging, But I like the challenge. Their app is wonderful for the fly over to check the course out. Bring lots of balls because the out of bounds, is out of bounds.
I have always liked it here.
It might be since it was my virgin run of the course, but it was a great experience. It kicked my butt, but it was a good butt kicking. Staff was decent, range was excellent (pic attached) and the course was in great condition. I love hitting off the grass and this range was perfectly set up to gauge your distance and abilities before playing. Pace was solid this Labor Day Saturday at 3:08. We finished our twosome at 6:40. One group in front of us let us play through, but even the group in front of us move briskly enough to finish quick enough to get a timely dinner. The greens had a mix, it appears of Bermuda grass and the normal grass you see on Golf mountain and other top courses. They were in incredible condition. This might be an incredible find for folks looking for something different from the regular courses. I would give it more like a 4.5 or so, but I'm opting for 5 since it was an incredible day.
A course open less than a decade with a hundred years of character.
Played yesterday, the course was in fantastic shape, the green were fast, the fairways were pristine, the practice facility has a grass range, and the staff is gracious. I feel they could use a few more people to help on the staff but maybe they were busy because of a tournament. I have also read about people complaining about pace of play but our round was under 4&1/2 and we walked the course. The course challenges you at all levels and is a delight. The Olympic Peninsula has the best courses and value in the Seattle area and White Horse should be on your list to play. The ferry ride is a bonus experience.
Great course. Nice get-a-way from the city
Nice course, restaurant opens late. Food wasn't good.
Great Game.
5 star experience
Beautiful Course
Very nice as usual
The course is challenging and always in great condition.
Always in great condition, even when it rains all week. Worth the ferry ride.
Nice course, lots of rolling fairways and tough greens.
Well maintained and challenging course.
Great menu and waite staff
Great courses
If you live on the Seattle side of the water, hop on the ferry and schedule the free shuttle pick-up ahead of time - makes the commute totally doable on a regular basis. Course is always in good shape and plays tough, great staff behind the bar as well.
This course is lovely, beautiful, and very well maintained. The fairways are lined by majestic lush forests of fir, cedar and deciduous trees and natural shrubs. I heard an amazing diversity of birds singing as I walked the course (some 24 species either heard or seen, including Bald Eagle, California Quail and four flycatcher species). Also came across a deer. But what is beautiful can be deadly to your golf game: If you don't hit the ball straight, your ball can end up lost in the woods; there's usually very little chance to hit it out of the rough. There are a fair number of bunkers, too. So accuracy is a must on this course. The greens are undulating. There is some up and down to the walk but nothing severe. It's about a 6.5 mile walk we were told. The course was quiet and peaceful and not at all crowded. There was neither ranger nor technology nagging us about our pace. The greens fee ($35 on June 17 Tuesday) was a great bargain. Driving range was good (grass). We ate in the cafe afterwards and found the food and drink very good and service friendly.
Lunch was very nice - waiter was excellent (Michael). Will return in soon. JH
Challenging golf course in a beautiful setting for skilled golfers. It is also very well maintained!
Order the grilled cheese burger it is awesome, the course is nice a challenge
Coorse in great shape.
Great happy hour location. Beautiful grounds.
White horse is a great course for the price. They have great rates for twilight and has really improved the overall feeling of the course since the casino bought it and put some money into it. I enjoy playing this course everytime I go home to see my parents. I believe they let the local high school golf team play here for free, which I have a lot of respect for that community feeling in a golf course. Although, it is also a really hard course. I hear they have made the course easier taking out some of the massive amounts of sand traps.
Great public golf course!
Best course in the area
Very Beautiful Place! I Love this place. Very very Peaceful so unreal.
Nice course.
Really enjoyed the golf here. Course has a great layout for the amateur as well as the more advanced golfer. Clubhouse had good food too!
Breakfast out on the patio awesome!
Rates are a little high
Great course. Just be sure to keep it on the fairways!
Nice course, good shape, played fast. Mosquitos a little bothersome this morning
Beautiful day to simply hit a bucket of balls and enjoy a beer and fish and chips on the patio with my wife.
Thanks for letting KHS use the facility.
Tough fair challenge
beautiful golf course
This is such a challenging course but that is what makes it so great. You really need to plot your way around. Played this course in February and I could not believe how great the condition of the course was despite a wet winter. And the greens were in immaculate condition and playing fast for winter. So impressed with this course
This is a great course. The free shuttle from the Kingston Ferry makes it a wonderful outing.
Great Course!
Great golf course. Challenging course but fun. Great greens and beautiful fairways. Great views. Long drive to get to the course but worth it.
Inspiring course. PGA-level quality, yet highly playable for double-bogey and scratch golfers.
Loved it! I've got a new local favorite. Definitely the best course for the price, hands down. They take pride in their property for sure and it took us under 3 hours to play 18. Unheard of these days. And then there's Belle in the bar. Excellent smile and drinks and service. I can't imagine my life without this place in it's future...
Had a great time at White Horse. Very tough course, but it was in good condition for having just been uncovered from a pretty long lasting snow fall.
My favorite course in Seattle.
Well maintained, long, greens were fast, golf boards. Beverage cart is cash only.
We love going there. Everyone is so nice, food is very good. R

(Translated by Google) I've been to Gold Mountain since I've been recommended, but it was very good ^^ I have a lot of trees and a good lawn care so it's good to play (Original) 골드마운틴에서 만난 사람 추천으로 와봤는데 엄청 좋았어요^^ 나무도 많고 잔디관리가 엄청 잘되어있어서 치기가 좋습니다
Love this course! Horrible restaurant service. Bartender asked us to have a seat at a table when we asked if we could order. Then a parade of others walked up to the counter and ordered. After 10 minutes of this, went up and were told wouldn't be ready before shuttle pickup time. Very disappointing after a great round of golf.
There was a chinese group tournament ahead of us with 6 - 8 people per group and we waited 20 minutes on every shot. We complained three or four times to marshall and they refused to do anything. Horrible experience.
I thought it looked like a really difficult course
Great food and drinks
Worth the drive to play at White Horse. One of the nicest courses in the area that isn't super expensive. The greens are deceptively fast and well maintained. Fairways can be pretty humbling for even slightly errant tee shots. White Horse has a shuttle service from the Kingston ferry, an added bonus for golfers coming from Seattle or Edmonds. They also have the single-person scooters that look really fun but I haven't tried one yet.
Liked the golf course. Hated the people at the desk in the pro shop. We brought our own alcohol like we do at every golf course, left our ice box in the golf cart while we were at the range and putting green. Out comes this chick out of the pro shop, goes to our cart and just takes our ice box. My brother asked her what she was doing, she said she was going to confiscate our stuff. My brother is like no your're not. She's like it's against the law for you to have alcohol. Ok you are stupid it is not against the law, drop my ice box and walk away, just tell me we cannot bring our own alcohol to the course, and by the way no one told us that we couldn't bring it, didn't see any signs either. On top of that we only saw the cart girl once and paid $12 for a double rum and coke. Last time I come from Seattle and play here. Also will tell all my golf buddies not to come here. Go to Port Ludlow.
Paint houses out here real nice neighborhood..
Good prices, good food (I had the fish tacos), decent beer selection, and a great view of the golf course. I will definitely be going back in the future.
Prom bro
Good times!
Great place for Golf, friendly staff, and good food. Looking forward to my next visit.
Hard but fun
A Marshall is needed. It's a big course and sketchy things happen away from clubhouse. Got behind a 5some. 1 walking only 4 sets of clubs. Stayed far enough ahead pretty much ruined the experience for us.
Very good golf course, fairways and greens are in good shape. The surrounding landscape is beautiful and all you can hear are the birds and the wind blowing through the firs.
Nice course, friendly staff. Restaurant could be speedier with getting food out and checks at the end. Greens 1-10 in very rough shape compared to 11-18
The design is ridiculous. If you can hit 18 perfect approach shots you may have a chance to score. That is if you managed to find the fairway with the tee shot. The course is very well maintained. A beautiful location ( go before they build …
Course was in great condition. Price was a touch higher than expected, but not terrible.
