REVIEWS OF Rope Rider Golf Course IN Washington

The course is a marsh, overwatered to the point where you step in standing water in every hole, including the greens. Prospector was fantastic, rope rider is terrible

They have a par three course for beginners like us.

Tough but beautiful golf course

The course was alright. A little pricey for what you get. I've played nicer courses for less. But our experience was abruptly ruined when our foursome group was apparently 10 minutes behind schedule by the 4th hole according to the lady Marshall. Weird since my watch showed 5 minutes behind at the most and we were all at par or 1 over. Heaven forbid we were a little cold but we weren't slacking by any means. There were 2 twosome groups behind us playing off gold. But the lady Marshall rudely persisted we pick up the pace. Payed well over four hundred and a 2 hour drive for that talk making us feel rushed. We won't be coming back again.

Nice course set in the woodland. Good test. Quite long, but still not too much. Nice clubhouse and restaurant.

Obviously Todd is posing as Greg Dietz, who is actually the worst manager at a pro shop I’ve ever encountered. Unbelievable course at a great value but this guy single handily ruin our round. He’s obviously not getting his seven hours of sleep.

Sherri Alma

Overpriced, have to pay for a chair for a 35 concert. Food was cold.

Bruce Connally

The entire staff makes your visit a special one

Great golf course. Loved it. Wish I could play it more often.

Not sure where the lack of love for this course is coming from. We found it to be nearly equal to the Prospector course and had a great time spending 4 hours outside! The course is located at Suncadia, with the Swiftwater Cellars winery located off the club house. Quite a picturesque setting for both the course and the winery! The course is not particularly tough but makes you think a bit. Plenty of holes with blind landings and lots of water and/or traps where I wanted to hit it! Plenty of hills as well. While we were there, the greens ran pretty fast but were also pretty true. Also, they’re strict about their 4.5 hour rounds but at least it keeps everyone moving! We had a great time and felt it was every bit as good the other course, which we played last year. We’ll definitely be back!

It's a nice course, with bunkers in play on every hole. I don't think it's worth the green fee rate though. It didn't wow me and I've played better condition courses for less money. No driving range and pay over $90.

Scott Olson

Awesome course, don't be fooled by how it looks, it will eat your lunch, terrible hot dogs at the snack shack, not worth 10.00, but a great course.

Dustin Bauer

Golf course was awesome. This bald short knocker in the clubhouse did find a way to ruin everyone’s golf round. Bald guy couldn’t run a lemonade stand.

Ivan Solkey

Loads of fun! Wind was a force to be reckoned with, but over all the course was in good shape.

Bryce Miller

Incredible course. Great staff for the most part. First face you see (Todd) almost ruined the entire round for our group of 10. Overall he ruined the experience.

The bald guy that runs the pro shop ruined my entire weekend trip. I spent a few thousand on housing and golf. He threatened to charge me more than expected after a miscommunication. The course was fine, preferred prospector and also had a way better staff. If that guy is the face of Rope Rider golf, there is a major issue, anyone would be better at their job than that guy.

Drew Steblay

Great course, a bit easier than Prospector (but still a challenge, no doubt). Play RR first and then hit Prospector once you're good and warmed up. Restaurant AND winery ;)

Alex Stevens

The greens could use some work and no driver's on the range is weird

The GPS carts are annoying as hell. Constantly thought we were off the cart path when we weren't. Course was in great shape, but would much rather use a cart without the electronic leash.

This is the second Suncadia golf course - maybe more of a resort course than its neighbor Prospector. The course plays beautifully and customer service is good. The Pro Shop is adjacent to the Inn at Suncadia with its new restaurant. Hoping that the new restaurant is continually open before and after golf outings (as well as evenings of course).

Tim Pickard

Course was in excellent shape for being open only a week or so before we arrived. I wish Prospector was open to. I much prefer that course.

Trevor Arnone

This place is so windy 24/7. Never can judge the wind. I will not play here again for $124. You should get a discounted rate for recently punched greens. They are horrible.

glenn huffman

Great course. In awesome condition! A must play!

Mathew Smith

The staff was nice and it has a beautiful setting. With that being said, the greens were absolute garbage. Nowhere near the level I expect when paying that type of price.

Jeff chandler

Its fine

Roger Jobs Jr

Great place to go for fun, golf, food, and wine.
