The course is in great shape. Every hole was interesting. Fairways are as nice as any I've played on West of the Cascades. Greens were a little slow, but I asked the clubhouse if they will quicken up later in the season and they said yes. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I will go back this summer.

I love this course. It doesnt get the recognition it deserves because it's location. White Horse is a slightly better course in my book, and its way closer to the ferry terminal. But Ludlow is a special place that every Puget Sound golfer should make their way over to. The conditions are excellent and there is plenty of character and challenge out there.

I liked this course. Nice layout, good condition and nice practice area. Restaurant is no frills, but the food is good. Reasonably priced too. It’s a haul for me , but look forward to playing it again.

Had a great day. Weather was mid 70's with semi clean air. Fires were burning in B.C. We showed up early and were able to start early. We drove from Olympia area so don't know how traffic will be. We played the front 9 in a little over 1 1/2 hours. Back 9 was a little slower, but still just under or right at 2 hours. Fairways were great but the greens were very fast and true. Look forward to playing here again. We have walked this before, but would recommend a cart due to elevation changes.

I've played this course a number of times. I love it! One of my favorites, no doubt. I'll make the drive from the Puyallup/Graham area every so often just to enjoy the beauty of Port Ludlow. I see people say do not walk it, I walk it, it's not too bad and I'm in my mid-50's. 9 and 18 are uphill buggers, but other than those two, it's a pretty easy walk. The course is pretty fair off the tee's. The fairways are beautiful and many bend left or right. The greens hold , they are true and quick, especially those down hill putts that we all dread. I never seem to see many people on this course, and really, that's a shame. It's a top track, a gem, and to get to play it for the rates that they charge, it's like stealing. If you haven't played here, I highly suggest that you do! I've just talk myself into driving over, again, in the morning! Making a tee time, right now!

Great people and great service when staying on the boat. Food is served presently, although would like to see more professionals in the kitchen. Overall great place to have a beer and play 18 holes.

As gorgeous as ever. Quite reasonable challenge, very friendly staff. There's no fine dining but honestly the Cafe was perfectly adequate and there's a lot of fine dining around the area for dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed my time.

Great course for the money. I recommend playing during the week to avoid heavy traffic. There are many blind shots off the tees which makes it difficult to always know where the group in front of you.

Course seems to be back on track as a nice WA golf destination since they consolidated some land, tough but fun. Played twice, once in the rain and once the sun, had a blast both times and was always challenged. Only weird - not bad - thing about the trip was that the area itself was a bit of a creepy ghost town...no bars or restaurants, and even the main resort where we stayed was full but super quiet. I get that it's out in the sticks, but whoa! That aside, this is about golf, and it's worth it. Thx to the folks at the pro shop for being flexible with tee times and also having great swag/gear!

This course definitely presents some interesting challenges to the amateur golfer. Views of the sound from several holes are worth playing the course for. Definitely not a walkable course, however.

At the Inn the food menu was has to read and price to value was questionable. If we didn't have coupons we won't of eaten there again. Golf was incredible wet and very sandy on the greens, but the price was excellent. The was cosy and just the right amout of amenities.

Recently attended my niece's wedding there. Absolutely beautiful. The staff that assisted with the reception driving carts was great especially to my 2 year old who was their biggest fan. Spent the night riding up and down the hills with multiple drivers. Will return to play a round soon.

The resort has worked hard and has succeeded in bringing the course back to a championship playing level. Tee to green the course was in great shape except for some unexpected irrigation work that was underway. It really never came into play during our round. Would love to see some investment made to the clubhouse and restaurant to freshen things up a bit. Pace of play was the expected 4 and a half hours. We particularly like the grass driving range and the putting and chipping practice areas. Don't miss this course.

I call the course to make sure they can get a single out for some twilight golf in 30 minutes and the proshop said, "no problem". After driving 30 minutes out to the course they didn't let me take a cart to play this hilly course. If they would have said that on the phone I wouldn't have botherd. Extremely bad customer service... It could have just been lazy staff that day I'm management tomorrow to find out.
