Red Alert, Red Alert...... Signs should be posted at the driveway entrance, MAJOR CONSTRUCTION! This was a much needed project for area water control problems but the course is no way playable as 18 holes. They should have planned it as 9 holes. The conditions are, at best, very poor but they only reduced the green fees by a maximum of 3 dollars because of this. I feel sorry for the employees because I know they're taking a lot of heat from the players who arrive to play and are not made aware other than construction. Not the deplorable conditions. Had this been a private course it would have been handled much better. Just goes to show you politics and golf don't mix well.

This is a very forgiving course. There aren't to many places to get in trouble. The course right now is undergoing so mom e construction. That being said holes 12, 16, 17 & 18 are a bit confusing to follow. This is a great course.

Beautiful day of golfing, great weather, greens and fairways in great shape for March. Price is still a little high for being under construction but all in all a great day outside. Better experience than the last that's for sure. No sloppy drunks inside calling the kitchen staff obscene slurrs in front of families with children and wanting to start fist fights with other golfer's. That's a great improvement

The par threes, three consecutive, made play extremely slow, with backups sometimes three deep. Fairways and greens were in good shape, but the back nine was very noisy due to construction. I will not be going back until construction is completed in late fall.

Disappointed that the new holes haven't opened up yet. Haven't golf Legion since last October or November, been in Arizona and was looking forward to the new setup.

Legion is a local course and is relately easy to get to the course. Currently they are in the process of constructing a new course layout. They still offer a full 18 holes but is reduced to a par 68. It is also priced accordingly while contruction is occuring. Even with all that said, I really enjoyed playing the course. The pro shop was leaving a bit to be desired. Unfortunately, I had forgot to get tees before hand and asked to pro shop if they had tees. To which they replied no. I rented a cart. They are nice carts and very well maintained. I didn't eat at the resturant but they do have some sort of food there. All in all its a good course to check out and when contrustion finishes it will be even better!

This is a nice course. Nice setting with well maintained fairways and greens. A mix of par 3, 4 & some par 5's. If you start early you can include a Breakfast sandwich and coffee at the turn.

Always a decent course and once renovations are complete looks to be a bit better but will need to be slope scored again. Current temp layout not worth full price with six par threes and one of them made with a temp green by splitting a par 5 into a par 3 and a par 4. Add everything aerated the day we went and it was not a full price course.

This once fun track is ruined temporarily and permanently. It's under construction and a bit of a mess. They even have you hitting off golf mats on some holes. The future layout also takes away from the charm of this course. Very sad.

This course really sucks all the way around. I made a T time for my foursome. Unbeknownst to me, the course was undergoing a major reconfiguration. I was not told that when I made the reservation. When I arrived in the morning, the person who took my money did not say a word about the deplorable conditions the course was in. I paid the full amount required and went on the the first tee. To my surprise, and to those in my group, we discovered that this place was under repair. Some of the greens had been aerated, and others were temporary. After my round, I contacted the personnel at the club house. I received a cold, indifferent attitude to my comment (not a complaint). This response was nonchalant and arrogant. These people give you the impression that they are concealing the horrid conditions of the golf. Shane on them!

Fun golf course. No matter your skill level you'll have fun here. If you're really good, see how low you can go. If you aren't a PGA pro wannabe then the course is forgiving and you'll likely find your ball if you search a little. The course will be really nice once they get the new holes open for play. They look like they'll be a possibly tricky few holes. Like I said, if you're good, you'll have fun, if you just want to get outside and swing the sticks, you'll have fun as well.

I played Legions Memorial for the first time since the remodeling. I was so curious about seeing what the architects had in mind. I like the new layout and the changes are beautiful. Thank you very much for that. Legions has always been a beautiful golf course for a muni which is very well maintained. Legions in my opinion plays easier than Walter Hall being 6,079 yards from the whites compared to WH's 5,817 yards. The City of Everett is one of the few cities in the United States that can brag about having 2 very nicely beautifully maintained golf courses a huge attraction for serving residents & visitors living and shopping in Everett. Walter Hall is also a beautifully maintained golf course serving well over 50,000 rounds per year. These 2 golf courses are Washingtons best kept secrets. Mum's the word.

Normally a nice course to go to we went there today to play 18 and when we get there they tell us that the course is under construction no warning of that when the tee times were made so the course is way shorter than expected to many par-3s.

Who is running this golf course?!! Greens punched 2.5 weeks ago and they havent been mowed grass 1/4 long. Now that daylight is less you have no chance to make it to the new holes before dark and if you do you are walking in from the back of th4 course. And whole#4 playing 263 from the blues. They need to flip the 9s back!
