A ‘funky’ and fun course. It will challenge you with some narrow fairways, some side hill fairways and lots of elevation change. The US Open may not ever play here but I enjoyed it. Especially the eagle on #13.

I've played the course numerous times with friends, from beginner to advanced and have always had a great time. The owner has always taken great care of us and is a pleasure to interact with. If you are looking for an affordable round of golf where you won't feel pressured to play fast (or good) and don't want the country club experience this is an excellent option and is usually our first choice for a mid-week round.

This is by far my favorite place to golf in Whatcom county. I love the many clever challenges that this course offers. Favorite hole(s) 2 & 18. The rates are fair. The course is kept and it's a nice and peaceful atmosphere. V

Not one flat spot on the course. Confusing layout and signage as to which goat trail to take to get to the next tee box was terrible. Would not recommend it

Fun and unpretentious. $44 for 18 and a cart. Not crowded at 8:30 in the morning.Friendly. Some nice elevation changes. Some challenging blind shots (especially if it's your first time on the course). Although, if there are any sand traps on the course,I didn't see them. Will definitely go back.

What a wonderful hidden gem of a course! Challenging? You bet! But it is beautiful and equally maintained as another local country club :) we played twilight last Saturday and the lady gave us a mat for the cart seat to keep us warm - never had that offered before, but it was a delight! Can't wait to go back and play 18!

Dakota Creek Golf Course has got to be one of the most challenging golf courses anywhere in Washington State. If you can score Par or better you are ready for anything the PGA could throw at you. Make the trip. Play the course. Bring a foursome. And make sure you make the time to check out the view at Pam's Cabin off the 12th Green. Spectacular!

It has been a while since I played this course and I thought it was in far better condition then my prior visit. The one concern is the Pro-Shop help. I really have never experienced a ruder lady in all my life. If I did not want to drive to another course I would have walked out.. Really just astonished by the experience. Most courses allow for a discount if a golfer would like to play another 9 or even 18. They insist on a full price fee. I will not return to this course and will advise others of the experience they can expect at Dakota Creek.
