Here you will see the opinions of real people like you who buy the products of Cedars at Dungeness (Golf) in the area close to Washington.
Right now the business has a rating of 4.6 stars out of 5 and the score was based on 176 reviews.
You must have seen that the average of ratings is practically the highest, and it's based on a very high number of reviews, so we can conclude that the valuation is quite accurate. If people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to set reviews when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Golf corresponds to the category of Golf course.
Great food, fantastic happy hour, great waitresses.
Wonderful food and service.
I would have given 4 maybe 5 Stars if the service was better but the service was slow and painful. Took an hour and a half for 4 simple meals. Chicken Parmesan was the best though. Served on fettuccine Alfredo and nicely breaded, tender chicken.
2nd birthday bash was very good. Had a fillet mignon with chutney and goats cheese at $32 and was excellent. Good service
Good bar food.
Awesome food, beautiful view and great service. All at a good price. Loved the crab and shrimp melt. My new fav restaurant.
Great staff and good track
Elk burger is the best! Great flavor.
Good Friends, Family and Food!
The food and service was excellent.
Love this golf course!
Great food, great service. Great bar
Course was in great shape, friendly staff, would play again
Been coming here for years. The food is always fresh and delicious & the staff is first rate. The S'Klallam Tribe has done a great job on this.
Great course complimented by professional, good natured staff and a terrific restaurant!
Excellent food. Will be back
I love the fettuccine . Never disappoints.
Nice course a little overpriced in my opinion but will play here again
Great weather so so golf But worth it. Great restaurant, lounge, and outstanding service.
Perfect location. Good food and vibes.
Great course, fairly wide open with some unique holes. Can't beat the views of the Olympics!
Amazing course with a ton of good events. They do a few fun ones which you can dress up in, so that's me in a "elf" onesie, teeing off on hole 3. They also do some serious events like the senior PGA qualifiers, etc...it is a true championship course and can play very difficult from the tips. Holes 3, 9, 17 and are true visual showstoppers and providee some great photo opportunities if someone your golfing with is better at selfies for insta then they are with their gap wedge. Holes 10 and 15 will make you question why you took golf up in the first place. Luckily the 19th hole has 2 great food outlets; Stymies bar and grill, and Double Eagle. Stymies is a great golf course bar, and double eagle is more intimate and lower lights. They server the same food and drinks, so full menu at both. Tell Junko, Megan, or Jessica at the bar hi, and order a "Jim and tonic" to close out your round.
Best breakfast on the Peninsula! Great service & atmosphere. Stymies is the place.
11th annual Coast Guard CPOA golf tournament. Thank you for all sponsorships and The Cedars for an excellent venue.
Love it
Accommodating staff.
Wounderful place good food good peopl
We had our daughters wedding there last week and it was Fantastic! Heather was a most gracious hostess she was on point with everything we needed or wanted, Garret was very accommodating and friendly, Matt was friendly and helpful, Bill gave us cart blanch with the golf course. All in all I must say we felt welcome and catered to. Thank you all!! The Westrems
Most of the food is good here. They do serve bagged lettuce though.
Awsome staff! Awesome food! Steelers Sunday is Awesomely Awesome! Stymie's is the reason to golf. The course looks and plays nice, but i would not have gone if i hadn't heard about Stymie's. 5☆'s easy
Amazing food and excellent service
Great layout , ever hole is different with it's own challenges , wide enough fairways for the average golfer , yet the Washington Senior Open is played there every year .
Course was in great shape and the restaurant was superb.
Good place to go
The food is wonderful, the setting gorgeous looking out at the mountain range, and the service was outstanding. We love going to this place and if you are a golfer it's even more wonderful.
Great day for golf. Course in great shape, greens rolling nice. Bunkers a bit firm, could use raked to soften them up? 3:45 walking, 5 every time...
Steak was amazing.
Lovely meal and great service!
Golf Course is a lot of fun nice and long beautiful views restaurants very good food great service
As busy as it was for football, Patti, Kelly and Julie all great as ever. Great food, lots of fun
Great food and service! Excellent fish and chips.
Tuesday night is Prime Rib Special night, a good deal if prime rib is one of your favorites! Either make reservations for the dining room, or take your chances in the bar, same food in both! The bar can be noisy as it is the 19th hole (watering)!
We loved it! The scenery plus the food was a great experience!
Good food
Good lunch, great seafood, Sunday afternoon slam held up things a bit, excellent service in spite of it. Julie was great!
Great course! Beautiful vistas. Good workout if you carry your clubs. Stymie's has good food, drink and service.
Amazing course, friendly staff and pros! Worth the 2 hour drive, I'll be back!!!
Best course in the PNW. Great staff and restaurant there. Try Stymies!
Great clam chowder, nice view of the golf course.
STYMIES is awesome!! Patti and Kelly in the mornings are the nicest ladies. Great breakfast for really reasonable prices.
Great bar with a great choice of draught beers. Staff is friendly. Food is always good
Had brunch in the restaurant on Mothers Day. The food was buffet style and was excellent. The staff and service was very good. The place was very clean with attractive surroundings.
Had a burger, fries, and a beer. Quality beef, good bun, plenty of blue cheese and fries with the skins still on. Service was attentive and helpful. All in all an experience I plan to repeat in the future.
Food was good, service bad...really really slow and got all 3 orders wrong...asked for no cheese on sliders, came with cheese, ordered tater salad, never came, and no dressing on salad...came with dressing.
Great food and service!
It was very nice the food was great the server was very helpful in getting the right order for me. Also it has a great atmosphere.
Wonderful dinner with great friends. Very nice setting and wonderful service. We were very pleased.
My wife and I enjoyed fresh seafood--wild caught salmon and a crab cake BLT, respectively. The staff was attentive and friendly, an added plus.
We have dinner there with the inlaws every couple of months and are happy with the food and service.
Tasty club
Best place on the peninsula to golf. The course is great challenging yet fun. The pro staff is great they do allot of events and They even had junior golf and my son loved it. The coaches were great they even brought us to other courses to play other kids was a great experience. The club house is very nice and clean. the stuff is helpful and knowledgeable. Up stairs is the bar and restaurant and ALL the food is good. The driving range is spacious and you can hit off mats or grass which is nice. Putting green is spacious as well and a separate chipping green and bunker for practice. You won't be disappointed with this course it is a great place ☆☆☆☆☆ HIGHLY recommended big parking lot as well not far off highway 101 easy to find.
I used to play golf a lot And this was one of the nicest courses in the North West and the customer service was excellent
Jessica R is one of the most friendly outgoing servers/bartenders I have ever had the pleasure to have been taken care of in the industry.
Service and food the finest kind..!!!
Called and made reservations at Stymies for a large party celebrating my 21st birthday-but had to switch them to the Double Eagle restaurant because we had minors in the party. We arrive and are told that no such reservation exists, and we'd have to wait until 7:30 for dinner. Apparently Stymies didn't tell the other restaurant that the reservation was switched, so they eventually "broke fire code" to seat us in Stymies below the bar, even though we had kids in our party. Good food, and a free drink for the trouble, but a bit disappointing because the hostess didn't seem too apologetic about the whole situation.
All I can say in yummy yummy yummy, with a great golf course view. A little pricy but worth it....
After visiting the Juan de Fuca Cottages we asked for advice on where a good fish and chips place was. The Cedar at Dungeness was the place... perfectly cooked everything! I had Cod and Sweet Potato Fries... daughter had the Shrimp and Crab Patty-melt... Soooo Goooood!
Great course in terrific shape. Priced very fairly. Have played here on vacation 28 years. Man I am old. Great proshop too. Lots of cool merchandize.
Truly need major training on their customer service. Starts with management! Visited many times and each visit we've been disappointed, Staff has been unfriendly, did not greet us BUT did NOTICE they made a effort with regular customers, which was extremely obvious of poor service. Did not assist when I had a friend that was needing help due to a broken leg and opening the front door. The person behind the podium just watched, did not even attempt to move or help. They seem to be in another world. Spaced out. Another visit no smiles or greeting. Other visit We've waited long periods for initial service, food and bill. It's a nice building, the food is good breakfast has been better than any lunch or dinner. They Would truly benefit to up their game on the customer service it would make for an overall pleasant experience. Training everyone to treat ALL customers in a friendly, helpful and polite manner. Make sure that every customer is treated the same as your favorite customer! If you're in the service industry you should provide excellent customer service.
The service, the view and the food is delicious
Great staff, the course is playable year round. I've been a member here for 10 years.
Ambiance was lovely, I went to the bar and sat on the deck at sunset looking out over the golf greens. Tap beer was great. Appetizer (Tuna on bed of coarsely chopped cabbage? - the tuna was good but the cabbage seemed very out of place - not sure if this was meant to be a garnish (if so, way too much garnish) or if it was meant to be eaten. Tthis dish would have been better with no cabbage or replace cabbage with something appealing to eat ) and main course (poblano chilis vegetarian dish - I found this to be a good idea but was an unbalanced taste - too sweet, some of the vegetables were good but the overall sweetness was unappealing for a main course - needed either more bland ingredients or some kind of protein to balance it) were not something I would order again. Service was fine.
Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Good food and good service. I've only been there for breakfast.
Great golf course good food and drink too
Dry course when everything else is wet
Had breakfast before golfing. Ordered eggs and sausage. Took 30 minutes and food was very mediocre. Next time I’ll eat beforehand.
The best ever!
The course is very scenic and offers a nice escape even for locals. However, the handful of times I have played here I am always surprised at how poorly kept the greens are. Played today and the greens were in terrible shape. For $60+ a round I would rather play anywhere else on the peninsula.
Newly remodeled restaurant.
Good food and a great view
Great place for lunch
A fun filled golf clubhouse/ restraunt where the food is amazing and the staff are fast and polite. Kids welcomed at stymie's and more fancy and reserved at the double eagle.
Great golfing good food & drinks
Good food but very slow service. Do not go there if you want your food in a timely manner.
Excellent dinner and good service.
Course is in primo shape. It's been windy however.
My favorite
The best food and service
Great people, great food!!
Wonderful!!!
Great staff good food - I will be back!!
Good food in great views
Such a major disappointment. Dont waste your money on high end steak, oysters, cod or seafood salad. Meals took forever(1 hour +) , service was poor and very unattentive. Would not recommend.
Great course, friendly, helpful staff, excellent food at 2 restaurants.
With the new soccer golf course on top of the normal 18 holes, this course is awesome. It was voted best golf course by Evening Magazine. The staff is great and the course is just right for difficulty. The carts are great and they have a cart that comes around and serves you drinks. Of course, people want to hear about the golfing! It has 18 holes, as I stated before. The 3rd one is called old crabby and is one of my personal favorites. (It has a bunker in the shape of a crab right in front of the green.) I would recommend anyone to this course for a great time with friends!
Wonderful atmosphere and great service.
The service was great our server was more than personable as well as all the other servers every server on the floor checked on us at least once and the other two main servers made sure we were fine many times during our meal the Cod tacos we had were fabulous highly recommend them hats off to the chefs and staff
Really liked this golf course. Very playable and well kept. We did a fundraiser tournament here and everyone we worked with was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Course is great! A good drive on every hole really helps, and greens are challenging. I recommend a electric cart. And look for lots of deer.
We go in for the late happy hour, 8 to 9 p.m. . The appetizers are a great deal and they're good. The service is always good.
Loved it
Good food good service great view of the mountains.
Fun course
Good food. Great view! Fun course!
We went to Stymies for breakfast. The food delicious and attractively prepared. Our waitress was prompt and friendly. Great atmosphere. We heartily recommend it.
Great place in Western Washington to count on sun and wonderful course. Well maintained and interesting hazards.
Great place
Scenic course
Had fish and chips, absolutely great! My wife had the Frebnch dip, she loved it! Make reservations if you want to go there, you won't be disappointed!!!
Great course. Restaurant is awesome. Staff has been great. I play here every year for a golf tournament. Course has always been fun but challenging to play.
Early morning weekend breakfast with Patty in the Bar, has a great sense of humor and makes everything fun. Food delivery is a little slow, but that's ok, more coffee or morning cocktails make the food even better. Only compaint is nothing on the TV's except GOLF! So, typical.
Good food
Great place for a family meal, snack, or just watch the game.
I played with a foursome at 7 Cedars this weekend. We had a tee time an hour before a tournament was to start. Right as we were to tee off, the pro shop sent a two some, so we let them tee off first. Then 3 or 4 holes ahead, another twosome came up on us and we let them play through too. As we progressed further into the course - we were even with the required course time - even though we let two - twosomes play through. Nonetheless we had a marshall tells us we had to speed up - at that time we were actually a few minutes ahead of the course time - ridiculous. When we complained to the pro shop - they couldn't have cared less. The course is not necessarily inexpensive to play during weekends. None of us were that happy about have our timing displaced. None of us are inclined to play the course again.
Stymie's is fun and FANTASTIC! Staff is great and treats you like your at home. Food is great!
Non better
Lovely lunch with "the girls"... beautiful place, great food. Looking forward to taking Pete there!
