Pros: wide variety of holes, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, challenging. Cons: Golf carts are loud, not very responsive, and need to be replaced, sand traps are like hitting out of cement, golf cart paths have tree roots in many spots making it quite bumpy.

Great course and employees. It is a very strategic course and greens are fairly tough. However for a one-off round it is almost $100.00 for fees & cart (you will want it)... in my opinion it is not worth it. Other courses in the region are more forgiving to the amateur with much better prices as well as if you are going to spend that money there are courses on the west side that are top notch for $100.00

BUT any golfer that breaks a window like the two young fellows in cart 79 June 6, 2016 at 2:47p that were too cowardly to give their names, and you know who you are... you are responsible for the damage. It's called integrity. Not liability... INTEGRITY. You hit the ball you are responsible for where it goes. Stop passing the buck. Man up!! Otherwise bad karma on your score cards.

I played here as part of a large group and I can honestly say that it was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had from ANY business. The staff thought we were a bachelor party (not that that should make a difference) so they treated us like we were somehow going to disrespect them and their course--angry is the best adjective. The kitchen staff had a little bit of an out because there were only two of them working but it's not an excuse to be nasty. The owner should decide if they want to be in this business. Seriously, make it a private course if you don't want customers from out of town.

This course is a local favorite. The greens are well cared for and its not overly crowded either. Pricing could be a bit lower compared to some others in the area, but you can't have everything.

Keep in mind we've been coming back as a large group over the past 20 years. Called about 5 or 6 months ago and booked tee times for 28 people. Called a week or two before to confirm said tee times. Show up to the course well ahead of our 8:44 start and are told that they have a couples tourney going on and more couples decided they want to play so they swapped our times. Considering we had people with flights booked in the afternoon this posed a bit of a problem. They claim to have tried to call but I had no call and they had my number from when I originally booked tee times. We explained our frustration and they put a couple of our guys out on the back 9 to help them get the round in. It's a compromise but still frustrating as we all enjoy our competition and meeting up after the round to chat. We received all sorts of excuses including one where they thought we were a bachelor party as if that is a valid excuse to change our times without prior notification. We were even told they made a mistake after they realized we are part of what we call "Spring Tour." Matt in the pro shop knows a few of our more tenured guys and supposedly said he knew he made a mistake when he saw one of our members walk into the shop to pay. Look, we booked the times, paid our money like any other customer. But we brush it off and wait another hour to get on the course. During the round the marshal and head pro are pushing everyone out there to speed up play but there's literally no place to go because they pack the course to the gills. The Marshal was a nice guy and we understand he's just doing what he's paid to do. We get the shake down that the owner is pissed off and driving around the course. They're being pushed to speed people up. Every where you look there are groups backed up and it isn't just our group. We finish the round and head up to the clubhouse to have a beer and order some food. Their restaurant staff are very visibly annoyed by all of the orders and the fact that we've supposedly ordered the same thing over and over and they are out of product. I ordered fries on the side and waited. When I was brought my wrap I went back in and asked about the fries. I was greeted with a rude sigh and snarky "I didn't know you ordered those, I guess I'll have to make more now." We don't say anything and head out to the deck. As we're sitting out there the two ladies behind the counter come out to smoke a cigarette about 10 feet behind us. I'm not sure if they knew we were part of the large group as some of us had left already. They continue to make some very rude comments about our group. They're upset that they have to wait on us. They work in a restaurant....... Keep in mind we make sure to take care of them by tipping as that's what you do and we understand we're a large group coming all at once. At this point I had to say something. The gentleman in there was probably not the person who was in charge and he made sure to state that. This was also the excuse when we first show up to our tee times being pushed back. Nobody wanted to take any sort responsibility and kept deflecting to somebody else who's conveniently not there. Look I get 28 guys can be a tough crowd but there are hundreds of others on the course. We paid the same money and were treated terribly. We aren't looking for special treatment but are asking for the same courtesy everyone else who booked tee times received. I'm not sure if there's a change in ownership but attitude definitely reflects leadership considering the treatment we received by all employees. We spent more than enough money here over the years and it's sad that this could be the final straw to something we have all really enjoyed prior. Also, we had some missed flights.

So it’s a decent course but very expensive! For a $100 bucks on the weekend and the price of a few beers (4) for $22 I can play a Pristine course in the region. Nevertheless play moved pretty smoothly with it being packed and waiting at every tee box.

Avery nice course, can get a tad pricey at times but you get what you pay for, slow pace in the summer can be 5 hours. Tri Cities finest course so if you are an out of towner, need to entertain guests or clients or just demand a well maintained well designed challenging course this is it.

Challenging course laid out in a canyon area with fast greens and elevation changes. Course could have used more watering but they were in the midst of a hea twave (93F) in August 2015. Keep your ball down the middle for the best chance to make a great experience!
