I have an annual membership ($150) and play this course regularly. Nine hole with double Tees for round of 18. Play is limited to Veterans and guests. Great camaraderie and fun place to play.

Had an appointment at the va, stopped by to get some information regarding the course and asked about golfing there with my daughter. I was informed it was ok for her to accompany me as long as she stayed in the cart since she is only 6. I was informed it was perfectly ok. I drove home (1 hour away) picked her up and drove back (another hour). She was thrilled because she has always been fascinated with golf and couldn't wait. When we got to the course the gentleman working at the counter was very nice and again agreed it was ok. Some other older guy who I have no idea if he even worked there or not came over and threw a fit about her being there. Told her in a mean way that she was to young and brought her to tears. He couldn't leave it at that though. I was trying to address it again now with the man at the counter and he kept raising his voice to me and HER. Told her that it was my fault for even bringing her. At no point did the gentleman at the counter intervene as my daughter and I were berated and humiliated in front of a full club house. I was at this point told she couldn't go. How do you let me drive 2 hours to utilize your facility, tell my daughter it's ok to go to her face and then go back on it? Shame on that old man and the guy at the counter. 1. For allowing her to be verbally attacked and bullied and doing nothing. 2. For telling her that it was ok then saying no. Once you say it's ok you should stick to your word. All this young girl wanted to do was watch her dad golf and learn about the game from the seat in the golf cart

I usually don’t post google reviews, but the customer service at this course was so frustrating that I wanted to share. I was first told to show my drivers license to the Course Marshall while I was loading my golf clubs. I thought it was rather ridiculous because I’m 21 and he kept insisting that I seemed to be young for my age. Secondly the pace of play was horrible it took an hour and a half to play 3 holes. The Course Marshall is there to insure that the pace of play is on time. If you are a golf fanatic and attempting to play local courses, I suggest passing this course. Overall, the customer service is poor and the pace of play was incredibly slow.

My organization just had their 10th annual golf scramble event here (its been here each year) and each year we come is ALWAYS an amazing time! The staff and volunteers here are the BEST!
