You will see the information of people who are buying the products of Tour 18 Golf Course (Golf) in Texas area.
At the moment the firm gets a score of 4.3 over 5 and this score is based on 285 reviews.
As you can see the average of ratings that it reaches is really high, and it is founded on a very large number of reviews, so we can think that the valuation is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to leave their feddback when they are pleased with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to place tatings when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Golf corresponds to the category of Public golf course.
Love this place. It's a lot of fun. Great condition
Awesome course to play when it isn't busy, however they stack tee times extremely close together so at busy times you will see a group waiting to tee off on hole, another group in the fairway waiting to hit, and another froup on the green on just about every hole. Have played this course in under 3.5 hours have also been stuck out there for over 5.5 hours.
Spectacular playing experience. Greens true and medium speed. Sand seems to have been replaced recently. Fairways were beautiful. Staff helpful and women friendly (except 18 :) ). Partner enjoyed combo tees for his handicap.
Great course and fun.
Absolutely amazing experience! It is such a hard course but so much fun! Real slopes!! Real angles! Have to play the course In a smart fashion! Truly shows how good the pros are to play these holes In a good way! It’s amazing and if you can find a deal on golf now it’s definitely the place to play! We played for $36.99 at 11:30!!! Whatttt?!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Course is fun and in decent shape. Clearly needs some infrastructure work done soon. Yardage Mark's were hard to find and the boxes were not in good shape.
Great time, very nice
Awesome golf course. Worth the money!
Nice course enjoyed playing...nice staff
Nice course, good condition.
Very challenging! The course is in great shape!
Mud Hole, boggy, and underwhelming . The idea is cool but condition is lacking and needs tending, for the price you can find a plethora of other courses in Houston to give you a better experience.
Had wonderful time @ Tour 18, staff very helpful & professional.
Conditions could be better, but it's a great concept! Good value course.
Amazing recreations.
Nice course, friendly staff a must play.
I had a gift certificate that I had not had a chance to use. They honored the gift, and even gave me a gift card for the portion I could not use. After several hard freezes, the course is in winter condition, but the greens are in good shape for this time of year. I will return later this week to enjoy this course again in a tournament.
While these holes are not exact replicas (possibly for legal reasons), they are incredibly close and certainly the closest I will come to playing these holes. What also stood out for me was, though this is a collection of holes from various courses, the course as a whole still plays well and flows as one set of 18 holes. This is no easy feat as overall playability is a vital part of course design. Also, while all of these holes are otherwise major PGA championship holes, they all were at the right level of interest, playability, and challenge. This is perhaps due to the fact that the weather is a lot calmer than the original locations, but the course is certainly very interesting for the weekend golfer. The only knock, as others have also noted, is that the staff can be a little over-bearing, and customer service is not their #1 priority. What is priority for them is getting in as many groups as possible and that meant constant nagging to pick up pace even though we were right at or slightly ahead of the stated pace. We also encountered grounds-staff mowing and watering greens even as if we were hitting on to that green! Why would you tend the course on a weekend morning? Still, none of this takes away from what is a very fun course to play.
Nice course
Fantastic design, love this course.
Bad Course Conditions & Management; Terrible Customer Service, Much Better courses in the area like Oakhurst for the value!!
Best golf course I ever played.
Great golf course to play. very Challenging. I bit high priced.
Hands down my favorite course in the Houston area. Beautiful and diverse. A little higher than other courses, but well worth it.
Nice venue for private parties. Very helpful planning staff. Nice golf course.
Superb
We held our company golf tournament here this year and i was very impressed! Course was in great shape and very challenging to. The staff was very friendly and had everything set-up nicely for us. All of our employees and clients had a great time. I recommend this venue to anyone.
Played Tour 18 on November 6th with 3 other colleagues. Green fees were a bit on the high side for a Tuesday morning but I could of justified the price if the course was in a little better shape. We have had quite a bit of rain over the past few months and this course holds the water, fairways were nothing but mud, bad enough that I ruined a pair of shoes. The greens were wet and soft. Bunkers were either small ponds or rock hard. The layout was interesting and fun, had some challenging holes but not too hard to cause frustration. Our tee time was at 8:27am, at 8:20 we were (aggressively) rushed to the tee box by the Marshall, pace of play was decent for us but groups behind us were suffering as the day wore on. Being cart path only, foursomes stacked up will bring the pace to a halt. On the 15th tee box, the Marshall, asked us to pick up our pace while the foursome in front of us was still on the fairway. While understandable, the tone was a bit rude. We paid the same high green fee as those in front of and behind us, we were not playing slow by any means, even picking up or leaving errant shots, paying this much and being rushed along left a bad taste. Tour 18 knew it was cart path only, and the pace would be impacted, they should have spaced out the groups a little to accommodate. Other than that, it was a nice course, and in better shape I would happily play it again.
Extremely nice
Poorly managed course. Tournament that started in the morning had players still playing into the evening, with not a single course marshal seen all day anywhere on the course. Nearly 6 hour round of 18 holes is unacceptable for the price of this course.
Totally cool course! Been coming here for years
Some of the greatest holes in golf! Loved to play the TPC 17th although I lost a number of balls there :D
On hole 10. Took 3 hours for first 9
Decent course but a few things bothered me about it.
Always great golf
What an absolutely beautiful and amazing golf course. The staff were all very nice as well. They always had a smile and were helpful. Their food is very good as well. Would absolutely love to go back again one day.
Beautiful
Always fun to play. Can be very slow on weekends because people do not play from the proper tees. Move up people you are not in the PGA.
I played last week it a nice course but it not a true representation of the Master or Sawgrass they are all much smaller in size and missing some of the important things. I play the Disney course just two week earlier and the one they have is not even close to the something. The island green is nice but it a third the size of the one at Sawgrass and you can not see the putting surface from the tee box. The harbor town Hole #1 is missing the most important thing of all the water on the scorecard it show you it with water but there is no water at all. All and all it was ok but I would not waste my money on it again. I shot and 86 and played from the blue tees but we many course here at home just as nice and for less money.
Thank you for the business you're super efficient and we hot sorry I'm having a bad hair day
Great place to play...very helpful staff.
Christmas in excellent shape and exactly what you would expect it to be with the exception of the sand traps. Wonderful experience and enjoyed today greatly.
Course is in great shape. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Plenty of specials out there so don't take the rack rate.
Great course and good value if you can find it for ~$50
Had my 60th Birthday Golf and Dinner Party there this last week end and couldn't have been better! Tracie and John set it up and all the staff from the golf marshall to the wait staff, it was all superb! Highly recommend having a party there - lots of personal attention and beautiful surroundings! Thanks Again, M.E. LaMontagne
Very nice course
Great course! Staff was helpful at the clubhouse. Very slow play made the experience less than it should have been. Five and a half hour round, guys playing loud radios in their carts, and the group behind hitting in to us is just unacceptable. Why are there no Marshalls on this course? We finally let the group behind us play through even though we had to wait at almost every tee for the group in front to tee off, just because they were being jerks about it. Saw a lot of unrepaired ball marks on the greens and un-raked sand traps also. Made a four hour drive to play an awesome course, but will likely not return due to the rude people.
Great course and is in great shape
Cool concept, great staff in the pro shop and restaurant, however the condition of the entire course is poor at best. Every hole from tee to green is in terrible shape. If they have a greenskeeper at all he's got to be the worst in town. The fees should be half what they charge. Not sure what they're spending their money on but it's definitely not used to maintain the course. I've played here twice a year since the day it opened and it seems to get just a little worse every year. Great potential gone to waste.
Beautiful course that is tightly ran!
Really cool place the holes are pretty similar to the real thing!
Awesome course! The front 9 got the best of me. Challenging holes from around America all on one course, what a great idea! Would like to visit again for some redemption.
Save your money and play elsewhere. This course SHOULD be a destination course as it’s meant to replicate some of the most known holes in golf. And it COULD be. BUT the course is in absolutely terrible condition. I lost 3 balls in greenside bunkers today because the bunkers were full of water. All bunkers are like this. The entire course is one big mud pit, especially the fairways. I will admit that it has rained a couple days recently, so maybe that means you just don’t play this course after it rains. But this is Houston. It rains all the time here
Beautiful community!
Always enjoy playing the best holes around at this course.
Kinda fun but a bit gimmicky. Holes are decent replicas of the real thing, albeit a bit watered down to make them easier to play. Course in OK shape - tees good, fairways decent, greens patchy - but the very reasonable twilight rate makes this a good value recommendation for a few holes before dark. Don't know if greens issues are temporary - it was February after all - but resolve those and this would be outstanding value at the twilight rate.
Was not up to par
Awesome golf course, challenging but fun, little over priced but worth it once in a while, guess they have a lot of traffic because staff is not the friendliest, but not rude witch is ok.
My first time playing this course. I loved it and will play it next time I am in Houston. It is a very unique and challenging layout.
Great coarse, well kept.
Great course in great shape
Decent local course if you can get a tee time.
Played 1/13/2019 Course and greens weren't in the best condition but that's expected for winter golf. However, the entire course was soaked, I rained two days prior, yet balls were being plugged on every single shot. Drives down the middle of the fairway were being plugged. Had multiple lost balls due to them being plugged in mud. A long course was made longer due to 0 roll on drives and having to hit a mud shot from, the fairway. Cart path only, therefore you had to walk across a field of mud to get to your ball. Once you get to your ball, you had to dig it out of the mud and clean it before each shot. Led to a very slow round of golf. Teed off at 9 am, finished at 2:30 pm. Bunkers were 50/50, half were in playable conditions, and half were underwater. I wish I could have asked for a rain check having played in such wet conditions. I wish I could have appreciated the course, but I was too busy looking down to avoid the next puddle of water or patch of mud. Hope Tour 18 would reimburse golfers who spent $60+ to walk in mud for 5 hours and lose their balls in the fairway.
Great layout great condition except the bunkers had no sand. Nice staff.
The course was in great shape. Extremely playable even for a beginner like myself.
As always, the staff at Tour 18 has gone out if their way to accommodate the patrons. Never has a request been too big or too small in my experience. Thank you Darren and crew for everything you do!
Excellent course. Nice greens.
Nice layout for the money
Celebrated Bobby D's 80th birthday and Clemson Tigers won National Championship.
Great course, can be a little pricey. One of the pro shop attendants was super rude and was annoyed I asked him to match the price on golf now because we called and were closer to just go than to book online and they wanted to charge me an extra $15 per person in person than on golf now. I guess that employee would rather sit and do nothing than have guests return for future visits. It will probably be a while until I return for my 3rd visit just cause of him We had a great time on the course though, fun to experience.
Course is great Food is not good
Great Golf Course
Great track
I was a bit skeptical about this place when I first heard about it; I was afraid it was going to be too gimmicky. Truth be told, I really liked the course and it was a lot of fun to play! The course was in good shape and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
I really enjoyed my round here and it was an amazing experience. I have just moved to Houston and wanted to find a course that is welcoming and hospitable and I think Tour 18 is the one! The young gentlemen in the club house was very helpful and friendly. I played on a Thursday and was able to walk on pretty much straight away and pretty much had a course to myself (except I caught up to a group and had a group behind me by the last two holes but there were no hold ups). The three Augusta holes were superb! I stopped by for a quick drink in the bar after, the bar looked really nice. They also have a shower in the locker room which was really appreciated as it's about a 40min drive back home for me from the course so being able to clean myself up for the drive back was great. Highly recommend this course!
Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Course was in pretty bad shape. I drove up from AUSTIN to play it and see Tigers name on the scoreboard! Still had last years results? Sand traps were either full of water or concrete? One of two bridges at amen corner had circular inserts falling out? Who is maintaining this course? I’d recommend either fix these issues or lower the costs? Very underwhelmed.
Course is in great shape but was cart path only today
A great course good prices and very friendly service we did a tournament there recently and the staff were very professional.
Beautiful course, staff is great!
I love playing here the golf course is in great shape but they need to have a marshal every time I play here they will be one or two groups holding up the course.
Good tract, burgers and professional staff.
Real nice long course
Course in great shape!
Great Course for twlight rate they have. Used the GolfBoards for an extra 20 bucks. Would come back again.
Beautiful course
Very nice golf course and facility, with restaurant and private or party rooms, also accommodates handicap.
Played in under 4 hours and the course was in good shape for the most part.
Very nice course in great condition, will play here again soon.
Challenging well maintained course with friendly staff. Very cool to play a replica of all the "famous" holes of the PGA tour. Cart girl was friendly and efficient as well as the proshop staff and starter.
Challenging course!! Great staff! Needs some maintenance in some areas but dont we all?
Best Replica Golf Course
WOOHOO!!
Absolutely wonderful experience. Lives up to all the hype and expectations. The course was in great shape.
Great Course
Tough course. Bring balls.
Crazy a family payed for a hall to be hot in it and for the workers to have fans blowing through out the hall than not only that we had guess from out of state! Embarrassing
Played here on a real wet sunday. Course was lots of fun and well kept. Cool to recognize holes from TV. Close to lots of heavily wooded areas so we ran across about 10 deer while playing. As long as you dont mind some deer tracks on the fairway, good spot to play.
Great course, The holes are more difficult than they look
Dave head pro was great, bartenders we're fun, course was a joy to play, I will be back
Loved it, started slow but played great on the back. Sanded and aerated but still had fun.
Always great service at the pro shop.
Tour 18, is a fantastic course! I have payed it several times and enjoy it each time. Very challenging as you take on some of the most iconic holes on some of the greatest courses in the country. Do yourself a favor and play this course at least once, I promise you, you will come back! Located in Humble, TX. about 15 minutes from IAH.
Great course but it’s cart path only 80% of the time
Beautiful course, well manicured greens. Not a fan of all of the homes being built on some fairways, but I don't have to live here, just play. All in all a great facility will reasonable prices.
We had a great time! Very friendly and accommodating staff. Tboxes, fairways and greens in great shape! I totally recommend it!
Great place to play golf
Fun course to play, especially since all the holes are recreations of real PGA tour holes. But I do find it a bit expensive considering the course condition isn’t that much different from other less priced courses in the area. But overall I definitely recommend playing here.
Way over priced for what they offer.
Such a cool course!
Great course and service!
This place is the best! My husband and I were searching for an affordable venue for our wedding and decided to check out Tour18. Tracy met us and talked us through everything, cost, what we wanted and what they could accommodate. We fell in love. Greg Flores kept us feeling comfortable with the planning process and gave us great advice and ideas to help us keep our budget on track. They made 6 plates of vegan pasta just for my vegan family and friends outside of the buffet food we had. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did to make our day as great as it was! I would do it all over again and not change one thing! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! Now we can’t wait to start golfing!!
Course was in good condition. Fun course to play.
Rude cart girl with zero golf etiquette
Amazing course!!
To walk across the Hogan Bridge are you kidding me I was on cloud nine I was walking 10 ft off of Biel
No idea how this course is still open. The greens are horrific, very bumpy, and patchy. The sand is practically just hard dirt, and not well maintained. Teeboxes have not been fixed in awhile, and are filled with huge divots, making them very uneven. The fairways are in great shape, and the staff is very friendly. No where near worth the amount of money they charge, but fun to play the recreated holes. Also, they will group you up with random people to try to speed things up, but fills the course with 4 somes, which inevitable slows it down.
Love this place
One if the Best public golf courses in Houston.
I called in my tee time bc the website was down for "maintenance". The guy in the proshop gave me a rate of $35 bc I have the black card membership. When I arrived at the course the kids working the desk charged me $55. When I told them about the rate I received on the phone, the boy asked me if I had it in writing? Just warning my fellow golfers. Tour18 can be sketchy. They pushed my tee time back 10 minutes too. I will say the course is usually in good shape though. Holes are really fun.
I played there on Dec 6, 2012 after 1PM for only $21. WOW!! What a great course, at such a great price. The course was in great condition, and authentic to what I have seen on TV, when the pros play these famous holes.
Course is pristine and lush. Greens are too slow but otherwise flawless.
The course is a great concept and it is fun to play some legendary holes! However the last 3 times I have played it has take. 5+ hours for 2 people due to slow players. Each time we have tried to tell someone in the pro shop and not once have we seen a martial or any kind of urgency to speed up play. When trying to talk to the pro shop the counter person tried to tell us there was 160 people playing the course and he had multiple calls about groups holding people up. For the price the experience is very poor.
Great condition and deer freely hanging around the course.
Awesome course. Well maintained, I’ll definitely be back!
Good course, a little hard for an amateur but fun anyway.
Very nice
Lovely course amen corner is amazing
Great fun at Tour 18. The course is in good shape. The greens rolled well, the cups have the white plastic inserts making the cuts neat and visible. A good challenge from the tips. And if playing replica holes from the Tour in one beautiful neighborhood isn't fun enough for you, pay an additional $10 (at the time of this review) and ride these Golf boards.
Visiting texas with my mom we decided to play tour 18. This is a looooonnng course if you are a public 18 4,000 yard kind of course golfer. It showcases different golf holes from around the world. It's a tricky motha if you are a new/ novice golfer, but it's fun and, the price for an online tee time can't really be beat for what tour 18 provides. Nice, lush, greens, and fairways.
REDICULOUS WET CONDITIONS!!! This is, by far, the Worst wet conditions of any course I’ve ever played. And don’t reply that the recent rains have hampered our course maintenance. This was caused by unnecessary watering from sprinkler system. WHY? We were so covered with mud, it was rediculous!! Also, No drink cart or Marshal was ever seen. It was probably a good thing a Marshal never came by,, He would’ve caught an earful. Nicest course to the worst, just because of overwatering & it doesn’t make sense. Good Luck filling t-times & keeping members.
It's in great condition!
I love this course so much that I became a member and play twice a week. I am never bored playing here. The hole layout is amazing famous holes of great golf courses and are difficult. The new General Manager Jim has really been improving things on and around the course. Rain this year makes the course even better.
Awesome great service course in very decent shape
Great track
Great course, with surprisingly low fees. All the holes are copies of famous holes. My favorite is the 3 holes from Amen Corner.
It's always a great challenge
Nice replica course that is pretty well kept. Fairways and bunkers are in good shape. The greens are a bit slow for a course as nice as this, but they are mostly in good condition.
Very wet. Cart path only.
Range is a dump and the greens were terrible. Sad!
It was a great course in great shape!!
Great place for fun
Course was cool. The guy in charge of the carts was a little rude.
Leonard was very helpful this morning when my friend had us accidentally show up 2 hours before tee time. Leonard got us out an hour earlier and was very helpful in every way.
Great course hidden away in the pines. No highway or subdivision noises or nuisances here. Does a great job with tournaments also.
Great experience. Fun replica course. Did the best they could with limited geography here in Houston.
I am very fond of Tour 18. The layout is quite challenging and while amateurs with 21+ handicaps will struggle if fairways are missed, even my son (who is lucky to break 110) had a great experience due to the excellent staff support, a beautiful course, and opportunity to compare the courses holes with the classics they emulate. Few courses have cart girls serving refreshments mid-week, and the available options did not disappoint. Please note: I last played at Tour 18 in October 2016.
Great layout!
Beautiful greens
