As of day the firm has a score of 4.7 stars out of 5 and that score has been based on 436 reviews.
You may have noticed that it has an average rating is practically the top, and it's based on a large number of reviews, so we can be pretty sure that the assessment is very faithful. If people have bothered to give their opinion when they are pleased with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to give feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Golf is included in the category of Public golf course.
What a great way to spend the day. Beautiful course and had a great caddie Paul. He knew the greens like the back of his hand. Target golf at it's finest. The course was in great shape.
Fantastic Place for Families, golf, boating, fishing, horses, lots of fun
The steak was delicious along with black a bleu mac and cheese as well as the truffle fries. The serves were delightful friendly and quick. The shrimp cocktail on the other hand was a disappointment I was really let down by the gazpacho sauce as it didn't really have any taste and the cucumbers were overpowering. That being said I will visit again but I just wont order the shrimp cocktail.
Host to the PGA tour Event the Heritage. If you get a chance to play, give it a go. Pricey to play with a cart considering you are required tot take a four caddy. Some holes are cart path only. I walked the back nine. Caddy knowledge is above average. The views are terrific and the sun sets in the evening over 18. Bucket list.
Immaculate condition, hard small greens, very tough!
Beautiful acclaimed course. Inside gated community....borders Calibogue Sound.. Heritage PGA tournament follows The Masters in April.
Great brunch. Short rib benedict special was great.
The iconic gold course lived up to the high expectations. Beautiful course and facilities
What a great golf.course. A must for.your bucket list
Nice course with good prices
The course was in immaculate shape and the greens are the definition of perfection. Best course I have played so far, and they run this place line a fine tuned instrument. Doug was the best caddie I've had and did a great job!
Golf was wonderful. Stay was wonderful. Sea Pines Beach Club parking lot was not. Parked across street at golf course for ten dollars to pull a full cart for a long walk.
Bucket list golf course. Our caddy, Chris, was on point and really knew the course. I wish i could of stayed after the round to enjoy the club house amenities.
Wonderful challenging course that was in great condition for the summer. Staff was helpful, can't wait to go back!
Without doubt the jewel in the Hilton Head crown. On this excellent Pete Dye design, 18 excellently crafted holes will thoroughly test your game. With towering oaks and fir trees lining the tightish fairways, the course builds to a fabulous climax alongside the wonderfully scenic Calibogue Sound.
Great day on fabulous golf course. Better hit it straight because tight fairways and smaller greens.
Played here on 10/5/2017. The course conditions and amenities were top notch. Personnel were very helpful. As far as the course layout, it was average. There are better tracks in the Carolina's (even on Hilton Head/Bluffton) for that matter. It seems it is all about the hype of hosting a PGA tour event. 16, 17, and 18 are nice holes, but the rest of the course in average. Would never pay the $400 asking price to play it again.
For my 1st time, I enjoyed it.
Amazing wedding. Great atmosphere
Beautiful place!
It's a Pete Dye masterpiece and they keep the course in immaculate condition. You play with a fore-caddy so it's nice because you don't have to look for you ball if you miss it into any of the majestic tree lined fairways.
An integral part of a golf courses story is how it stands the ultimate test of time. Harbour Town is maybe the greatest testament to Mr. Pete Dye’s imagination and skill at taking on the foe of Father Time. Narrow is an understand and shot-making a premium, the shortest course on the regular PGA Tour circuit has more ticks up its sleeve than gators in its water hazards. A semi-private course anyone can play but few will find success. The greens “Dye-abolical” and the sight-lines are treacherous, a bucket list experience on a course that will hopefully stay unchanged for quite some time. Rest easy Pete, you’re forever loved
A world class venue in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. It's terrific.
Terrific golf course. Difficult but also very fun to play. Service is absolutely wonderful, and the caddies are both knowledgeable and helpful! Only downside is it'll take a big hit on your wallet so don't play it if it's going to rain heavily so that you can get all the holes in!
The Heritage - can you say more. Great course, gorgeous scenery. Sea Pines really is a phenomenal resort.
Too pricey for lunch. Had to remove corn beef from Rueben. Too tough to chew!
Talk about tight lies! Very narrow. Tough with wind. Hard to play well here unless you're a pro in the Heritage Classic!
Nice well maintained. great course
Great area, tournament was awesome, heard all the travel was fixed so decided not to go by boat this year big mistake
Amazing! Robert trent Jones jr design and the home of the RBC championship on the PGA tour. Very challenging
Fine venue for the Heritage
The course is immaculate and the service excellent. Huge asset for Hilton Hesd.
Great course but use a push trolley as it is cart path only for buggies and that is a pain! It is any easy walking course.
Great Spot for Golf. Better spot for enjoying the Heritage Golf Tournament!
Great place...top notch...class act
This is a great course, tight tight tight fairways, and tiny greens, and why the PGA top pros avoid it every year. Dustin Johnson was the only real big name here this year, (His first appearance) and it will be his last...guaranteed. He hated the course and played poorly. But if you have $275 to toss, and mandatory $100 caddy fee....enjoy!!
Great experience, highly recommend....our caddy was great, very knowledgeable.
I did not play the course, but the club house was beautiful. Also, they have a croquet field outside which was awesome.
5 Star course. Very well maintained. Super staff. I feel like a pro on this course even though I suck at golf.....
Simply the best golf course on planet Earth.
When you book your tee time at Harbour Town I highlly recommend requesting Tom as your fore caddy. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and great enhancement to your round. The course was in amazing shape and very fun to play!
Skip golf and tour the area's thrift shopping. They have elegantly provided charity establishments.
Awesome !
If you enjoy testing your abilities on a course that PGA players play on then this is it. Most of the holes favor accuracy over length and shot positioning off the tee is critical. This course is not visually intimidating or aesthetically pleasing other than the final finishing holes which have views of the sound. The remainder of the golf course is average at best and most of the holes are no better than any other golf course. It is certainly not worth the $350 they charge during peak season. However, if you are only going to be visiting this area then it is a course you should add to your list, simply because it is a tour stop.
Fantastic fare at the Links American Grill! Ask for Stephen to be your waiter, you won't be sorry !!
PGA tour course. Beautiful clubhouse (expensive)
I have a wonderful day here!!! Planning to comeback in a regular basis. Looooveeeee it!!!!!!
Beautiful golf world
Beautiful layout on Calibogue Sound, designed by Tom Fazio, I believe. If it's good enough for the PGA Tour, it's top notch. Fabulous.
I like this golf course. Tight fairways but large greens make for a challenging round.
Great Golf Match Today!! RBC Heritage!!
Enjoyed some wine and a wonderful cheese plate sitting on the veranda overlooking this magnificent course. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pro shop.
Harbour Town is a must play! Great design by Pete Dye that is still a tour favorite.Entire course was regrassed recently and is in superb condition .
Very nice and upscale clubhouse, restaurant, pro shop and course. There are a few beautiful holes on this course and it was in good condition. However, some of the fairways are outrageously narrow. There are also some very dated and what almost look like abandoned old condos on the first couple of holes. As you get further into the course the homes become more appropriate for the course. However, it is clear that this course layout was done to maximize homes on the course, making it very challenging. Overall, a great experience and worth the high price. Most locals tell me this is the #1 semi-private/public course in HH. Restaurant and pro shop were great! Clubhouse and locker room are refined and look new.
This club is top notch and is exactly what I expected a Hilton Club to be. I enjoyed watching the tournament and the facility and grounds were impressive.
Home of the PGA Heritage Golf Tournament. Tough and tight! The "Creme at the Top" on Hilton Head Island.
Great place to golf!
Beautiful in every way.
Great golf course, great service. Fabulous place! Looking forward to coming back again.
Great course.
Enjoyed RBC Heritage 2019
Wonderful day of golf!!!
Great views....great day...
Top Notch Golf...PGA Tournament held here.
Hugh was the best forecaster!
A great course to watch the RBC Heritage! Also have been a caddy on this course.
An American classic..... Beautiful, challenging and demanding..
Terrific, challenging layout. If you aren't hitting it straight it will probably be a long day. There are a number of memorable holes. Currently in the best condition I have ever seen it. Great, welcoming staff.
Great course. Greens punched 2 wks ago. Still pretty good shape.
Great service fantastic cocktails and wonderful food.
Absolutely beautiful course..
Great experience! I'm a novice golfer so was a bit intimidated at first, but our forecaddy was great.
It is a beautiful place to play and relax; highly recommend
We had a great time.
Stunning course and clubhouse
Great Experience today at Harbour Town. I've been looking to visit fron Boston for many years. They recently puched the greens but it was 3 weeks ago and I would say they were 85%. Our fore caddie was great and I enjoyed walking my round. Thenweather was hot and humid but between the water stations and igloo coolers it worked out just fine. I was able to keep it in the middle of the fairway all day which made for a tremendously fun round of golf. The pro shop is top knotch, the practice facility was great and the locker room and restaurant did not dissapoint. I would say you dont need to bring your a game if you play from then whites but you do need to keep it in play...as usual ;)
Golf Links hosted the PGA RBC Heritage tournament. It's a classic course though not really a links course. First Class all the way.
We were there for the PGA event. The course is beautiful. Staff was great. We enjoyed our time there.
Very nice area. Great history and great views
A must-play course if you're a golfer. My brother and I took our dad here for Father's Day and we had a great time. Our caddy was helpful but gave us our own space at the same time. Very well maintained and a friendly staff.
Best golf test in SC ! Difficult course worth the trip and every penny. Well done and absolutely world class area.
I love this place not only because I'm a chef there...but the culinary passion and talent and skills which go on display on a daily basis....the world needs to know about it....
Beautiful course and a beautiful day at the 2019 RBC Tournament!!
Fantastic condition - had a great caddie called Guy who helped us read the greens - much needed! Highly recommend that you play the extra and okay this course
Decent.
The course is absolutely breath taking. The staff and food was amazing. And the caddy was truly awesome. A wonderful experience! Thank you Harbor Town.
Great day at the golf tournament.
Amazing course, requires distance control and shot making.
Beautiful course, must visit
5 star class experience. Was a bit upset that I couldn't have a beer in the men's locker room after my 1:45 round of golf, but such is life!
Awesome place , if you have the chance to play it , do so!
Dinner at the Links. Amazing views, service and food. I had the Bone in ribeye, while my wife had the filet. Extraordinary
Wo derful golf course. Always in pristine shape and great views.
Beautiful course and clubhouse. Walking with caddies is the way to go!
Very elegant place, enjoyed visiting!
Wonderful golf course that is always in immaculate condition. The Heritage PGA tour event is a must to attend.
Amazing place, great area, although if you're not staying at Sea pines, there is a $6 entry fee, to get in, Sea pines, but you can avoid you it by biking or walking.
What can anyone say, bucket list course. Less than a month before The Heritage awesome share.
A great afternoon watching golfers while enjoying wine and house made potato chips on the lanai
This is a beautiful golf course with all the amenities you would expect, including caddies, or carts (take a caddie and walk this beautiful course). Be prepared for a challenging yet pleasant day on the course as you weave through the trees, out to the sound and navigate the very small greens. Always in pristine condition, and now better after the full remodel by Davis Love in 2015/2016.
Very nice Island: Security was on the ball, the place is beautiful . As a matter of fact if my wife says yes I will make a vacation home here
The course was in great condition and fun. However, I was not impressed with the starter who denied a caddie for our group for some unbeknownst reason. It was the first time we golfed here and the caddie would have been beneficial. It was a disappointing experience and I expected better from Harbour Town Golf Links. UPDATE: Because I can not change my star review. After a conversation with the manager and apologies being made about the situation, everything has been corrected! I change my initial review from 3 to 5 stars, thank you for noticing and correcting a mistake!
Played at Harbour Town Sunday 6/23 - although it had recently been 'punched' the course was in great shape. Our fore-caddie Brian was terrific. If you play, make sure you get a bite to eat upstairs and say hello to Jack - great guy from the Boston area with plenty of stories. Wonderful experience. Just note that it is Cart Path Only.
Awesome golf course and great personal.
Beautiful course, beautiful Clubhouse, it has that old southern feel of hospitality and class
Fabulous course, awesome amenities, spectacular views.
Great course to watch a tournament!
If you want a perfect golf experience, this is the place to get it! From the moment you arrive, you are catered to. The caddies are wonderful, and if you have the chance get Griff, he'll help you drain some 30 footers with his keen eye for reading greens. Relax in the clubhouse after the round and enjoy a wonderful meal. Then, be sure to grab a keepsake in the proshop because you'll want to always be reminded of this place. Hats off to Harbour Town!
My first time here and it is amazing. Lots of shops and places to eat. Very nice vacation spot.
Off season it's a different place.
If I didn't know this place was famous I would have thought it was ordinary. Best spot was bar upstairs where bar tender was magnificent; friendly, courteous, helpful, professional, funny, a great guy.
First class golf facility!! Great service, wonderful golf course and great forecaddie
Great course, fantastic views
Harbour Town was amazing! Every aspect of the golf facility was on point. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The course was in perfect condition and we had so much fun playing it.
Great golf course. Tight golf course that is well-maintained and fun to play. They require you to have a forecaddie with each group which is really nice to have them give yardages and tell you where to hit it.
Amazing staff, and course and so thankful to the experience of playing here.
Awesome place and great sunsets
Best greens I've played on. Immaculate course. Very good foecaddies. All it looks to be as seen on TV during the tour stop. Great experience if you love golf.
Such a great experience. Truly a must play course.
I went to a party in harbor town and a golf tournament broke out!
The single greatest golf course I have ever played. Difficult and well layed out to trouble any golfer. However the quality of the course is pristine and amazing.
Not as impressed as I thought. 3 good holes.
Amazing! Request forecaddy Rick P. very knowledgeable, great guy...highly recommend passing Harbour Town...the staff was amazing.
Fantastic golf course. Great day. Ryan our fore caddie was terrific. Worth the cost.
Great golf tournament. A little crazy finding your way around but worth the venture
Really fabulous service and great food! My wife is vegan and I'm gluten free and they were very accommodating to us in every way.
Great Pete Dye course, intimidating as they come but yet beautiful. Our caddy Charlie was great and insightful. And the last hole facing the lighthouse is breathtaking! Staff is very organized and pleasant. Must visit and play course.
Stunning facilities, awesome golf course, beautiful setting
Didnt play golf. Just toured the shops and light house. Very nice place. Has a great playground for the kids. Beautiful location.
Nice
Beautiful
Very friendly!
Great location
Fun times at the RBC Heritage. Course was clean and well kept.
Favorite golf course in SC, great test
Beautiful scenery. Tight, tree-lined fairways. Had an awesome fore caddie named, Alex.
A true bucket list golf course. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and curtious. The course was in the best shape possible and the layout rewards players who can work the ball in all directions. Worth every penny
Harbour Town Golf Links are a fabulous course for the advanced or intermediate golfer. Once in a while a beginner will attempt this course, but I would not recommend to spend the money. If you want to experience the course, come to the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament in April each year and walk it with the pros! The pros have told me this locker room is the best one in the PGA tour (since recent renovation). :)
Great food
Always in great shape. A truly special golf!!!
Beautiful course in Hilton head
Want to play here...greens so small....bought a hat
Down for the RBC.. Fantastic place!
Awesome service and delicious food! The Pro Shop is the best.
Enjoyed the sail boat ride ..very nice crew members
The Greens where super hard could not hold anything on the Greens, looked like they had just sanded or top dressed the greens, course played tough and long, ball does not carry down here.
Classic golf course that is home to a number of professional golf events.
Great experience and perfect weather..Awsome tradition
Loved loved loved Hilton Head Island. Just beautiful Golf Links are just superb
Very nice course. Very good conditions. Not the hardest I've ever played, but in the top five. Fore-caddie was a former professional golfer and was just excellent with yardages and reading greens and everything. Food was excellent- bartender was excellent. All the staff were excellent. Price was high but not unexpected, as it is on all top courses. I have one complaint. From the time I called to make my tee time, while I paid my greens fees, or anytime until I got to the first tee, nobody mentioned it was cart-path only. Then at the first tee, starter says it is ALMOST ALWAYS cart-path only. I think when you call in that fact should be mentioned and again when you check-in. I have no idea if you can walk this course because that option was never given. Great place- but they gotta get their act together on this cart-path only most of the time. They gotta tell you before you tee off and present the options, if any.
I have played several PGA Tournament venues and this was by far one of the most enjoyable. We used a fore caddie, and my playing partner knew the course quite well. I advise the use of an experienced local to maximize the course management aspect. Although the regular greens fees were high, the condition of the course and scenery exceeded my expectations. The greens were diabolical, as were the sand traps and pin placements. Each detail is well thought out and challenging. As humbling as the 13th and 14th hole were to me, I would struggle to pick one hole as my favorite, including 18, which is incredible. This course is well worth the time and money for any golf enthusiast.
Nice golf course, lives off it notoriety, definately OVER-PRICED. The pine needles are next to impossible to play off of, and there strick cart path only for the electric carts is horriable.
Views are awesome, course is in immaculate condition. The RBC Heritage is quite a show, and the patrons are about half the age of the ones you find the week before West of Aiken at the Masters.
Very overrated course ; 14 holes of up and down golf with houses on every hole does not compensate for the 3 great holes : 16,17, 18. Paying that price to hit off mats on the range and demanding cart path only when the fairways are dry as a bone makes no sense. The May River course at Palmetto Bluff is far more scenic and enjoyable to play and it shares The Nicklaus improved design philosophy.
This where golf pros go to unwind after PGA. Beautiful course on the shore. There's high-end dining, shops, playground, lighthouse, yatchs, what more could you ask for.
Expensive, good food and great golf course.
Very breezy but great day at the RBC Heritage tournament.
My favorite course during my favorite tournament. Well worth playing too!!
