I like this course. It's usually drier than most so the ball rolls out further. The greens are receptive. The layout is nice. Reachable Par 5's. 4 reachable Par 4's with perfectly hit Drivers. It's not esthetically pristine, but it has its own difference in how it plays. Hot dogs are hot dogs.

I found this course to be challenging in more ways than one. First, I played this course following a heavy rain and during the light rain that followed. This made good ball placement nearly impossible to avoid soggy/ puddled fairways. It also contributed to me playing soaked and wet the whole time. I think playing this course under drier conditions would make a huge difference. Second, there are hazards all over this course including houses. Proper club selection is a must. I refrained from using the driver on most of the par 4's; this worked well for the tight approach shots. Other than the sog, I thought the course was in good shape. Pace of play was good. The staff was courteous and the starters were helpful. The price was good. I recommend on a dry day/week; I will return for my revenge!

Played oct 2016 and oct 2017. This is the place to play after extremely heavy rain. Their sand based fairways soak in water leaving the course playable. One of the first courses to have 90 degree after rain! Course avg condition for myrtle beach as the expectations are high in the area. I have not played on it in dry weather. I suspect it would be dried out and lots of roll. We played 4 days after the 2016 oct storm and got LOTS of roll!! Not bad for the money. Thats why i gave it a 4 instead of a 3.

The course is in rough shape, with lots of bad spots on the greens and tee boxes. It is inexpensive for the area, though. The layout is fun, and the staff is friendly. If you are looking for a cheap round of gold in the Myrtle Beach area, it is worth a try.

4/18/18- Tee boxes were sloped, not flat, not cut. Fairways not cut, greens in horrible shape. Price is cheap. Lots of seniors playing so they cater to the gold tees. Short and tight. I could not putt on the greens they were so bad. I mean really bad! Go to Aberdeen, much better.

I live on this course. Seems a bit overpriced. The condition of the course is spotty. Some holes will be great others will be water logged around the green for no reason. Some tee boxes could be in better condition. Still a fun course to play. Afternoons are not busy at all!

The course was not in great shape and they do not have a practice area other than a putting green. Bunkers and cart paths are in awful condition but the greens were ok. The staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my conversation with the guy working in the pro-shop which had a good supply of anything you would need to play a round of golf.

Look, if you are like a beginner and shoot around 110, and you really just don’t care where you play, then come here. But if you have any dignity and want to actually have fun then don’t come here. The course is in awful shape. They need to either close this course down and renovate the entire thing or let everyone play for free because they are wasting everyone’s money who plays this! ALSO MOST OR ALL OF THE FIVE STAR RATINGS ARE FROM RESIDENTS. THIS IS BECAUSE IF THE COURSE IS RATED HIGHER THEN THEIR PROPERTY VALUE GOES UP!!!!

Pool is always clean, and maintained. The door wouldn't open with a key but they were changing out the door the next day with new key cards so maintenance is on it when repairs need to be made. I'd give them a 10 for their awesome relaxation their pool time gives me!

The course itself is ok except for the cart path which is horrible. It is members oriented every one we talked to were members and played every chance they got. We played 18 holes and had 6 golf balls hit close to us one with in 5 foot. We let the first ones play through. Still 5 more golf balls came at us.

This golf course has a very interesting layout but unfortunately is in poor condition due to the recent cold and wet weather. The staff provides excellent Customer Service and would not hesitate to play again when the course dries out.

I live here and its GREAT! They build A LOT of homes too! They are currently building them across the pond! You can play golf ⛳ right in your neighborhood! There is also a neighborhood POOL! So AWESOME!

Terrible staff we pulled up they wouldn't unload our bags noone would greet us...and by the way the place is a dump....tee boxes are sand on most holes,if u are a African decent do not go here.........we was the only people made to go off on the back 9 first.....

Wonderful people live there but unfortunately I'm sick of money hungry greedy people that over charge the people who live there with ridiculous way too high priced HOA fees!!! The people I've met who live there are great good hearted people and it's so unfortunate that most are stuck all because of money!!! Someone needs to give them a break on the HOA fees!!!!! And like everywhere you go there are a few young punks that like to think they can run the place but they just end up making an A** out of themselves!!!! And unfortunately everyone that lives close knows exactly who I'm talking about!!!!
