This Golf belongs to the category of Golf club.
Course is very well maintained. Maintainable crew, and owner, and consistently working to improve conditions. For anyone who remembers the condition of this course prior to new owners taking over in 2017, you will not believe that this is the same course. Family owned and operated, you will find them to be friendly, accommodating, eager to please, and just good people. Food is excellent, and we'll priced. I strongly recommend that area golfers play a round whenever you can.
Great little 9 hole course. Not too crowded so you don't feel rushed. People are friendly and not too stuffy.
Good people nice course
I've played this course several times, with my son-in-law. It has a mixture of modestly difficult holes along with a smattering of fairly non-difficult and medium difficult holes. I always found Wayne and Adam to be courteous and cordial. I haven't been there in almost a year but am going next Saturday (8-29-15), with my son-in-law (Ray Tutt).
First time there, and I loved it. Never golf in winter, but was glad I discovered this gem on the last day of November. Family owned and operated, very accommodating, will probably play many more times (if temperatures rise above 40
Played 9 on 06/6/17. The course was in very good condition. The 'club house' is now in a separate room from the bar, as well. It was a pleasure playing there this year. Great for a quick nine for after work, or just getting back into gear again.
Total joke,on the counter a sign said greens under repair no refunds.Someone needs to explain what greens under repair mean, they were dirt an crabgrass.NO PRIDE.IT is the absolute worse course in the area an should be shut down.
Cheap, hacker course, perfect for duffers
any review before ~2016 should be deleted, new owners here, place is great they really did an AWESOME job making this place nice!!!
Great place for golf and lunch
Nicely renovated 9 holes and clubhouse. Excellently!
Great course
Played 9 holes with my husband and sons. Well maintained course, great mix of hazards (water, sand, etc), and a nice warm-up area. We love the shop dog, Josie, so sweet! Stopped in the bar/restaraunt afterwards....yummy food and cold drinks! Worcester Golf Course is a welcoming environment. Very happy to be supporting a family-owned business!
Great 9 hole course! It's July and the course is in very good shape, nice variety for each hole. This is definitely a good spot to hit 9, or even turn into 18. Bar and restaurant after is worth the stop. Cold drinks, burgers and bar fare are very good. The course is under new ownership and they are very nice and take care of their customers. Its family owned and operated, which is a plus and you can tell they put their effort into the place. Highly recommend Worcester, will definitely be coming back,...often. Also can't beat the price!
Nice experience
Used to be good. Now is NOT. New ownership it seems and they were nothing but rude from the get go. Also $28 for NINE holes. Seems to be almost double from 1 year ago. Will NOT return and my husband and I have played there many times over the past years. Don’t act like WE are lucky to be playing your course. It’s the other way around.
Great value for a nearby course. Love the water and neat houses scattered around the course. We took a client and he loved it. By Gene Nyandoro and Tom Nyandoro
Great 9 hole course.
Great 9 hole course
Great place to go and practice to get ready for that big golf tournament coming up! Greens were well kept and a decent challenge level!
Nice course, good value. The food is made fresh and it's delicious, the drinks are great as well. They serve dinner Friday and Saturday nights, and I think they have Wednesday night league play. Lance and Cindy are a delight.
Great course, greens taken care of a big transformation from previous owners. Great food and staff. Enjoyable to play
I golf here frequently. The course is well maintained and surprisingly challenging. My favorite hole is the 155 yard par three over the pond/fountain -- (although I usually end up in the water). I recently attended a family party in the banquet hall upstairs. I had no idea that they had a banquet hall and second bar upstairs! The bartender was friendly and the waitstaff was on-point. Very nice people here!
Great nine hole course. Great owners and help.
Nice 9 greens and fairways in excellent shape!
Course is in very good condition and the new owners are doing an excellent job of keeping it that way.
Absolutely just keeps getting worse every year. Let's start with the greens they are dying so fast that either Moss is covering mud or it looks they spray painted it green. The pond on their par three is just evaporating to nothing and I thing they have bunkers but they are growing who knows what in them. No longer just sand. I will be honest I will not be back even if it was free.
This place used to be nice but now it is absolutley terrible. The grass does not get cut you will lose balls that you hit in the middle of the fairway. The greens are like sponges now and are completely dead. Probably wouldn't play here if it was free. The course needs to be fixed badly.
The course has much improved over the years and is quite enjoyable.
Ragged course with no grass just weeds everywhere. Was cool for me at the time as I had just started playing golf and it was only 9holes.
Staff was very rude, and not friendly. One particular staff member used abusive language directed at my group. Personally i do not think that is anyway to treat people in general let alone customers who are under 18. Greens are poorly kept, and the golf carts are unusable. Prices are outrageous for a short 9 hole course. Went here in the past and did not have as bad an experience with everything as i did this time. My friends and i will never return to this course , and i suggest you save your hard earned money and golf at places that are worth the expense, and don't tolerate their employees using foul language.
Great 9 hole course that is well maintained
Place is much improved under new ownership Greens are better and the boxes are green
Used to be a nice place to catch a quick 9, that was in good shape. I don't know what happened, but the greens are 75%+ dead, what is there hasn't been cut more than twice this season. The tee boxes are all sand and weeds. They charged $23 for nine holes today, if I knew what it was like I wouldn't have played, even if it was free. Forget the money, don't waste your valuable time here.
You'll enjoy this course whether you're a beginner or experienced golfer. The staff there is excellent and I'll continue to come back here
A very pleasant surprise, this local 9 hole course ( which can be played as 18 ) is very nicely maintained.
Went here with my dad; very laid back environment, no rushing, golf carts were AMAZING quality. Very kind staff, which today included a very kind golden retriever greeter.
My first time, they were air raiding the holes while we played, blowing dirt all over rhe place, backed up, went in for a refund, got it and was told never to come back as the owner turned away. Not a good experience!
Course under new ownership and has been vastly improved. Greens are much better. Web Site does not reflect new owners as it did not come as part of the sale.
Went 4 weeks ago. The greens are in shambles. And with the drought we are in now, they are probably worse.
Friendly, great club house, can play 9 in 2 to 2 1/2 hours on challenging well keep course.
Decent 9 hole course. Course is generally in good shape. They just got new carts too. Never seems really packed. I have even walked on without a tee time on weekends. Depends on the time of year though. Off season is great as it's $17 on weekends.
Visited to get a cheesecake from euro delight, they recently moved to the club. Worth a stop, their baked goods are amazing!
New owner, the course is in great shape
Well kept, short 9 hole course.
The new owner did not mess around: course is very well maintained now and looks great. They improved the tee box locations and overall a much better experience than previous ownership.
Course is in great shape
No way
Nothing wrong with this course. Great for a quick 9
Gorgeous little 9 hole public course, full size, not a par 3 course. The new owners have dumped plenty of money into the grounds and it shows. I love golfing here as well as visiting the clubhouse afterwards, as the staff is super friendly, the beer super cold and the food super tasty. They host events and small outings too. I'd recommend to anyone.
Beautiful views and grounds ar this location. EuroDelight is a solid lunch spot with some interesting and tasty options. Hopefully they will continue to tweak or expand the menu as they settle into their new location. We miss the wonderful selection of quality pastries they had in town in Skippack!
Unbelievable value. Fairways and greens are pristine. Beautiful elevated location too.
Nice little 9 hole course for all skill levels. Friendly owners with good deals for lessons and golf packages.
Family owned and run. Greens and fairways in excellent condition
The new management has vastly improved the conditions and are very friendly
Great 9 hole course! Food is fantastic! Well maintained with very friendly help.
Nice place, good food
We had a great day on the course that is well maintained...
The owners are very nice and the club is really nice and the golf course is really nice
Best 9 hole course in the area, without a doubt.
Very cordial,
Fun 9-hole course that is well-maintained. You also have the option to play through again for a discounted rate.
Nice course. And probably the friendliest golf experience I've had......
I was able to play 9 holes with 2 friends without booking a tee time (Tuesday at 1 PM). Fairways were very green, could have been cut down a little more but it wasn't that big of a deal. Several greens were a bit patchy, nothing too major. Speed of play was just right. Worcester is perfect for an inexpensive and quick round of golf. Good experience overall!
The only nice thing about this course was Little John and the gentlemen who refunded my money after 2 holes! This course is in the worst shape. The greens are a mess, and they haven't cut the grass on the tee boxes or fairways. It's sad because it's a nice layout 9 hole course. Don't waste your time.
Course is in FAR better condition under new ownership. They told me they had Linfield National Greens crew come in and redo the grass conditioning and you can tell. Love this place for the price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick 9.
Great regulation 9 hole course. Great food and good folks who run the place. Greens in great condition even with the bad summer we've had.
Called today for a tee time - Told they are under New Ownership - Not open currently. Working on major course improvements. Really hope to see good things. The course last year was embarassing and I couldnt bellieve they bothered to charge for it. Here's hoping for great improvements!
Great place to get 9 holes in!!! Owners an staff are so nice an accommdating!
Under new ownership golf course becomes so much nicer! Fairways wider, greens cleaner. Service more hospitable. Very enjoyable 9 holes!
Great place for a quick 9 holes. Friendly staff and a fun course. I’m new to golf and this is my go to course, to get practice or have fun with some friends.
The only redeeming part about this course is that it's only 9 holes and relatively cheap at $15-20, so you can end your misery quickly rather than having it go on for 18 holes. Other than the price, there really aren't any redeeming qualities about this place. The golf carts are pieces of junk; the tee boxes are deplorable; for all intents and purposes there are no fairways, just slightly shorter grass; and the greens are very slow and not kept up at all.
My son (7) and I were able to play a round on Saturday morning without any fuss. The course was in great shape and was aerated a few weeks ago. We finished nine holes in about an hour and 40 minutes. We will be back!
