*Played the Presidential course. A really nice layout, and a fairly tough course. I just played on a day where there was a good amount of rain the previous night and I was pretty impressed with shape of the course. The greens must drain really well because they weren't swampy one bit. All in all a nice public course. Perhaps $5 or $10 over its worth.

Two nice courses, with the Presidential being favorite for regulars, so expect a bit more traffic over there. From tees to greens the course is well maintained for a 36 hole public course. The outside crew was always nice, especially Rich who is one of the nicer gentlemen I have encountered. The beverage girls are sweethearts and the halfway house is a bonus. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a gorgeous day out on the course.

This course is a bit below average to me. They have two courses, The Ambassador and the Presidential, and I play the cheaper Ambassador. I have played this course about 10 times now, and every time I leave dissatisfied. It seems that because they were trying to fit two courses onto their land, the jammed some holes in where they shouldn't be. I am not a great golfer by any stretch of the imagination, but this course is also very challenging. I've never seen more trees on a course than this one, and I have played a lot of courses. There is a stretch of about 8 holes from around 7 to 15 where every shot you hit is either fairway/green, or trees. There is absolutely no rough to work with, due to what I believe was the attempt to fit in two courses. I will say however that the course was rather scenic(probably due to the 10 million trees), and wasn't unkept or anything. So as far as a recommendation goes, if you aren't a 10-15 handicap or better, there are much better courses in the area that won't frustrate you in the way that this place has for me over the years.

Greens are large and fast but hold nicely. Nice layout. 36 holes. More of a links course on the Presidential side, well trapped, tough. Ambassador side is a classic. Trees and more trees. Both are nice tests.

The ambassador course has potential, but needs a lot of work. Overall the greens rolled fairly true, but poor drainage, infrequent and/or wrong yardage markers, and the general sloppy conditions made this a difficult 18 to enjoy. I would not recommend playing this course the day after rain.

Played here for the first time yesterday. Played the presidential course. Really liked the layout even though they got flooded out last week. Traps are shot- free lift. The course is really challenging and fits my eye really well. Lots of dog legs and well protected greens that you can read pretty easily. Can't wait to get back!!

Not only are the conditions poor, but the course sold my email address to marketers. I know because the Alligent Airlines email I received said as much. It’s one thing to have rough conditions, the weather isn’t controllable; however, couple poor conditions due to maintaince and couple that with selling my information to make a buck? Unacceptable.

Played the ambassador course today. The course was cart path only which made it difficult since the “real feel” was almost 100 degrees. The course itself was in deplorable condition after the recent rain had killed a lot of grass (except for the crabgrass). The layout is decent, but it seems to have drainage issues.

Played Aug 26, 2018 on the ambassador course. Easily the slowest round of golf I have ever played. Was told by the starter that they overbooked for the day. Course maintenance was also terrible. I heard presidential course was better. I am far from a picky golfer, but sadly this was a horrible experience

My friend and I played the presidential course and it was in great shape. The presidential course really tests your thought process as a golfer with not being able to use your driver on every hole. Think the next time we go back we will try the ambassador course. Highly recommended place to go for a good round of golf.

I purchased a GolfNow Deal Caddy offer awhile ago for a foursome on the Presidential course. The offer had since expired, so I called Tuesday to ask what their policy would be for a Saturday round in October. The gentleman answering the phone told me that they would honor the offer provided I played after 11:00AM because it was October, and they were off-season. I brought 3 friends, and when I arrived, they told me it would cost me an additional $25/man to tee off. I explained my previous call, and how I would have easily used this offer later in the afternoon (or not at all) to no avail. Needless to say I was beyond embarrassed in front of the 3 friends I invited BECAUSE of this deal. The 3 staff, let's call them "Moe, Larry, and Curly" finally agreed to 'only' charge me an extra $12/man... which I put entirely on my Visa. I've been in the golf industry for 20 years, and I don't ever remember dealing with this kind of situation. The course was very average, but I was too irritated to notice. The four of us will never be back, and since I play a lot of golf, a lot of people will be hearing this one. Unreal how hiring miserable people can ruin what should have been a nice day.

I played the Ambassador course, and it's a nice course. More challenging then it's rating and slope lead you to believe. No room for error left or right on the front 9. More forgiving on the back 9. Well worth playing for the price.
