The View Restaurant at Juniper golf course has a nice atmosphere and the food is good. However, I will dine there again as the service was awful. The servers were nice but completely incompetent and inefficient. It ruined our dining experience. There were 2 servers and the restaurant was not that busy. Yet it took over 15 minutes to finally get a menu when I went over to ask for one again (this is to the SAME waitress that sat us down). My father ordered a beer and never got it - went to the bar himself and had to order it. Food came out late and cold and only because we asked ANOTHER waiter to get it. Never again. Really disappointed because I do like the area and it is near my place. Terrible service.

Love the course itself but it is consistently the worst pace of play in central Oregon. 5+ hour rounds the norm here. Partly it’s the clientele, but definitely the course should do better to manage it. They send groups out every 9 minutes which overpacks the course and there is never a marshal around. Tried it again yesterday, quit after 13 holes and 3.5 hours. Ridiculous!

I didn't actually golf there, but I did eat at the restaurant, it was great. Our server Ryan was awesome. He were lucky enough to be there on prime rib night. It was cooked to perfection as we ordered it. Although I kind of wished I order it medium rare instead of medium. It also came with a dinner salad and strawberry shortcake for dessert. Both were really good. As advertised the place really did have a great view.

Scenic course, driving range is really small, a bit more forgiving than Pronghorn. Enjoyable round. But certainly demands accurate shots.

Played Juniper Golf Club in Redmond, Oregon today. Booked through Golf Now. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the course was. I played off gold tees which was 5500 and my husband played the green tees at 6700. The fairways were in nice condition with grass to hit off of (we play Arizona courses with tight fairway grass). Fairways were generous but you did have to select clubs for correct distance because there is trouble off of the fairways. Greens were okay, fast and rolling with approach shots. Greens were a little bumpy which was difficult to be accurate on your putts. The scenery is pretty. We had dinner at the restaurant after golf which was good. We sat outside and had the most beautiful sunset which highlighted hole #16. You have views of 9, 18 and 16 from the patio. Prices for golf and restaurant are fair. We will be back to play this course on our future trips.

Great course and good value if your local (membership or player development). Course is well kept, greens are fast and thr dessert will take your ball. Driving range could use some work however I'm more concerned about the course being kept up. Beautiful views from the course just add to the allure.

This is a very fun and scenic course. We encountered a marshal today very gruff and unfriendly that literally ruined the round for me and my buddies. His attitude was abrasive and did nothing to make us want to return and play there again.
