I've gone to Fiddler's Green many times over the years, and have usually had good service. I went today to get my clubs regripped. I picked out the grips I wanted, and asked for the price. The salesman (short guy) quoted my $9.50 a grip. I asked if that was the installed price, and he said "yes". I came back a few hours later to pick up the clubs, and they tacked on an extra $1.50 per club as an install fee. I pointed out that was not the price quoted to me, and that I specifically asked if the $9.50 included installation. They would not honor the quoted price, and charged me an extra $16.50. I will never go back to Fiddler's Green, and that $16.50 overcharge will end up costing them much more than that. I am very disappointed in this experience, and felt ripped off leaving the store.

It couldn't have been better. I wanted to ship a set of older clubs to my friend in Illinois who had no clubs. I had purchased them from Fiddler's Green but I don't think that mattered. They took care of the packing and the shipping information. All at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them

Great place to go for anything golf related. Every foot of the store is packed with a great selection of golf and lounge apparel, as well as decorations for the home. I was able to find great deals on clothes I'm very happy with, and all of the staff were very helpful. It looks as though they have a driving range, although I was not able to visit it myself. Overall a very nice place for people who enjoy the sport!

Wow. Amazing golf store. Every club you can imagine. I've been to large golf stores before, but Fiddler's let's you try any club you want. This is invaluable when making a decade long commitment to a new club. Their prices are very competitive too, and no sales tax in Oregon. When I buy new clubs, I'm only going here. They also have carts, bags, clothes, balls, you name it , they have it.

Very large store with a lot of options. Staff were helpful in giving directions on what club would work for you or not. They are patient as you try the different types and take practice swings. Prices seems fine but I am not following that in a lot of detail. The biggest advantage of the store is being able to see and feel the clubs and gear in person.

The staff is super attentive and always willing to help out whether it be advice or answering questions. The course is great for the price, “par 3” driving range is the cheapest in town. Review of the pro shop below... (I didn't golf at the par 3 course). Very friendly staff, was greeted by several people on arrival. Also was asked if i needed help with finding clubs. I was helped by Micheal, who was great, took his time, answered my questions, and gave me plenty of opportunity to try out the clubs on the driving range. I came only for a driver, but left with a driver and a set of irons as well! I didn't spend much time in the apparel, shoes, bags, or accessories/gifts section of the shop but the selection of "golf stuff" seemed significant and second to none in the Eugene area. Would highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for golf gear or just about anything golf related!

If you love golf, or think you might want to try golf, this is the place for you. You can try any club on their driving range for free! But beware, you might fall in love with a driver or a putter or a completely innocent looking iron. Then they fit the club to you within minutes. And of course you will then want a smashing new golf outfit and new golf shoes.

The golf part of Fiddlers Green is awesome! The food on the other hand..... We ordered two cheeseburgers that were heated in the microwave. I was very very disappointed in the quality. We paid 18 dollars and had one bite. So, thus place rocks for golf supplies! Don't eat the burgers!

$2 dollars for a token of balls and the most professional service I have ever experienced at a golf shop. I was helped out by Trent. He spent what I believe to be at least two hrs with me on the range and in the shop going over every little question I had. He help fit me for some irons and helped me figure out how to improve my existing driver and putter. I now know why they are one of the top 100 club fitters on golf digest. The course is in really great shape right now (Jun 2019). Greens are fast and firm. Fairways are like a soft carpet. Fun par 3 course, great for working on your short game.

It's like your in a dream, where everything you need for golf is all around you. The selection is amazing, the customer service is 110 % always. Prices are always good. I drive over an hour and a half from Tualatin for any major golf purchases. It is well worth the drive.

Have not actually golfed there but my car broke down and I had to leave it for 3 days before I was able to retrieve it and get it towed to a shop. The guy who was closing stayed almost an hour late helping me try and get my car going. When I finally gave up he assured me that they would not have it towed and helped me push it to a well lit spot right in front of a security camera. I wasn't even a customer but they went above and beyond. I bet their customer service rules.
