Review of the Paddock Pub Party Room from a recent event I attended on May 13th 2017 with the Green Oval Guild Land Rover Owners Club. Great party room, we had a great time watching videos on projector. Bring your own DVD, BlueRay with RCA cables for best experience. We also enjoyed a catered Taco Bar. If your planning an event this would be a great choice for a room.

This course is the old Groveport Country Club, which has been bought and renovated by the City of Groveport. Tom Walker is the head pro there. It is in the middle of renovations and upgrades, or it would have been a five star rating. Five star in 2018. Excellent layout and course.

Great golf course I always love coming to. Front nine is old and mature and pretty difficult. Back nine opens up and is more modern but still tough greens. A little on the high end unless you're a resident but still will come back any day available

Inexperienced golfers are NOT welcome here. I went to the driving range at this golf course with a few friends. Denny, an older man, helped us and gave us our gold balls, easy enough, so we went to the driving range and hit our bucket of balls. We decided to get another bucket because we ran through them pretty quick. Denny helped us again. This time we bought our bucket of balls, but asked how much it would be for my Dad, his friend, my brother, and I to play a round there. Denny replied with the price, but then proceeded to tell us that we were not welcome at the golf course because they were a “graduate” golf course. Denny told us that “we needed to get golf lessons before returning to the course”. Do not expect my business there again, I am not getting paid to be there, I am paying them to be there.

I was driving though the area and decided to stop and play this course as it was the closest to me. Glad I did! Good layout, great greens. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Pace of play was good. For the price you cannot beat it.

Had some major flooding in 2017. The grounds crew deserves all the stars for their hard work trying to keep the course competitive. My only issue was the weekend price. Expensive for those conditions. Still enjoyed my round. Will be back next year.

I am not a golfer but the beautiful grounds that are so well kept surely are inviting. The club house has cleam, we'll maintained restrooms with ample locker spaces. Since I don't golf, you're probably wondering why I was here. I did not check out the gift shop, or whatever it is called. I was here for the Paddock Pub restaurant. They hold a craft show at the pub's event center and my wife and I were one of the vendors participating. Since the show is right there at the pub, we bought our lunch there. Excellent choice! I am one who likes to try different things, especially when a restaurant offers unique and different ways of preparing food and the Paddock Pub does this. For example, the Reuben Balls apetizer is fabulous; as is their Reuben sandwich. The salmon salad had small chunks of watermelon in it; how interesting and refreshing that is. The friendly staff adds to the experience. If you're near Groveport and want to eat, even a small plate meal, consider the Paddock Pub. I'm sure you'll be glad you did.

Not the first occurrence of rude behavior from some staff but it will be the last. My husband and I paid for a full 18-holes of golf for 4 people... We were told that we would need to have the carts back in by 7:20 pm, which we had no problem with. At 7 pm, while we were getting ready to tee off on the 18th hole, one of the staff/management, an older man, rode out to me and very rudely told me ... Okay, you need to pack it up .. bring the carts in now and then rode off... His tone indicated that we were a terrible burden to his evening. I don't expect to ever be treated as such at any establishment that I spend my money and especially not when I spend the amount of money it takes for 4 people to play 18-holes of golf. We have played this at this course many times before but will not be doing so again.

They snuck me out for a quick 9 without a tee time right before a league. Course was in great shape. Tough in some spots but you get rewarded for him hitting good shots. Clubhouse is great and staff was friendly and overly accommodating. Suspension bridge was pretty cool. Highly recommend giving it a shot. I recently moved to this part of town and will be making this my regular course moving forward.

This is a nice course. Very well taken care of with well cut grass throughout, great cart paths, trees, water and sand. Nice golf carts also. The restaurant is great and has outdoor seating overlooking the 18th green. Course has some small greens which makes for a challenge for the approach. Price is good for the quality of experience. Love the attention to detail here.

Played 07/20/2019. This is a very challenging track, there's water and plenty of fairway and greenside bunkers. The par 3's were my favorite. This course was great shape considering the time of season. The mow patterns, rough and well manicured in and around the greens tell me this place is well taken care by it's crew. This was a pleasant surprise than other public city courses plus it's inexpensive. The Pub inside has grab n go dogs and brats, good for when you want to have a speedy round. I was very impressed with the Links at Groveport. I will be back.

First time played, it is a beautiful tree lined golf course that has small undulating greens. The course was on immaculate condition and reasonably priced. Even though it is an hour drive I plan on having the Links as a course I will play more.

I'm not reviewing the golf course but the Paddock Pub in the Club House. Excellent food from the same folks who run the Barcelona in German Village at a much lower price point.

Great course. Very well manicured. The only hole that I can say I was not pleased with was hole 3. It is a short par 3 and they removed the left side bunkers and left bare dirt. Outside of that, the staff was friendly and the course was fun to play. It has a great clubhouse as well. I bought 2 large range buckets and it got so hot outside I could not finish the second and they refunded me for the second bucket. What great service! Very pleased. This is my main course now.

I learned that today, Denny, was quite rude and discouraged my son and other younger players to not play on their golf course. My son asked for pricing for golf the next morning. He was told the price and told that, in a nutshell, that they were not welcome on the course unless they practiced more. What Denny failed to realize, and did not ask about, is that my son was going to golf with me and another experienced person. So, Denny, because of your snobbish and rude personality dissuading my son to golf at The Links in Groveport, you will no longer get my business and any other people that I know. I have golfed at your course as part of a league and I will use whatever influence that I have to dissuade any groups, that I belong to, considering The Links in Groveport for league play to look elsewhere. I find your attitude unacceptable. Brian
