Went last week with my buddy. The course was fair. The food was so bad. I said something to our server and she said there were 2 new Chefs and nobody was happy. Well really it was bad. Steak I had was rare. I mean rare. The soup my buddy had said it tasted like warm water. I don’t get the “Chefs” use a darn temp gauge like the rest of the world.

Have golfed here for years. The course is in great condition and they've adjusted their pricing to be more reasonable. Only complaint is the 2016 sand trap removal has left some areas that are completely unplayable until it's done. Course layout is amazing, and challenging but not too much. Very scenic and has something for all types of golfers.

Amazing course. PGA should play here. Food was great at reasonable price. If you shank the ball, you may want to choose another course. houses are starting line the Fairways. Most on left.

We've not golfed at Grey Hawk for a couple of years because of a bad experience. Bought a Groupon Gift Cerftificate at Christmas time. Fortunately, we only paid $25/person. The course is in terrible condition. The fairways are burnt out and in some instances you don't have any grass at all to hit your second shot from. A few of the greens are in "ok" condition, but majority are burned out and very bumpy. Bunkers....really! You have gravel in the bunker on the 18th hole and the bunkers on the other holes appear to not have had the sand raked all year. The bunkers are so hard it is almost impossible to get your ball out. It is a shame this course has been allowed to get in the condition that it is now in. This is a course that could be a premier course if it were maintained. A good variety of holes that allow you to use different clubs in your bag. This is a course that we will definitely not be playing any time in the near future. Makes you wonder if the course is in financial difficulty.

Very slow service. Glacially slow. Due to problem with the refrigeration many items on the menu we're not available. Two large groups with reservations were made to wait & wait & wait! It's not like we just decided to plop in for lunch at the last moment! Two overwhelmed waitresses handled both groups. Food was good, but having to wait over an hour for our orders was very disappointing. Was planning on suggesting Grey Hawk for my 50th class reunion, since our reunion committee is considering different venues. Grey Hawk Will Not Be One Of The Choices!

Attended a reunion at the Grey Hawk Golf Club. It was the perfect spot for this. The room was an approp size. The food was buffet-style, steak, chicken, veggies, and salad. Perfectly cooked meats. Everyone was happy with the menu. They made accommodations as we needed. We could not ask for a better place for this event.

First time to play Grey Hawk. Greens are still in early spring mode. Was surprised at the amount of water on the course. It's pretty. Fairways are in good shape. Overall a very playable course. And Yes i will play it again.

While the course is ok. The food at the clubhouse is terrible. Twice now over cooked steaks. Not just that though, the soup tasted like warm water. No flavor. The service was also very slow.

This is a great course. Plenty of hazards and hills. Just overall fun to play. Only issue is there is no one there to enforce pace of play. We got stuck behind a VERY slow foursome that stretched it out and added at least another hour to our day. I’ve been stuck behind slow players but this was hands down the worst. I don’t want to drop the rating down below 4 stars because it really is fantastic.

This course is absolutely fantastic. Started playing it regularly and its a tough challenge with great conditions. Greens,fairways are superb. Friendly staff. Great clubhouse. The green fee of 40 bucks with a cart is the best value anywhere. I am looking forward to playing this course next year and will definitely be playing it this year if the weather holds up. Great job Grey Hawk!!!

The course is in really good shape. Went through some rough years, but it has become a favorite above a lot of courses within an hour drive. Clubhouse is well run and the food has not disappointed.

We went to The Nest which is the restaurant at Grey Hawk and I had the Cuban dip with fries, my bride had the French dip and a salad. The food was real good and had alot of it, the prices were good and Mariah was friendly and did a good job.

The course always had an interesting and challenging design, but a few years ago it fell into poor managemen of the greens and fairways. The course has made a great comeback and is a well-groomed enjoyable course to play, and at very reasonable green fees.

Golf shop attendant was welcoming and friendly! Super soaked but that's par for the course this yr even in the south!! Course was in great shape for the rain we've had this yr. Greens were in amazing shape greenskeeper is very good at his job!! Soft on approaches yet firm n on the fast side was def impressed with ththe greens!! 1st time there I'll be a regular!!!

Amazing food, Chef Charles is a Wizard in the kitchen. It has a difficult 18 hole course but that's a good thing, the servers are nice, they have a driving range and classes to work on your strokes. Very clean, and very satisfied. The GM Scott is awesome also.

This course has improved a lot from the past several years. I live on the 11th hole so get to see the maintenance workers improving the course daily. I played two weeks ago and the fairways are plush and the greens are nicely done It is a tough course and you typically need to use one more club then you think you need as most of the greens are elevated. On the 11th island hole if a west wind is blowing take two more clubs as three out of four golfers are short in the water.

Course offers driving range, chipping and putting practice area. Golf Course is in excellent shape and the greens are country club quality! Highly recommend.
