Fun and forgiving course layout, nice facilities and staff. Wide fairways, good variety of hole designs, water on 17 of the holes too. But the course conditions are noticeably worse in recent years, the turf and bunkers need some attention. Restaurant and bar are surprisingly good.

I just finished a HOPE class at Golf Club of Dubin and I want to thank Jeff, Ken and Krissy for some great helping aids. A well run class..thanks. Drew

Great layout, driving range, practice facility and bar + pro shop!!! The course is a links layout with tees and plenty of water hazards added, only played twice and both times the greens were is great shape and rolled perfect.... Friendly staff from the starter, pro shop, the bar and the cart girl, can't wait to get back and play it again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Today was my first time playing at The Golf Club of Dublin. I have to say...I was impressed! The course was well groomed and taken care of. The staff were incredibly helpful. Before I tees off a staff member was kind enough to explain every hole to me that I was going to play (I only played he back 9). The carts have GPS in them and are updated when the hole placement is changed. The price isn’t bad either. I would rather pay a little more and get what I pay for. And the best part, was the challenge of the course. The only true complaint I have is the parking. Granted, I played on league night...but I had to drive around for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to leave their spot. All-in-all though...great course! I WILL be going back. Maybe just not on league night at 7PM. Took me nearly 3 hours to complete 9 holes. That in it self was a little frustrating, but had nothing to do with the course. That’s just people being disrespectful. Shout out to the group who let me finish the last few holes with them. Thanks!

I played this course for the first time on 6/23/19. I’m giving this course a 3 star rating mainly because the quality of the course is much less than the greens fees indicate. On the first hole there were range balls littering the fairway. Every green had ball marks all over it (I know, players fault on that one) Fairways weren’t cut all that tight and the tee boxes were really beat up. I’ve played courses with lower greens fees like Turnberry, Clover Valley and Royal American where the course maintenance is easily superior. I would’ve given less stars, but the TeeOff.com deal plus promo made the greens fees match the course quality. I also was very disappointed that there wasn’t water available on at least a few holes out there. Mostly because not once did a drink cart come around and ask if we needed anything. Might try another round again to see if they’re any improvements, but definitely didn’t get a good first impression of this course.

Nice atmosphere, attentive staff, and the best Philly I have had. Seriously, get the Philly Cheesesteak. 11/10

Driving range is on the mats all the time even when it's dry. Clubhouse staff is rude and unfriendly, pace of play is horrible, owners are greedy, overall not a place you would want to belong to if you plan to golf here.

Lovely practice area, Fairways were nice but the greens got a bit fuzzy on the back 9. For the price I would of expected the greens to be mowed and rolled daily. GPS on the golf carts is a nice touch but don't rely solely on them as they like to reset often during your round. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend it if you don't mind paying about $20-30 more than your usual public course.

The course is over priced and poorly maintained but management, or lack there of, is the biggest problem. Zero customer service skills! Ive honestly never encountered people that didn't appreciate the business more than these folks. I would never waste my time here and i even have free passes. Free isnt cheap enough to deal with this place. Way too many good options elsewhere.

8/25/2017, course was in great shape for the NCH Telethon outing. All of the GCoD staff were so helpful and friendly. Will definately be back!

Course used to be ran really well. New company that owns it never waters the course, won’t play here ever again way to overpriced.

First course I've played in the area. Nice links course. Well maintained; well priced for good value. Greens were difficult to hold which made the bump and run game important. Nice mix of water hazards on the course. Would gladly play again. The course web site indicates the intent was to make the golfer feel like they had an experience similar to Carnoustie or Turnberry. Having played both as well as Erin Hills, the comparison is hard to make; however, the experience was very enjoyable. Practice facilities are very good...and busy. The view up the fairway on the 18th tee did bring me back to Scotland. Not knowing what other public courses are like in the area, the 4.0 rating is a little conservative and might be higher as I learn the area public courses.

The Course plays really well because of the wide fairways. I like the fast Greens.

Was hoping I could give this place 0 stars because it DOES NOT even deserve one. I came here with my buddies about a week ago and noticed one of the people from the pro shop (Jeff) screaming at one of the employees that worked there. Very unacceptable behavior especially in front of customers. I have kids of my own and would never want to give my money to a place that treats their employees like this. Will not be spending another penny here and will let other people know to avoid this course.

Golf club of Dublin is tucked away in a residential area but you don't feel like you're in the suburbs. This is the nicest course I've been to in the Columbus area. The golf carts have touch screen navigation built in so you can keep score and contact the clubhouse if needed. Speaking of the clubhouse, it's really nice! Pretty decent food, a full bar and a pretty extensive pro shop.

My cousin had a wedding there a couple of weeks ago. The golf club itself was beautiful and the course was nice. The grass, however, looked like it hadn't been mowed since last summer and there were no flowers planted the day before the wedding. The wedding planner was rude to everyone but the bride and groom, and left an hour and a half before the event was over. She promised my cousin that she would have the open bar covered up, as my cousin did not want any alcohol because there were a fair amount of children present. The wedding coordinator promised that it would be covered the day before the wedding, but when we got there the next day, it was still uncovered. Everything was chaotic, unorganized, and rushed. The rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. Nothing seemed very well planned out. Everything seemed to be done as an afterthought. Had it not been for the maid of honor (who also happened to be the bride's sister) and another bridesmaid (another sister), the wedding would have been a disaster.

Played this course the other day for the first time. Glad I paid the twilight rate. It was overpriced even at that. The layout is good and it has potential, but it is in poor condition. The time of year is no excuse either, I've played other courses nearby that are in fine condition. This one just is not well maintained by the grounds crew or the players. The greens were pocked with unrepaired ball marks everywhere. The greens were also spotty. There was trash on the course. Weeds gave the fairways a "shaggy" look. The sand looked like it hadn't been raked in weeks. I will not be heading back anytime soon to pay those prices for that course.

The course conditions have gone downhill significantly in the last few years. Pace of play has also been a regular issue for me. The clubhouse staff told our playing group that a 2:45 9 hole pace was completely acceptable when we complained. Considering it is by far the most expensive public course in the area I would recommend going elsewhere.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came in a few weeks ago and spoke with one of the managers named Jeff. He wasn’t friendly in any way shape or form and just stares at you blankly. He didn’t have respect for any of my friends or even myself. All the other employees were very friendly, fun and welcoming since we had never been to this golf course. I will spread the word to people not to go here just because of the manager. He is probably one of the rudest people I have ever encountered especially at a nice golf course. Wish they would just fire him.

Josh Owens

Amazing place! Great layout, Irish course feel, wind and rock walls and the best greens I've ever played.. pick your line and tap it true.

Chris Zigo

Really nice links course with a wonderful staff. Pin placements on GCD's expansive greens will vary your shot selection from day to day.

Judith Béldi

The best place!

Marnie Barber

Enjoyed the bottomless cod basket! To live for! Marguerites were not too impressive!

Course is great and in a lovely neighborhood. Course has great potential the management is the problem. Ever since they had a new General Manager take over around 2010 the course has gone significantly down hill. I still play here often and enjoy the course but time has really taken its toll on this course. Maybe new management can improve this course, until then there are much better options around.

Worked with us to organize a fundraising golf outing. All participants had fun and they treated us very well with good customer service. We will definitely come back next year.
