REVIEWS OF Boulder Creek Golf Club and Event Center IN Ohio

Our group of 14 golfers were on a trip from Pennsylvania to play 3 various golf courses in Ohio. We were scheduled to tee off at Boulder Creek at 9:30 on Tuesday morning. Our first group was about 25 minutes late teeing off. No explanation. From that point our first group did not finish until almost 4:00 PM. Almost 6 hours. Waiting for every shot. We never saw a ranger until we had only 3 holes left to play. A 6 hour round a Tuesday!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Beautiful course, terrible experience. We come to this part of Ohio every year and are not likely to return to this course.

scott adams

Beautiful course! Great views, challenging course, plus Ann island green par 3. Will play again!

Michael Lemon

This course needs a new manager! No one is monitoring the pace of the players on the course. It took 7 hours to play 18 holes! Also the new GPS golf carts suck! If you go looking for your ball the cart shuts down until you go in reverse all the way to the cart path!!

darrell kandunce

We love the golf course. It was an excellent condition. But you have to plan for at least five to six hours for a round of golf. Played it in the morning in the afternoon on weekdays and on weekends. Fastest round was 5 hours and 15 minutes and the slowest was three hours and 20 minutes for the front nine after which we left. Don't know what the reason is but this is the slowest course our group has come across anywhere in eastern Ohio or western Pennsylvania

Jon Mayreis

Beautiful well kept course. Probably the nicest course around!

Kangwoo Lee

One of the most wonderful courses that I had ever played golf. Fairways and greens are in good condition and very challengable.

Larry Linville

Awsome staff great course

5 stars across the board for Boulder Creek from the course to the staff. If you want a true golf experience then Boulder Creek is a must play. Let me start with the course. You will not find a better layout anywhere around. With all of the elevation changes, variety of tee locations, and professional greens and fairways. Every hole has its own unique challenge including the spectacular island green on #17. That hole alone is worth the drive to Boulder Creek. The practice facilities are top notch. An outstanding driving range with lots of targets, large putting green and a bunker. The clubhouse looks great and has a very welcoming feel. They have a loyalty program which everyone should take advantage of. The food at the halfway grille is very good and fresh. Everything that I have tried has been delicious. They have a very cool patio off of the halfway grille which was a nice place for me and my group to hang out after our round. The staff at Boulder is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable starting at the top with the GM. If you have not experienced this course then I’m not sure what you are waiting for. This course should be every golfers bucket list.

Very tough course but we'll kept

Nick Yaw

The course is great. Very challenging and well maintained. My one star review is simply a reflection of the poor management and lack of customer service. Boulder creek ran a promotion in conjunction with group golfer. One could purchase an online voucher for a discounted rate ($35 where the rate is normally $70). Unfortunately I didn't read the fine print and the voucher expired in August. My issue with this is they've offered no refund or any way to make me whole. When I politely questioned this business practice I was also met with aggression and was insulted "because I didn't read the fine print"? At this point I'm not sure if I take issue with the fact that my $35 was pretty much stolen as no services were rendered or the reaction from management. I've paid full price to play this course many times with my friends but given this experience I will never go back and will continue to recommend my friends and clients play other courses as golf in Ohio is competitive and they are far from the only game in town.

Robin Kooper

I was looking forward to playing this course in the fall to take advantage of the "lower" price of $35. I can't emphasize enough how "ripped off" I felt after playing a round there. The owners have decided to stop taking care of the greens and fairways. The extensive ballmarks (craters) on the greens made putting impossible. The divots in the fairways were deplorable. I played Manakiki and the Quarry the same week and they blew Boulder Creek away. The terrible conditions at the course warrant a price of at most $20. Even then I would suggest you play a different course since putting is near impossible. If the owners don't want to put forth the effort to make the course playable they should just close for the winter. Shame on them!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Beautiful Saturday morning, our group had the first three tee times of the day. When my group made the turn, the course had decided to put a four some playing nine between our second and third groups. They played slowly, killing our groups timing and killing our enjoyment of the round, as we waited on several holes for the "inserted" four some. Called the course 3 times and they sent out a ranger to "speed up" the group (which did nothing). We paid top dollar and got up first thing in the morning just to have Boulder Creek do something as unprofessional as put out a nine hole group after the starting 18 hole group has made the turn. When my group got back to the clubhouse, the other two groups had been waiting for us for about 45 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager, who "naturally" was not available but would call me! I am still waiting on that call. I have never seen a more unprofessional golf course. It will be a long time before our group ever plays Boulder Creek again.

7/29/2019 UPDATE: Good news and bad news. Good news is that course is back in beautiful shape. Bad news is that it's run poorly. Yesterday morning two different trifecta groups, 44 of us had to endure a 6+ hour round. We saw a 4some come by us leaving at the 3rd hole. The course put out 12 people in two groups ahead of all of us. Not sure how many were actually golfing but we saw women and little kids who could not hit ball 20 feet. At the second hole, there were 3 groups (4somes), at the tee box, one group in the fairway and one group on the green. 5 groups on the second hole. Then a young boy supposed to be a ranger stopped to talk to the 12 of us on the tee box to see if we were the hold up!!!!!! I told him to go find the gap and there he'll find the problem. So even though the course was in great shape, I'm not sure we'll take another chance. It's just too frustrating and takes you out of your game to wait every single shot all day long. 07/23/19: So as it turns out my group is going to give Boulder Creek another chance. 24 of us are going back this coming weekend 7/26. I hope they have it back in shape as it has always been one of my favorites. Stay tuned... 7/27/2018: So disappointing. My group goes there every year as part of a trifecta package. Out of the 3 courses we play, Boulder is always my favorite. I brag about the course, Flowers, Perfect Edging, Sand Traps raked edged perfect, Great Greens. We'll that's how it was in the past, now, the greens were almost unputtable, weeds everywhere, no edging and what was edged was just left there on the cart paths, just terrible. It looked like the the pins had not been moved in months. 20 foot diameter around the pins all chomped up while the rest of the green was in great shape and untouched which tells me the pins had not been moved in a while. One of the guys in my group went in and asked what happened. He was told the owner hired a new GM and told him to cut costs. He cut half of the maintenance staff to accomplish that. It shows. We will not go back.

John Fox

The greens fee was reasonable but I was a little disappointed. The course was highly rated but the greens were in rough shape on a few holes. The overall course was in descent shape. I was expecting better.

Jeff Farkas

Superb golf course and an amazing club house. Nice people too. Can be busy and a little slow, relax and enjoy.

Fred Mcanerney

Have seen this beautiful course from the highway for years and decided to play while on a trip. Sunday 9-18 had a p.m tee time. Took in the pro shop, dining facility, and driving range before playing. Pro shop average, except for the new trainee who could not stop swearing. Food arrived well after 25 minutes of waiting. Average food. Driving range was pathetic. Almost half of the balls had defects, cracked covers or just awfully dirty. Starter was clueless. Course was exceptional. Great layout, challenging and in good condition. Recommend golf, not food or practice facility

James Clemens

6 hours to play 18 holes of golf is unacceptable .other than that I enjoy the layout. Tough track great shape poor time management.

Derek Barto

Amazing beautiful golf course! Very difficult and a test for every skill level. The problem I had was the proshop staff and the starter. They had absolutely no idea what was going on. They didnt no how to get range balls for the guy in front of us. Once we finally teed off we played the first hole and a maintenance worker asked us to play the back first. Fear enough. So after we finish the back nine the starter tells us we need to play the back nine again. Once on the course we had a great experience. But the staff was incompetent.

B Mitch

The course rates 5 stars, staff rated 3 stars and the pace of play wouldn't even rate a star! Two of us made reservations to play Boulder Creek, as we have wanted to play for a few years. We were teamed up with a nice couple and began our round right on time. The first three holes were good, i was 1 over after 3, then began the backup. A couple of groups ahead of us backed up until we waited between 5 and 10 minutes to hit each shot. I am embarrassed to say how bad i played the remaining 15 holes. No marshall in site, as we finished in just under 6 hours! Upon arrival we dropped our bags off at the drop, but were not greeted by anyone, the guy at the counter was friendly, but the starter seemed rather bored. The driving range, although acceptable, had the worst balls i ever have seen, especially at a course of this caliber. Not sure who is managing this course, looks as if they are making improvements, but they need to get rangers on the course to improve pace of play. Bunkers need some help, and they need to tell their ground crews to stop mowing near the greens when your putting. I will be back, at a time when their is fewer golfers as the layout was both fun and challenging.

Joe Garganta

Beautiful course but the turf is in bad shape, lt seems everyone takes giant divots and don't replace them. Difficult but enjoyable.

Eric Valente

Nice, long course. Slow pace of play

Bobby Rogers

Nice course. Rangers and starters are rude.

Pete Buhrow

Great course well kept

Luis Ceja

Great place to golf!!

Michael Moog

Very nice golf course that's in great shape. Great scenery all over the course.

John Sopko

Course was in great shape and provided a good but fair challenge.

J A Hettrick

Great golf course with a wonderful layout. Played on a Saturday morning at 9:30 and we finished in 4 hours 45 minutes. Maybe the other reviewers just ran into some bad luck but we found the pace more than acceptable. The food was good and the staff was very nice and helpful. Nice driving range and practice area as well. Very beautiful and we will be coming back for sure. Well Done!

Brian Smithson

One of the most beautiful and challenging courses in NE Ohio. Pro shop grill still a work in progress but the course layout is awesome. Great mix of yardages with incredible scenery. A few of the tee boxes could use better yardage guides but that's a small complaint. Had a great time and look forward to playing again there soon.

Brandon Burns

Great course! The grounds crew was repairing or replacing the cart path, and was extremely rude to our group. Besides that, very fun course!

Brian paluscsak

Pass this place at least 3 times a week on my routes ,can't wait till weather break to visit to see how she feels

Jim z

Nice course but not handicapped friendly. Big curbs and roped off parts makes it difficult and aggravating to get to your ball and to the tee boxes. Brick steps to tee boxes are long and need hand rails.

Brock Leazier

This is one of the most underrated golf courses I have ever been to. The prices were insanely cheap for the high quality of the course. My friend and I golfed 9 holes and a cart with one of their demo carts and had some of the best times I ever had golfing. Boulder creek is definitely worth the trip for some quality golf.

Colin Dormody

My complaint dating back about five years has been the way you are treated at this course (poorly). If you look at management's response to some of the reviews, you can see what you are in for when you play BC.....the customer is hardly ever right. My wife bought me a gift certificate for BC this spring (not my choice) so I will be playing there at some point this season. This will be the 1st time in about 4-5 years for me. I am hopeful that some of things have changed during my absence. My challenge lies in trying to get a foursome to play here as the word is out on how you are treated.

Andrew Stamatis

Boulder Creek management is extremely unethical. I would not recommend doing any business at this place. The event center cancelled a wedding reception for a member of my family because they decided the prices they had originally quoted us weren't going to make them enough money. So just eight weeks before the wedding they called and told us that even though we had agreed and booked a date that they were going to raise our rates and change all of the terms we had agreed on. They didn't care about the poor bride, the planning we had done, or that they had originally quoted us the pricing we agreed on. They continually stated that they had decided our event wasn't going to make them enough money! If that was the case, why didn't you give us the proper pricing in the first place? It is ridiculous to cancel after we had an agreement.

Kyle Sacha

Challenging but playable course, pretty well kept, would definitely return again

Tillium

Course is generally in good shape and opened at decent times. Honestly a pretty tight course in places and challenging compared to many. Range is pretty standard.

Luke Lindberg

Had a 2:30 tee time on Saturday, July 27th with three buddies. We were told as we approached the starter that the course (which was fully booked for the day) had allowed a foursome that had played that morning to go back out on a replay round, which started backing everything up. Then an 8-some (8!!!) was playing two groups in front of us for the first 4 holes - which took an hour and a half to play. We saw zero rangers in the 3:30 it took us to play the front nine. Multiple groups (we had four on one tee at one point) called the clubhouse. Nothing improved. To recap - that’s 3 hours and thirty minutes. For 9 holes of golf. When we went to get a refund for the back 9 (as we were going to miss a dinner reservation at 8 pm had we tried to play 18) we were told it was their policy to only provide rain checks. Utterly useless course management. Horribly rigid “no refund” policy. Useless. Period.

Good prices great course

Matthew Stempowski

Beautiful course, terrible staff. I played in an Ohio State Alumni outing here a few weeks ago. I had friends up from Columbus as part of my foursome. We were all very excited to play - it was our first time playing the course and we had heard great things. It was a 9 am shotgun start and we started on hole #10. We were instantly informed that the course had open play beginning at noon and that we need to be off of #1 by then. We were followed on EVERY hole from 10 through 18 by the course Nazis reminded us that they had open play at noon. The women in our group felt very intimidated and refused to play several holes due to the pressure of the course staff. I understand that we are the last group before open play, but we can only play as fast as the group in front of us - yet we were the only group being hounded. Once we made the turn, the pressure by the course staff let up. However, after a few holes , we were backed up several groups deep. They course staff didn't seem to mind or care. In fact, one individual drive by and told us we need to have "patience". That was my first and will be my last experience playing this course due to the staff. Too bad, because it was a fun, challenging course - if only we could have enjoyed it.

Forever Investing

One of the best layouts for a public course in Ohio, kept in great condition, affordable. I love the par 3 island green. Wide open fairways on most holes. Reachable par 5s in two. I wish hole 9 was hole 18, it'd be a much better finishing hole. Challenging for scratch golfers but not ridiculously tough for high handicaps.

Liz Hasting

Scenic and beautiful, books up solid on the weekends and the round can get long so we always play early in the morning. Fast greens make it a challenge.

Nick Yacobucci

Celebrating my bachelor party.

Gregory Madden

Nice, clean, beautiful inside and outside. It was a great place to have a party at.

Gary S Armstrong

Great golf. Championship course. Not a course for beginners

conor Hayes

So this is a very nice course but there is a huge draw back the management! Myself (8 handicap) and my father (15 handicap) played this course and they over pack it and the starter is useless. A rude group of women that wouldn't let anyone through and the starter didn't do anything!! Then there is the car girl very nice but she never gave change!! I gave her a twenty for a five dollar item!! It took myself and my father 3 hours to play nine . Overall great course terrible management don't play

Jim Conceller

I won't be back. Pace of play is terrible. Unless you have a lot of time to kill , go somewhere else. 5 to 6 hrs is not how to play golf. Greens had been aerated and sanded. No mention of that when we made our tee time.

P. McKay

Awesome course! Great event capabilities!!

Mel Gedeon

Amazing course in the area. Challenging, interesting and beautiful.

Michael McDonald

Outstanding coirs

Darlene Mis

Restaurant was good. Good food, good prices

Thaddeus Cansler

Nice beautiful course!

Jeff Baytos

Play windmill lakes last weekend and it was a lot better. Play boulder creek this weekend and it was not worth the 63.00 bucks i Paid for it. I paid 45 bucks to play windmill lakes. The staff at boulder creek was a not good. Never going back..

Bruce Richert

One of Ohio's best courses!!!

Jonathan Galloway

Nice place to take the family

Justin S

What real American does not give an American soldier a discount? You get to run and own a golf course because of our brother and sisters who died for your rights! Greedy people who do not recognize the sacrifices others make so they can live in their bubble, I have zero respect for them!!!

robert benson

Very wet poor drainage roughs not maintened

Rosalie Schilling

The food was good, nice atmosphere.

Nicholas Healy

For such a beautiful course I felt a really laid back staff was what made my time so fun. I will say I liked the back nine better then the front. But it's hard to beat a island green par 3. If your in the area.... go!!!! Best in Northeast Ohio

Thomas Anderson

Wonderful shape. Speed of play good. Fun layout with some challenging shots.

Mrsiix Smith

Public course great parking

Robert Molter

Play was a little slow

Corey Chatron

This track is amazing. Get there for the first tee time if you can. Worth the drive from Cleveland.

Aaron Welsh

Love this place

Russel Piccolo

Awesome course but extremely difficult. It could have been kept up s little better, but all around it is a must play if in the area.

Tim Anderson

Wow! What a great course.

Mike Fuchs

Beautiful course. Be prepared to look at it for at least 6 hours. Played many times, but won't be returning.

Gary Mertz

Great golf course

Richard Schmidt

Most of the staff was very helpful and professional. Course was challenging but a little confusing. The course was showing a lot of damage from divots and ball marks on the fairways and greens. My biggest problem was some of the maintenance crew doing divot replacement not clearing up for golfers to hit. We didn't want to drive into the workers and this cost us a delay. Thankfully a course ranger took care of the problem. All in all the price of playing this course was a bit high for the the condition that the course was in.

Scott Witman

Tee time was 10:30 AM, mid June, 2019. Course was very unique, challenging and could have been a lot more fun if not for the grounds crew mowing EVERY fairway for the entirety of my FIVE hour round...… between slow play, and the mowers, it was almost unbearable !! For the minimal price tag, it was a great course and in great condition. Facility has strong potential for 5 stars, unfortunately it was not this visit.

diana leysock

Beautiful course, but won't be back. Horrible slow play, in some fault by the course design. Tee times booked too close together, constantly waiting on every shot with the group behind pushing...ugh... don't go there unless you want to spend 6 hrs for a round of golf.

Jon Doe

Great place to golf

Sean McLaughlin

I like this course. It is a long, tough course especially when their thick bluegrass is left long and it is wet, it can make for a long day if not in the fairway. If I remember correctly, it is a rare occurrence that you ever have a flat lye. The course from the tips is long. It is 7400+ yards. Tough, undulating greens. It is a nice layout. Can't believe more people that I have talked to haven"t played it.

Chase Merten

Course was awesome. Tee times where over booked and play was slow.

Harry Bernstein

Great meal. Food and service were excellent. Best value around.

Timothy Bird

Nice course. Good food at clubhouse

Kevin McCausland

Beautiful course with terrible service/management. The owner was especially rude to us. I would never recommend going to this course.

Tony Bozzelli

my favorite public course in northeast Ohio. unlike other public courses ownership has made improvements yearly. the staff is always friendly and helpful. keep up the good work. can't. wait till the new restaurant opens.

Gene Troiano

Course great. Play too slow

Carmen

Great food at a reasonable price

Charles Cooper

Fantastic place had a wonderful time the greens are amazing and friendly people I will b back soon

Deke S. Gunsolley

Public course, much of which needs a great deal of t.l.c. The clubhouse staff had no personality (not friendly). Not impressed.

Brian Weigle

Beautiful course. Very challenging. The island, par 3 is wesome!!!!

Richard Pietruszka

Nice course, scenic and challenging.

Patrick Slattery

Boulder? Creek? Corn Rut would be a more apropos name.

Luke Robertson

Great course located right of the Ohio turn pike (80). I've played this course several times over the last few years and this last year had to be the best shape it's been in. They've added nice white sand in the bunkers, a remodeled pro shop, and a new grille for lunch on the turn. It's a beautifully laid out course and I absolutely love the island green on 17. The staff was also very kind and provided great service. All in all well worth the price and a great way to spend the morning or afternoon!!

George McLaughlin

Great course in great shape.

texbrennan

The course is awesome. It is very pricey and the pace of play is excruciating. You can expect a long day on the weekend.

dave goda

Championship caliber course open to the public. From the tips plays over 7500 yards! Always in superb condition. great value and course, you should check it out.

Clinton Lewis

The best course I've played. Must play again.

Jon Fonda

Nice course, decent price. Challenging yet fair holes offer a good round.

Jennifer Wampler

This is the most beautiful and challenging courses in Portage county.

al Adam

Stop and eat at restaurant, good food

John T. Ward, Jr.

Great golf course. Great people running it. It is definitely on my show-off list when I have friends coming to visit me from other states!

Kirk Stewart

Beautiful views... Great Track... Challenging Greens... Great Staff... a "Must Play "

Andrew Thomas

Agree with many that it is a beautiful course. Still, paid for 18 on a Wednesday morning, took over 3 hours to play 9 holes, bagged the back 9 and had a late lunch instead. The place and staff have no sense of themselves, nor how to run what could be one of the best tracks in NE Ohio. Amateur hour across the board...

Rob B

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful layout and a challenging round of golf.

Dlee Faulkner

Lovely green!

John Wright

The golf course was immaculate and the best in Northeast Ohio. However, the round was slow as the ranger did not do a single thing about the foursome(s) in front of us and pace of play. Hitting twice off the tee, playing from the blues when these hacks should have hit from the women's tees, and eyeing up every putt like it was the US Open was constant for over 5 hours! The ranger drove around a bunch but he didn't improve pace.

Eric Boone

Nice coarse but workers a big distraction while trying to hit balls...then they pair you up with complete strangers..hi

Bonnie Napora

Beautiful designed course, rangers and a starter. You feel like you are at a private course with public pricing. Great deal for a great course.

Skylar Miller

Course was in decent shape for April and the weather of recent. Unfortunately the staff was unimpressive. I was there for a college golf tournament and we were supposed to play on Saturday and Sunday, upon arriving Saturday we found out that we had to wait until 5 to start and that we only were playing 9 holes. Once the course was ready they rushed us to start. Then on Sunday we had to play 27 holes, it was a shotgun start and when we were on the second hole a single appeared and was waiting on our group, we would have let him play through but there was nowhere for him to go. Once we made the turn there was a twosome trying to get out ahead of us. Overall poor management, made us sit around and wait then decided to rush us. The man who made it clear that he was running the course was arrogant and rude. The best part was the cook who had to be bartender/server for us that ate on Saturday.

David Frattare

A difficult yet well maintained course with unique holes. Price was reasonable for the week however the snack bar was not open at the turn.

Ross Chapman

Excellent food and very reasonable prices at Whiskey Barrel Lodge. Always good service and friendly people. We eat here often and really enjoy it. Great job people, keep it up please!

Dan D

No ranger, slow play.

Dennis Royer

Enjoy this layout! Very fair, but it's got teeth.

Rodney Holloway

Very earth warming environment. Friendly owners, and staff. Need to attend water coolers on course for golfers. Especially on warm days.

Amy Moses

Beautiful course but....staff was not concerned with the HUGE back up or the ground crew playing in the fairways. Out of the 30+ courses I have played this is by far the worst. We paid for 18 holes but only played 9 due to the over crowding on the course.

Elizabeth Roszkowski

Poor service at the restaurant! Women's restroom was filthy!

Bo Kham Racing

Very scenic views. Beautiful course.

Steve Caudill

Got to play for cheap because of late fall rates, would gave 5 stars but pace of play is the slowest I have ever encountered.

Cameron Manning

Great course for the price. Greens are not in great shape yet and there’s still a fair amount of GUR, but the views are fantastic and the blue tees are a decent challenge for a once a month player. Would definitely go back now with local knowledge of the holes.

Jarrett Estep

Had a great day the starter gave me some great advice on some of the toughest holes on the back side. Course is very well maintained I ejoyed each hole. Would recommend playing this course. Here for American Legion convention always try to play a course when I am out of town. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Jason Roche

Overall the course is challenging with great views, but for the money there are much better courses in the area. You poor experience will begin on the range where in an attempt to save money it appears they painted the range balls rather than purchasing new ones. Most of the balls have erratic limited flight because the dimples have been filled with paint. Once you get on the course you will find decent fairways, but the greens are in horrible shape with a very thin root system. They mostly consist of sand and are filled with unrepaired ball marks. Expect slow play as the average round is 5 hours plus. As far as the staff goes, don't expect much hospitality. Very limited seating in the club house and the halfway house is only staffed occasionally. Overall its a great layout that is wasting away because of poor management.

Chris Kras

Couldn't tee off until an hour after our tee time because they didnt have enough carts. Then it took another 3 hours to play the front 9. At that point we gave up. No cart girl, halfway house was closed, clubhouse wouldnt comp a damn hotdog after 4 hours for 9 holes. Worst golf experience I've ever had....

John Plazarin

Facilities have gone down hill year after year. Was a top notch course 10 years ago. Todays sunday round included a 5:45 round, no cart girl, no water on course, a closed restaurant, and mediocre course conditions. Def not what the website hypes anymore. Could be a great overall facility

Biz Wiz

Had the opportunity to plat this course yesterday. Got there early and was going to hit a small bucket. The guy at the counter CLEARLY did not want to be there and was not a social butterfly. The range balls were a joke, all mismatched all mud covered, looks like they just dug them out of the ground, not one new one in the batch. The range was poorly marked if you could even find the markers. Sand traps on the course looked they had not been raked in weeks. The rest of the course was in good shape, played in five hours.

David Sinclair

Thoroughly enjoyed the course and it is great for outings, except you must WATCH OUT for their unyielding 48 hour cancellation policy on ANY missed tee time. Thus our outing will not be reappearing at this course. There are plenty of others to choose from in today's competitive environment where there are less customers to go round and lower prices to be had.

bradley Pettitt

I live close and would like to frequent the course because I love the layout. I have played 4 times this year and only been able to play the back nine once. Three of the times when we were unable to play the back was solely because of management. The mismanagement of this course is a real shame. They want to be a prestigious golf course but treat the golfers like there second rate citizens or something. The employees are some of the rudest people I ever seen. When you pay top dollar for a round, you should at least get treated with a little respect. I now drive a little farther and frequent Windmill Lakes. Always in great shape and top notch hospitality.

Rickey Dunn

Service and food very good

Anthony Edwards

Beautiful layout and awesome course design

jarod wood

Best course I have played in NE Ohio..interesting challenging..fun and beautiful...and amenities are growing..new Banquet Room and more construction going on..the course is a "take your camera' setting..elevation changes, traps, trees and water are my thing..could play it every day

Jon Storey

One of the greatest tracks in ohio

Alex R

Good course. Abysmal driving range. Slow play. Revision: this place is officially too slow to play. Dont waste your energy driving out here. 5+ hr round on a Thursday morning no less. Not a ranger in site either.

Ronnie Cross

Played on a Wednesday. The staff was accommodating and the play was steady. Course is beautiful, in great shape and the price was good. I will play there again!

Dan Smith

Beautiful golf course, well maintained, tough track but definitely worth playing.

Bryan Beggarly

One of the top courses around! A must play. Enjoy!!

Milan Troha

Super golf course with spectacular views. This is a must play venue
