This Golf corresponds to the category of Golf course.
As always, Pinehurst is kept very well. Its grounds are impeccable.
Wonderful collection of golf courses. The resort is outstanding.
This place is ALWAYS a pleasure. I missed out on the Spa this trip as they were doing remodeling... can't wait to set the results on the next vacation
Get the meal package. Great dining experience. Golf your brains out. Greens on every course were perfect.
Love the hotels, golf courses and staff.
I'm not a golfer yet the resort caters to all. Great hospitality!
It is very nice, It's a great place to go.
Best brunch I can remember. Simple bufffet menu but everything was done extremely well
Stayed at the Carolina. Great resort, loads of good food, rooms were clean and well-maintained.
Love pinehurst, I visit yearly. The staff are so helpful, I don't golf and I still love coming here. The beds and bedding are so comfortable, the wrap around porch with rocking chairs are relaxing. The hotel is gorgeous, and very clean.
Was here for training meetings. Wonderful facilities, great food and great staff. Recommend highly.
Carolina hotel, had a great time there, celebrating Hoke High School class of 1984 class reunion.
Beautiful historic hotel. Great professional staff.
34th class reunion and the staff was amazing!!!
Good food, nice people and excellent service.
Great place for a meeting!
One of the world’s greatest golf resorts is even better with the addition of the new No. 4 Course and Pinehurst Brewing Company.
Perfectly historical!!
Most amazing test if golf I've ever experienced. Conditions were absolutely incredible, greens immaculate, staff super helpful. I played No. 2, No. 8, and The Cradle. Highly recommend The Cradle for a fun golf experience with music playing all around you and a bar to drink at along the way. Gotta play golf at this historic resort!
Nothing was bad, just wasn't what I was expecting.
Top grade quality best chefs excellent restaurants decently sized polls 16 plus pool, hot tub and bar for adults kid pool with water slide and another pool for everyone three pools and you can get a shuttle to drive you around have to be a member for pool and shops you have to have a room to get stuff from shops and food places in the establishments or area had a great time 5 stars
#4 is a gem! What a treat!
Phenomenal! Tremendous! The resort accommodations, golf courses, spa, ALL staff members courtesy, Southern charm, menu, food, wine choices are above and beyond exquisite! Pinehurst is truly an awesome place to visit and/or retire.
Beautiful place to get a French press coffee, add a hit of Baileys and enjoy on the porch on the sun
Pinehurst is a bucket list destination for golfers. Just a Mecca in the middle of North Carolina. Moore golf courses than you can count. But #2 Is the real treat. One of the worlds best golf courses. The new "Cradle" par 3 course is a delight to play, and is adjacent to the new putting green, which is several acres of rolling madness. These greens are QUICK! I love Pinehurst, and so does my wife!
Top notch, played course 1 and had a blast, the town is rich in history and tradition, certainly worth the visit
Really nice grounds, no microwave in the rooms but we'll groomed
Fun part 3, also an 18 hole putting course, play as much as you want
Great golf, great porch....
This place is absolutely gorgeous!!! I'll definitely be back
Amazing service and food. We come every year for the Thanksgiving buffet and it is always amazing. Love the mini cheesecakes that you can customize with your own toppings. The holiday decorations are beautiful as well.
Great getaway spot
Room was nice but no tub and shower had low water pressure. There were creak sounds and wallpaper peeling in the hallways. The restaurants were really good. Well manicured lawns.
Really great service from All staff. Breakfast was very good. Try the sausage gravy! Room was very nice and comfortable.
Everyone has been absolutely wonderful. All of the facilities and staff exceed expectations.
Very friendly and attentive staff, all around! An awesome place to relax....and all the history. Can't wait to return.
Great atmosphere and history. Breakfast is top notch. Shuttles run you all around the area to visit shops and restaurants at a moments notice.
Really poor service. My room wasn't ready for over 5 hrs
One of my favorite places in the world for a golf vacation.
Pleasant visit for the afternoon, with welcoming staff who put us before them. We decided we wanted to go to the Carolina and check it out. So we did, then we went out to the Ryder Cup Lounge, with my brother and his friend wanting a drink from the bar. We did, but the bar was closed. So one of the Waitresses said you can go out to the porch instead of the bar, and they'll come out to you and take your order without us having to get up. They did. And it was awesome. The Sweet Tea was delicious, and my brothers drink was handcrafted specially for the Carolina. It was nice, sunny, and beautiful. Also, a lady came out and asked us Would You like your picture taken? We said yes, they did it and did a great job with it. We left, they greeted us goodbye in a mannerly way, and that was our pleasant afternoon stay at the Carolina! I hope you get the same experience we did, and if this was helpful, please it'd be nice for a thumbs up!
Great property, fantastic little town, folks who work here are very personable and polite. Highly recommend
Pinehurst is a beautiful resort, full of history. It's a golfers paradise and it's perfect for anyone who loves the game. Take time to walk the properties and the courses, and stop by the new brewery for a great time. I can't wait to come back :)
I enjoyed my stay at Pinehurst Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, and it had a very cozy feel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good.
Great Space ... Sarah lives playing golf at Pinehurst...
The older sections of the resort Hotel are rundown. Food $$$$
Amazing caddie experience! Caddies and caddie masters were excellent, kind and personable! Def recommend taking a caddie if you plan to golf!
Top of the line doesn't get any better than this recommended highly
Ryder Cup food was delicious
Always a fantastic stay. They always do it right. Extremely friendly.
Amazing place to relax. I go every once in a while with my boyfriend, it's a perfect place to spend with your partner or your whole family. They have different hotels and great access to all the resort: pools, gyms and even complimentary …
Beautiful setting. The practice facility is amazing. All the courses we're uniquely challenging. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Terrific golf. All of the staff from the resort to the courses are awesome. Very helpful A+ hospitality
A spectacular experience was had by all in our family trip to Pinehurst. A special thanks to John at the check in desk. The entire facility, restaurants, brewery, swimming pools, condo #137, golf and everything was great.
What a great golfing experience! The resort is awesome with lots of great food options and the accommodations are exceptional. Plus the entire staff is friendly and curtious.
Golf mecca, through and through. Anyone with the passion should come hear. Beautiful in Spring and early Summer. The town of Pinehurst is a cozy little village. Tons of great golf courses in town if you can't get on the storied #1 or #2 courses at the Resort.
Beautiful greenery beautiful buildings excellent customer service and peaceful surroundings!
Checked in Saturday, beautiful historic resort. Great atmosphere with golfers in relaxed golfing attire and ladies in flowery spring into summer casual wear for the 79 degree perfect weather. Some special events with well-dressed families too - saw a beautiful ball gown. The room has frosted windows with golf scenes and a roomy black and white tile bathroom - all gorgeous! So far food is good, with generous portions at dinner.
I attended the festival of trees event Tuesday evening. The food was wonderful. The trees were lovely. The servers were polite, attentive, and quick to respond. It was an enjoyable evening.
Best golf courses ever
Amazing experience. Rooms were fair, but the resort as a whole was amazing.
Decent digs. Great front porches. Very relaxed atmosphere
Pristine golf accommodations and meticulous courses all in one place.
This five star rating is for manager James. Long story made short, James corrected a charge to the wrong card which tied up my wife's money. I didn't have to wait days for the money to come back on the card. I was rather blunt when …
Awesome facility. Everything was great. Definitely play #2 while you're here and definitely take a caddie while you do.
The hospitality was great! The golf course was beautiful.
Wonderful place. Beautiful golf courses and great hospitality. Would recommend playing every course. All are different and present challenges of their own. Some are short, but challenging and some are just downright hard to score on. Loved #2, @4, @7, #8 and #9! With so many great courses, why play anywhere else!
Courses looked great. Great lunch. State of North Carolina needs casinos and put one in Pinehurst. No night life for a guys trip. Other places are way better for the money. The bible belt No Gambling thing is a joke.
Nicest place to spend time during the holidays.
From the accommodations to the dining to the spa experience to the conference meeting space to the shuttle service to the friendly staff, visiting Pinehurst is always a treat!
Very nice resort clean and elegant..
I was visiting Lake Auman and just had to come by. Wow what a great resort to see. There is a whole lot of history here. Also a picture perfect downtown.
Just amazing..golf lovers paradise
Pinehurst is definitely not the place it once was! The service used to be stellar, the cleanliness was next to none, and you felt like you were somewhere prestigious. It is obvious the care that once took center stage here no longer exists. A lot of employees act like they couldn’t care less about their job, and unfortunately, resort guests. I believe the management in place now needs to take a hard look at what Pinehurst truly is and why people return year after year. Name only goes so far, and if the resort is allowed to continue in this downward spiral, I can only imagine what will happen to occupancy and revenue. Remember, people make the difference!
The service is amazing. The staff treats you very well. I look forward to coming here every year.
Always been a great golf spot but they've done a great job turning it into a trip for the whole family with their new offerings and renovations.
Spa is excellent...
What’s good: Very pretty location. Historic hotel & historic golf course. Beautiful village within a short walk of the hotel. The pool is heated to 85 degrees and very nice. Brunch at the Deuce at the Clubhouse next to the famous #2 Course’s 18th hole was excellent and a bargain price. The free shuttle. What’s not so good: No WiFi in the Conference Rooms unless your organization pays extra and arranges for it. No WiFi at the pool. The WiFi in the room would periodically reset without warning. I will preface my story that follows by stating that we are pretty tolerant and relaxed about children having three of our own. The door between our room, 428, and the next room, 427, was not soundproofed. We could hear any conversation going on in Room 427, and it was occupied by a group that included six young girls who were very loud (including singing at the top of their lungs) while for the first three hours of the evening we tolerated it, once it was well past our bedtime, they kept us awake late into the night. Finally around 11pm we complained to the front desk who promised to send security, however security didn’t show up to quiet them down until over 30 minutes had passed. They departed the next morning, however the cleaning staff did not check the alarm clock in the room, which the girls had either set maliciously or by accident, and while the room was vacant the next night, the alarm clock began to continuously go off the following morning before the crack of dawn, at 5:40am. We complained to the front desk however security didn’t show up for over ten minutes before they shut off the alarm. By then we were wide awake and unable to go back to sleep. The cleaning staff of any good hotel knows to check the alarm clocks in a room after it has been checked out to make sure that a guest doesn’t maliciously or accidentally set an alarm to go off after they have departed. The slow response of security when guests are acting obnoxiously is a problem.
Beautiful courses all 9
Love this place
Always a wonderful experience! The customer care and beyond comfy accommodations makes this place a gem, even if you aren't a golfer!!
No golf resort is better. 9 wonderful golf courses at varying levels of toughness. Spa, lovely food, tennis, and pools. Take the shuttle everywhere and no worries. Want to retire here or just visit there is something for everyone. Been visiting for almost 20 years.
Dinner in The Ryder Cup was wonderful! Great food, really great service. We went @ 7 and it happened to be a quiet night, so we were joking with our server and had fun celebrating my husband's birthday. Brie & mushroom was delicious!!
Great quesadilla. Met my sister for lunch. Beware that they prefer casual dress.
Nice area.
Farmers market salads are always the best!!!!!
The best excellent staff's
Nothing better!
Went for a work function staff extremely helpful and friendly. Amazing breakfast buffet.
5 star service all the way!
Great venue for a quick getaway! Wonderful breakfast. Clean rooms, very spacious.
Just visited to see the gingerbread display. Gorgeous!
It's a beautiful resort hotel with an amazing spa! Service in the Carolina Dining Room is lacking and dinner food isn't worth the prices. Breakfast is great! Rooms are nice and the outdoor pool is heated. Rocking chairs and high top tables on porch outside Ryder Cup Lounge - awesome spot for happy hour and apts or after dinner drinks and dessert. Overall fantastic fun getaway
Amazing service, second to none golf.
Pinehurst is a uniquely beautiful place that is green year round and the air is pinescented. The people and staff here are extraordinarily accommodating and friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. High class and high quality but not exceedingly expensive. Check out Thistle Du and the Cradle and maybe rent pedal assist bikes (10$/day) and ride to the arboretum like we did! I come back here twice a year with my fam. It's a healing place.
It was absolutely beautiful places inside and out. So much activate to do, thing to look at and go see. The staff was Really, nice helpful and friendly. I will be back to explore more.
Historic, old, but superbly maintained. Health dept. Rating 100% cleanliness. Good food, had a conference there.
Absolutely fabulous. This place will make you feel real special even if you just stop by for lunch at The Ryder Cup Tavern. Lovingly decorated for Christmas with family activities. I highly recommend it and if you're a golfer you'll love it too.
Challenging, very scenic, great service. Fantastic town
Outstanding! Good service! Good food! And Fantastic golf! Small nice village surround the resort att å walking distance. 2 hotels with nice restaurants. We choosed The 1895 Grill att the Holly in, just 5 min walk from the Pinehurst resort, is a wonderful, quiet dining room with excellent staff and amazing food. Next time we will stay att the Holly in and enjoy THE 1895 grill again.. Se will for sure come back.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What more can you say, this is Pinehurst. It's one of the best golf courses on the planet and the service is absolutely exceptional. Highly recommend a dinner at the Ryder cup lounge.
Every golfers dream, wonderful golf courses & a true test on the greens especially if playing Pinehurst No.2....
The service was impeccable. The kids club put my very nervous 6 year old immediately at ease. Everytime we go we seem to get a room with a better view! It feels like a different world
I didn't even golf on this trip and the resort is fantastic! The inns are expensive for anything food related, however, a trip into town offers different options and decent prices. Try the new Brewery!!! Prost
Beatiful place...
Enjoyed several nights and celebrated bringing in the new years. Loved everything about our stay and dinning..
Wow, beautiful resort and village. So many amenities! Wonderful for golfers of course but also great for non golfers, families with children. Really loved it!
This is a beautiful historic hotel. The grounds are so pretty and everything is perfectly manicured.
Great place, great golf, not cheap
Great food and great service. The wait staff is very personable and helpful. The drinks are good as well. It's not cheap, but definitely a worthwhile experience!
This review is for #9. I have played this course twice now and I think it is one of the best layouts in the state (I've played a lot of resort and private courses in the state). Add to that the fact that the staff is very friendly and professional and this is a tough place to beat.
Great place to visit. I was here for a conference and they provided everything you need. Please try the Pinehurst brewery it's fantastic.
The rooms are comfortable and the grounds are nice. There is a decent amount of quaint little shops and great proximity and access to golf courses. The spa is disappointing and needs to be better maintained. The floors around the pools look dirty and need a deep scrubbing. The robes are a little rough and I prefer a plush soft robe. I wouldn’t come back but see how this resort would appeal to older clientele. I certainly wouldn’t bring my kids, they’d be bored in a matter of minutes.
Amazing resort with small cozy feel. Everyone you meet with greet you with a smile, most remember your name and make it feel like you are a VIP. Beautiful golf, relaxing spa, and delicious food at all the restaurants. Worth every penny!
Very nice and upscale. Golf country. Clean and comfortable.
Great golf! Beautiful, historic, lovely.
Great historic place. Beautiful grounds great staff. Lots of great things to do.
Amazing course, had an opportunity to play 18 of course number 9.
Fantastic, should be on every golfer's bucket list.
Beautiful and historic property with amazing amenities
Great senery and wonderful for weddings.
Very inviting and great food!
Excellant facility
The Ryder Cup is on the first floor off the lobby. Go eat there and you can get a free dinner if it's your birthday. Nice place.
Visited to support the Festival of Trees and had a great time. The accommodations are A+ and the food is fantastic. The tree displays were very nice also.
Excellent, superb facilities. We went for a military ball so only got a little golf in. We are definitely planning a trip back. Beautiful looking clay courts also. Great shops within walking distance or by hotel shuttle.
Resort is beautiful and all the staff are wonderful!
Amazing service and amazing staff love it especially Ryder Cup
Was taken to the Thanksgiving Buffet atmosphere and food was outstanding. Staff was wonderful. Had a fine time!
This was my first time attending this annual event, and I have to say that I do not plan to miss another! The accommodations are 1st class. There was an issue with our reservation initially, but mgmt was on it and it was resolved very quickly! The food and staff are beyond awesome! The town is quaint with great shops! Can't wait until next year
Words cannot describe how beautiful this place is!
Very curtious and helpful staff. Great golf experience Bob is a wonderful caddie. Looking forward to tomorrow's round of golf.
The resort grounds are magnificent, as are the holiday decorations throughout. My favorite were themed Christmas trees adorned with ornaments all adhering to themes of nature, e.g. Cardinals, owls, sunflowers, poinsettias. The restaurant was nice and the food was excellent.
We just went to a lecture and book signing at the Grand Ballroom. Guest was Amor Towles. Azaleas are beginning to bloom around the grounds. It's beautiful there.
My secret hideaway.
I have stayed in cleaner hotels at college spring break. When I walked in my room, I noticed it was half clean, garbage was still in the can, a foot joy box was out, receipts and the key envelop were on the counter and wet towels were on the bathroom floor and shower was not cleaned but wet from the last shower. I called the front desk, they tried to find me a different room and couldn't so the offered me a $50 coupon if I left for a little while. I thought that was great - mistakes happen. When I returned, all the garbage was still there but the shower was clean and wet towels taken away. I was really mad at this point - I called the front desk, and heard them bumble around saying nothing. I put the garbage in the hall and went to bed. Not happy now. The next morning I look for the soap to take a shower. There was no soap, so I get into the shower with the intent to just use shampoo. Beyond disappointment. Then, I find the soap, it was wet and sitting on the last guest wet wash cloth. I was disgusted. If you stay here, remember, you really have to ride the staff to get what is just normal Motel 6. They showed little interest in any of this.
Bad. We had brown stains on blanket ugh
i just love Pinehurst Tyler the manager has taken care of all the details to make our visit five star. He is such an asset to the the resort. We will definitely come back every year.
Fancy. Excellent service!
Everyone treats you like first class here while also being very friendly.
Great atmosphere for golfing and everyone is driven to have an atmosphere of fun and golf combined for fun beyond belief.
First time at a historic golf place like this. Was here for business completely unrelated to hold, so it wasn't as big of a hit with me as others. Peeing some extra pictures of the fitness center, which is located right next to the spa. Beers at the Ryder Cup were super expensive...
Wonderful historic place
Not Augusta, but not bad! Quaint, quiet little town. I would like to share the ambiance, but I'm not sure how to do it in a polite way.
Lovely to walk around.
Very nice and clean place, Service is good
Beautiful facility and grounds. Professional and courteous staff.
Not bad but terribly over rated
Awesome great instructor helping gabby polish up her tools for a great junior Golf year at Cape Fear Highschool!!!!!!
Amazing place to enjoy golf. History
A very beautiful, historical hotel with great recreation and meeting facilities. A step back to the turn of the 19th century.
It's very nice, but why are you charging to "skate" on plastic?
Very hospitable staff. Grounds were outstanding.
Quiet and relaxing resort for a quick getaway from the big city.
Room was very nice. Great dinner of fried grouper tacos at the Ryder Cup. So beautiful here at Pinehurst at Christmas time. Love the different themed Christmas Trees and the Candy Land village all made from candy. Also, a big thank you to the Security Team for all that they do on the scene and behind. Those guys stay busy. To anyone passing through, I'd definitely recommend stopping in at least for a look around.
Wonderful!! Just what you would expect! Step back in time and enjoy the luxury.
Everything was very "top notch". (Food, room, service, etc...) Very nice stay and experience.
