Beautiful golf course and pool! The facilities are clean, service is awesome, and the food and drinks are lovely! Great place to spend the afternoon, either by yourself or with the family. Bring a camera and plenty of sunscreen, and be sure to call ahead if you want to reserve a cabana!

Pinehurst No.2 Golf Course is the most famous of all the Pinehurst courses, revered the world over, and understandably so. Designed by the legendary Donald Ross, "No.2" opened in 1907. No.2 has some of the most difficult crowned greens that you'll find in golf. Slick run-off areas around these domed putting surfaces simply serve to magnify your troubles.

Loved the lunch buffet. $15 and there is more options than you can eat at one sitting. Staff was very courteous and professional. Hostess seemed a bit confused and didn't appear to be able to control were people were sitting like she would have wished to.

Absolutely gorgeous! The clubhouse and amenities are amazing. The golf conditions are perfect year round. The par 3 course is a must play for 50.00 all day, no brainer there! Pinehurst has an amazing southern charm and laid back atmosphere. Great place with the family or not. A+

Unbelievable turtle back greens. Love the restoration back to the way Donald Ross intended it to be. This is a destination for the golf fan. Preston and Russell are amazing caddies.... ask for them, ypu will not be disappointed.

I attended and participated as a vendor at two wedding receptions here and can only say, "EXCELLENT!" Beautiful buildings and choice decorating create a great atmosphere; food selections, presentation, taste were superb; events staff and all other employees were professional, friendly, and accommodating. And pricing is comparable or better to other "country club" venues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Course #2 is a very difficult golf course that really should be played by someone that understands the nuances of the game and the complexity of this course. Although it is very difficult to lose a ball on this course the need to put your ball in very specific spots is Imperative. This is one of the many courses That Donald Ross designed that his true genius comes out. It is a shot makers course that shows you everything you are going to get, just getting there is the problem. Although some are bothered by the Coore-Crenshaw redo/update I personally like what has been done and the upcoming US Amateur will show the true timelessness of this golf course. Larry T.

Difficult greens, course is challenge. I have trouble walking course and carts not allowed on fairway, so you walk a lot even when taking cart. Not for older golfers, try no. 1 instead, or 4 when it's reopened.

it was a great experience. maybe we went a little to early in the year but i jusy wasn't wowed by anything there. i can play much nicer courses here in texas for half the cost. i guess its not fair to base a review on expectations but its pinehurst man i tjought it would be amazing and it was just ok. i would not play again for the cost of what it was.

First time here , but would like to say a special thanks to my dentist Dr Chad Butler for this round of golf on my 55 birthday, What a great man. And he has got us a caddie and a great at that Mr Keith help and lot on we to hit the ball from the tee box and in the fairways and he really knows the greens and help you how to putt on them. Love to go back and play some of the other great golf courses there.

It is #2 at Pinehurst, so it shows up on the bucket list deal for some. The value just isn't there anymore. The other courses on property play more fair and at a non fleecing rate. Maybe if they at least gave you a bag tag to show some appreciation and not look to spend spend spend.

The infamous #2! Land is very subtle, but a great design, probably not worth the high fees they charge. Better values in the area like Mid Pines if you want a cheaper Donald Ross golf course.

What can you say?! It’s No 2!! Awesome to play this course. I play at a 16 handicap and it tore me up. Greens are quick and punishing. If you visit definitely get a caddie and walk it. I’ve been twice and hope to go again.

The Club was beautiful. The service was adequate but the food SUCKED! I had catfish, porkchop, and shrimp w/grits. The "southern sampler". YUCK! The catfish was smothered in a bland sauce. The piece of pork was mostly fat and the shrimp was small and again the sauce ruined the taste. All and all except for the food the facility visit was good. I would expect ( my opinion) the food to be better.
