This Golf belongs to the category of Public golf course.
Pretty bad, I rolled my ankle there and now I am out for two weeks because the place is not very level
Very helpful and polite staff definitely worth going back
Beautiful golf course. Delicious food and excellent, friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Challenging track. Well maintained with spectacular views. Multiple sets of tees to accommodate all skill levels. Nice range and short game practice area. The employees that we interfaced with were polite band helpful. 18 holes on a Sunday afternoon in 4 hours which is unheard of in this area.
It was gross.
A beautiful course, expertly maintained, it is not for the faint of heart though
Operated by Trump Golf, this prestigious Jack Nicklaus Signature design exudes all the character and openness of a British or Irish links golf course. Sitting alongside the approach to the Bronx-Whitestone suspension bridge, the layout offers dramatic and spectacular views. After a long and embattled history, this ambitious new layout is now a reality, and well worth a visit.
Horrible course
(Translated by Google) I can not say much since I only went to that place in the work plan I can only add that it has parking and a restaurant (Original) No puedo decir mucho ya que sólo fui a ese lugar en plan de trabajo sólo puedo agregar que cuenta con parqueadero y restaurante
Great course, great views punishing if you are in the rough - if you are lucky enough to find your ball it will be hard to get it back in the fairway. Not fore the novice and a bit pricy. Low handicappers will love this course.
Drove on the highway by this course. Couldn't have been more than 20 cars in the parking lot, on a Thursday mid-morning. Website says $235 for 18 holes plus a cart on weekdays. Seems to be another Trump property losing money.
The course is in amazing shape and the views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and provide a great overall experience.
Great course , good food , Fred Lynn staff nice accommodations
Challenging course
Great as a veteran that enjoyed the Trump Links golf course because I was part of the met.pga.hope for veteran. 2018 july 5.
Nice view
Attentive service in the new facility.
Its that good
Amazing food, great views and the best golf!!!
It was great.
Absolutely the best course in the five boroughs. Is it a bit pricey, yes. But you get what you pay for. If you want cheap go play a par three pitch and putt. If you want to play a challenging beautiful golf course, this is it. It is the top course in the five boroughs and We should feel lucky to have it. Anyone who rated it less than four stars is doing so for political reasons or are people who belong at pitch and putt.
Course was very nice, greens need help... the caddies/ spotters were not good, but the fescue was hard to hit but found every ball in our group. Great views of the city while playing
Course was beautiful, conditions were excellent. Looking forward to playing here sooner than later.
Great course, no pressure, run wonderfully, people very friendly.
HATE or love his politics, the man knows how to put together an incredible golf experience. The practice area is one of the best I've seen with plenty of space to practice whatever shot you can think of. The greens fees are way to high but I understand the effort to keep play at a reasonable pace. The fairways are kept like most greens and the greens are lightning fast. Most above a 15 handicap will not enjoy themselves. I try to play it at least once a year.
Went for the car show. It was nice. Over priced drinks and food. But it's the trump links. I expected that.
Absolutely gorgeous golf course. Extremely difficult. Lost a dozen balls but enjoyed it a lot. Would return.
Great spot.
An awesome course. What a unique gem in the Crown of NYC. The course is in outstanding condition, which is a tribute to the staff given its booked solid nearly every day. Everything is so remarkably well run with professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and attention (the staff closely monitors what is happening on and off the course). On top of a great experience (and the clubhouse is still under construction) on the course, the food at the club grill was delicious (fabulous burgers!). Thank you to all the folks at Ferry Point for another wonderful visit.
Really good experience. The staff was friendly the course flat out fun and easy to access. I was fixing a lot of ball marks as most folks simply did not do it. Greens were not as receptive to shots but this is expected with new course. The views and layout were spectacular.
Just beautiful. The course was in perfect shape and even though the pro shop is under construction. Staff was excellent
My first time playing at such lovely course and it was awesome. The only thing it's a bit pricey.
Everything is perfect in a beautiful setting. Hope the fee would be more reasonable!
4.5 Stars... Maybe it was the day, 4th of July, but the staff was incredible, the clubhous is impeccable and the grounds are gorgeous. Totally unexpected and absolutely worth a visit. Open to the public open till 9 Mon-Thurs and till 10 Fri-Sun which is great for a quick drink and snack at the bar on those boring-don't know what to day nights at home.
So many pitch marks on the Greens, bunkers were not raked and took 5 1/2 hours to play.
Nice course very challenging and windy to boot. Excellent views and friendly staff. You wouldn't know this gem of a course was there unless you've been there before.
The golf course is amazing. It is very well kept and is perfect for a high handicap golfer. Some of the views are breathtaking.
Went there for the car show, service was Beautiful and food was delicious at the trump links restaurant
Best public course
Not impressed with the facilities.
Expensive but very well maintained
From the practice facilities through the 18th green, a great links golf experience...and it's in the 5 boroughs! The new clubhouse/restaurant is nicely done as expected. The views both on course and from outdoor seating at restaurant are very nice.
BEST ROUND OF GOLF EVER!!! CAN'T WAIT TO PLAY AGAIN!!!
The course is great and conditions second-to-none. However, the price, $200+ per person is exorbitant and there are some oddly placed bunkers.
A spectacular golf course with great layout in fantastic condition. I belong to both a Tillinghast and Dye design private golf courses. This easily compares and certain holes are pure gems. Great green complexes and lots of sand. Put this course anywhere in the USA and it would be a top tier facility. Build it within NYC with Manhattan skyline views, nothing compares.
Excellent
Very nice place, friendly environment, beautiful golf course.
Lame snobby people
Absolutely disappointing
Good place to hit some balls. Right over the bridge I drive past to every day
Great venue! Quite the challenge! Caddies outstanding
Not worth the price.
Great addition to Throggs Neck! Loved that the restaurant is open to non-golfers
This place is the best
Hands down the best course in NYC area. Worth the money to play it...one time.
Hate it not worth it.
Excellent planned course.. well maintained..will repeat
Great course; a bit stiff vibe—wish it was a relaxed vibe, but given the political climate, I can understand. Built on the shores of Ferry Point Park, Trump Links is a city-owned golf course which Trump Links holds a concession. The course itself is challenging and exciting. The food is sub-par, and drinks are a better bet. Complimentary driving range and the drive to the range is a positive. Big negative is the cost AND you are forced to either walk or cart (36$/person)—no push-carts allowed, which is a big disappointment since a twilight round, the cheapest, costs 154$/round. Free parking, big whoop, doesn’t negate the fact that a public course is not as friendly and amenities available are so-so at best—given the cost to play a round. An average golfer will find this course extremely challenging, but an average golfer would also expect great service and ambience, which it lacks. Overall, 5-stars for the golf, 1-Star for everything that goes with it.
The course is an absolute masterpiece! Completely worth every penny! Jack Nicklaus & Donald Trump did an incredible job. I have no doubt that this place will host a ton of championships. On top of the amazing golf, the hospitality from the staff is second to none - a true five star experience! Highly recommend!
Greens are slow. Expensive for a public course but overall good track
Beautiful course.
My experience at trumps golf course was gr8
This place is horrible. The food is inedible the staff has NO customer service skills, the course is sup-par at best. I’ve had more challenges playing mini golf. Needless to say I will not be back when invited.
Great course but Logo ball design is Poor
A great place to golf and socialize
Great place
This is a beautiful course that was quiet. Mataticly taken care of and the pro show is great! Lunch was a great meal as is the dining area. Will be back soon! Looking for a wedding place in the summer check it out
One of the best courses I've played! Immaculately maintained. The scenery is not typical. You have the NYC skyline, bridges, and airplanes, but strangely tranquil. All of your senses will awaken as soon as play begins.
Muy lindo excelente canchas de golf
Good course with good maintenance
"Top notch....top notch."
Had lunch there today with a group of 6 women. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was spectacular, the drinks delicious & service was top notch. A Diamond in the Rough.
We played yesterday for the first time at the Trump course. BIG TIME course in my estimation. Unfortunately it had rained the night before and it was cart-path only with the carts, so we did a LOT of walking. The fairways, greens and tee-boxes were the nicest that I have ever experience. I loved the course and don't like the price, BUT I actually think it's worth it. Will play occasionally from now on.
Great course in all way all the people there are fun happy friendly and competent in all that they do to make your visit wonderful
Great experience! Lovely and well organized.
Nice relaxed lunch
Great golf course. Pretty forgiving and very well maintained. Very expensive though.
Great links course- a must play if you are near NYC with your clubs. Course is in great shape.
This place in under construction the club house is not available yet.
Best course I ever played
V v v good
Trump Links is a first rate public course. Its restaurant: The Waterfront, is relaxing and delightful! The very large and architecturally elegant clubhouse that will soon become the nucleus of Trump Links, has now entered the final stage of construction. From comfortable tables located both inside and outside of the current structure that houses: The Waterfront, you will enjoy a wide range of tempting dining options, moderate prices and excellent food. The well trained staff could not be more welcoming, friendly or professional! From here, views of the course and Sound are sweeping and include the Whitestone Bridge located immediately to the west and the Throgs Neck Bridge situated further east. The distinctive landscape is scruffy and picturesque - reminiscent of time honored golf courses found in Scotland. The beauty of the Trump Links landscape is further enhanced by the lovely backdrop provided by College Point, Queens, located directly across the narrow passage of the Sound to the south, as well as by lush Ferry Point Park situated immediately to the west. Trump Links has filled an important recreational and cultural void in the Ferry Point section of the Bronx and President Trump made a marvelous and what will surely become an enduring contribution to the quality of life in the Bronx through his very ingenious development this portion of Ferry Point, a one time qgarbage dump. Trump Links has fully emerged as an extraordinary Bronx amenity both for golfers and for the general public and it should not to be missed.
Car show. No golf
World class golf experience. Treat yourself to a round
Best course I have ever played! Such a great addition to New York City!
Good layout. Playable for all skill levels. Beautiful views in spots.
Let's make golf great again
Awesome links course!
best view of new York city ever
Great views well laid out. Will play again.
First class golf experience.
Hard to find but very nice view
Bad service
Today was my first visit to Trump Ferry point golf. I must say this is nothing short of a miracle. I'm a true New Yorker born and raised I remember if the rest of you dont this place was the biggest eyesore along the waterway. Now it's just breathe taking veiws from bridge to bridge. I would like to say truely thank you to the entire Trump family and their amazing construction team for bringing out the true beauty of New York..
Played April 2019 and despite cold conditions the course was fantastic as was the staff. Its a demanding but fair course and it was in exceptional condition for this time of year.If you need a golf fix in NYC I can highly recommend this course.
(Translated by Google) A very astratible golf course (Original) Un campo de golf muy astratible
Nice views
A Great Trump achievement. Another example of his visonary mind.
Food is good - bit pricey
Beautiful course in pristine condition with awesome staff! Great to come here for lunch and dinner as well since it's open to the public with gorgeous views overlooking the water!
Brown and dead and overpriced. Gross.
Edit Trump golf-links for a car show that was totally fantastic and they'll love to my 64 Lincoln
We played the course on the opening week end and everything was far away from being ready. I am a returning customer and the experience we recently had was extremely poor. In reading this review please consider this is a $200 green fee...and the level of my expectations is high for this price tag. Starting from the arrival, at the bag drop the guys are not identified with a hat a jacket or anything similar to each other. The famous clubhouse, promised in the past is not there, the facility is still a pro shop with 2 tiny baths and a temporary restaurant. The practice facility is less than half available, the putting green is a potato field, the chipping and bunker range are closed and the driving range is mat only, they don't even let you drive off the turf, absurd. The guy at the restaurant are completely disorganized. At 11 I asked for a hot dog and they replied they don't serve them there but at the hole n 5. Clearly at hole n 5 they only had snacks and chips, and said they might have them "when is high season". Now the worse part..the course. Tee boxes are in poor conditions, the fairway probably even worse, without a sign of grass anywhere. The greens were impossible to play with holes, bounces, spots of taller grass. My friends and I were speechless. We understand we might be at the early stage of the season, but if you are not ready you should not invite your clients back...again, specially if you want to position your self as the n1 Golf Course in NY. Back to the clubhouse we tried to complaint with the manager, without any success. No refund on the full green fee paid. We took a sit for a quick beer before leaving, no sandwich after 4. Really ?? We ordered fries. They arrived after 15 minutes , COLD. The cherry on the cake. The manager walked by, he saw the scene and tried to repair by offering our 4 beers. This is everything you do not want from a course pretending to be the best. We will wait a couple of months before giving it another chance.
Great facilities, shame low reviews are just political hacks.
awesome
Nice golf course not busy
Challenging course, great staff, and excellent food
First time in this golf course. The grounds were clean and we'll kept. The facility appeared clean and inviting. Plenty of parking. Prices on the high end for a round of golf.
Club house under construction October 2017
Course is great! Fun to play Links design and views of city and bridges are awesome. Up there with the most storied and exclusive golf course in the area but you actually have access to it!
Overly expensive, but a beautifully prepared course that ranks high in my experience.
Fantastic golf course layout with a unique view from every hole.
Poor service
Still finishing the clubhouse but great view and course
Good games fantastic people
It's not the biggest golf course I have seen but none the less it's a gem in the bronx.
This was a great links course. Beautifully maintained with an amazing layout. You tend to forget that you are playing golf in the South Bronx. Prices at the halfway house didn't over change like lesser places can. I all can say is I wish I was a 5 boroughs resident so I could have gotten a discount on the round.
I am a 4.8 handicap. This course is OUTSTANDING. THE course was In perfect condition. The views were unbelievable. The putting greens perfect. The practice chipping green awesome. Driving range great. The clubhouse was not open yet. Good very good. It’s New York expensive 250 green fee 9 beer BUT if your tourist and good golfer worth every penny. Green perfect. Don’t need a caddy get a cart or walk. Worth every penny. Haters must be trump haters because just played bethpage black and blue and this course trumps both other then price. Play it you won’t be disappointed!!!!!
Trump Links at Ferry Point is a beautiful course which was very challenging in the wind. All of the people were very accommodating and friendly.
Looking great for the grand opening. Impressive challenging course ! Was given an excellent tour by director of golf ...
Great Nicklaus designed course in excellent condition. Definitely worth playing if you are on an expense account. The bunkers are tough, the green complexes are very undulating and the rough is quite thick. But if you can hit it straight, the fairways are firm and will roll out. The views are great. I'd rate this course up there with the best in the area
Best course in New York City and the driving range is fantastic. You can pay $50 just to access it which is worth it given you have a sand trap practice area, putting green, and nice grass range.
