Came here for some work done on my driver. I was met by Steve, really friendly and knowledgeable about golf equipment, he explained the work process, and it really made me feel at ease. Very satisfied with the service. Also had the work done in 1 day. Highly recommended. Thank you. Pro Shop is really nice as well.

Fitted in under 45 minutes for irons. Tried PXGs, and a few others before deciding on Epons with carbon fiber shafts, 1 degree upright. Great fitting experience and shot 69 my second round after the clubs arrived. Low round in 4 years. Bill is a great guy, very good at keeping me posted when the clubs were coming in and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Got fitted for irons with Bill, and it was a spectacular experience. There was zero pressure, just a lot of feedback from a golf pro and Trackman data for support (benefit of hitting on a range, not into a screen) After hitting clubs from all major manufacturers, we settled in on Ping. Took the time to tryout and discuss shafts, grips, lie adjustments and how it all would affect the swing. Cannot recommend this place enough.

OK. So, I'm not unfamiliar with club fitting as my last two sets have been Pings, fitted at their factory in England. And I thought it had been very helpful. I was shooting high eighties/low nineties most of the time but felt I could do better and, as well as reading about all the new club technology (none of my woods was adjustable), I was reading about the 'new breed' of fitters and fitting and decided that was the way I wanted to go. I live in Manhattan, did my research and decided to go with NovoGolf. I booked two sessions with William, two consecutive mornings, to go through every club in the bag. I arrived and was given a bucket of balls and told to warm up. Soon enough William arrived and escorted me to the fitting room - more like a lock up garage with a shutter door opening out to the range, fitted golf mat carpeting and more golf club heads, shafts and assorted technology than I'd ever thought to see. And, of course, the Trackman and all sorts of monitors hanging off the walls! William was great, took me through every club (wedges and irons the first day) hitting my own club, then hitting head/shaft combos that he put together based on the trackman data. And was continually asking me how I liked the look, how it felt and letting me know what the data showed. So at the end of the two days we had a ‘preferred’ shaft/head combo for every club. Which became the order. One word of warning. I didn’t give William any budget, so we tried everything, regardless of cost. And guess what? You get what you pay for (certainly true for William’s fitting fee) and the heads and shafts that worked best for me were not cheap! So, if you’ve got a budget make it clear at the outset. Or you’re going to get a shock. That said, I bit the bullet and am thrilled that I did. I’m now regularly shooting high seventies/low eighties, I have huge confidence in every club in my bag and in the distance I hit them, and I’m getting 20 to 30 yards more from each club. Believe me, I’m having a lot more fun! So, for me, the exercise and the money spent were hugely worthwhile. William is totally professional, extremely knowledgeable and I would unhesitatingly recommend him and his services.

The staff at Novogolf are true professionals! I've always had a great experience working with these guys. Their knowledge, level of service and attention to detail is unmatched. I've been around the circuit with various fitters but my overall experience pre/post purchase at Novo has been hands down the best. I could not be any happier with my clubs and my game and will continue to use Novogolf for all my future golf needs!

Fantastic experience working with Bill Cho at NovoGolf in Tappan. Cannot stress enough what a difference it makes to actually hit balls with various clubs in a real outdoor environment as opposed to the usual simulators that most places have. There is no substitute for actually see shots and ball flights in real life. That combined with the computer tracking system provided a ton of feedback to consider. I got fitted for Irons and driver. Bill does not rush you through anything and let's you hit as many shots with each club as you want. He offers feedback and provides recommended clubs for you to try, and points out interesting feedback from the trackman data. You're able to rule out some clubs quickly, and then go back and focus on / rehit the ones you liked until you agree on the ideal set. Just a fantastic experience all around. 2 caveats - clubs are ordered from manufacturer and it's excruciating waiting for them when you're excited to start using them. It can take a couple weeks, but not much to be done about that I guess. If I had to do it over again I would have split up the irons and driver fitting into 2 separate visits, i must have hit 200 iron shots over 75 minutes or so, and was pretty tired when moving on to driver. I love the clubs and have seen great results in my game. Thanks!!!

Bill, To be honest I was a little concerned after the fitting because I didn’t feel like I hit the ball every well, and was disappointed in my performance during the process. The driver showed up in less than 10 days and I’ll use one word to describe the final product…. WOW! I have gained a minimum of 15 yards of carry… the ball flight is much higher… and the ball finishes on the back end. There is a local driving range that is surrounded by nets…. The last two years I haven’t been able to carry the nets at the end of the range…. Well with the new driver I’m able to again. Thanks so much… fully satisfied and pleased with your fitting and final product. Andy Bennett
