Poor customer service - went into the store to with the intention of purchasing a new driver, but I was ignored after repeated requests for help. This was not a case of the store being busy as two employees were "busy" talking amongst themselves. After finally getting attention from a rep, I asked to try 2 drivers on the golf simulator. After about 5 shots on the simulator the rep asked if I was planning to buy a driver today - I mentioned I'm still trying to decide between X and Y model and I haven't decided yet which I liked better and that I would like to hit a few balls to see which I liked. To which the rep responded "ok - you're done" and grabbed the driver from me and refused to help me. The store was open for another hour and he wouldn't even answer my questions about the differences between the two drivers. If the goal of the store was to convince me to not buy golf clubs from NY Golf Center, it worked! I'll definitely be buying my driver (and all other golf items) elsewhere.

Had a great experience here with John D. I was looking to purchase a complete set and wanted to try out a few different options. John was very patient with me and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up with the Titleist 718 AP1's, The Taylor Made M2, and the Callaway Big Bertha 3. I'll definitely be coming back here again for my future equipment needs!
