Played all 3 courses. Friendly staff and members, courses are well kept. The desert golf layout offers high plateaus and bottom landscapes. Greens are big and tough. Overall, great stay and play package. Recommended.

Beautiful golf course,well maintained with great prices. Golf cart problems when I last played. Had to reverse In middle of fairway twice. Sensors are defective or something. Really annoying. Bring bug spray during monsoon season.

After reading some of the previous reviews, I had no clue what to expect. Not sure what all of the complaints were about but this a beautiful course. Staff was great and the summer special is an excellent deal. Highly recommend this course....great shape, elevation and challenging fairways sum it up.

Lakes course is torn up and extremely dry. Ball will roll a mile but greens won't hold at all.

I had nine players on July 16. I specifically asked Shane if I could have another tee time or should we go 5/4 and he said he would approve 5/4. When we got there thefront desk hassled us bout nine players. Then we found out that both therange, putting and chipping were closed. We gathered at the base of the hill to wait out tee times as we had arrived early to practice and could not. Somebody starting yelling at us across the open area about us standing around and even though none of us was hitting, just swinging clubs to loosen up, some other guy came over and started telling us about the kids program and how they did not want us hitting them. We were about 150 yds from anybody, with a building between us and the kids. Then somebody else came over and threathened to call security even though we had yet to do anything but show up and pay and then begin to wait. Then when we played the course was in terrible shape with the greens dead, and in some cases just sand. They were not sanded, just sand. We play various courses in the Albuquerque area and it will be a long time before we come back. Customer service was non-existent, and people had an attitude and no one ever volunteered the fact the course was semi-closed and in bad condition. I do not and will not recommend this course to anyone. The same goes for our group that has about 18 regular players.

Extremely unprofessional and not welcoming staff (Kevin). When I called to get a price quote for 18 holes at noon on Sunday. The guy (Kevin) quoted me $40, so I drove 30 miles at 2 pm and I was then told that it is $55 per person. That is not good enough. I did not state I wouldn’t come out till 3, I asked for quote for now. They would not honor the original price quoted and they were very unfriendly about it. I will never play or recommend this course to anybody ever again.

Played the Mesa and Lakes courses. It was nice. Some fairway and rough were a bit overgrown but overall very happy with the course condition. I could tell they punched the greens within the last couple weeks but nothing major. I got on around 2pm and was able to play in less than 2.5 hours. Nobody in front! Would definitely play again.

Course layout is pretty good as well as challenging. Mesa 9 is like playing in a swamp due to excessive amount of water being applied to fairways. All this standing water makes for an abundance of mosquitos. The cart GPS unit is an ad every time before you get to see yardages which is very annoying.

Let me start off by saying this is a great course. Well maintained with greens that are challenging. The prices are very competitive and the twilight rates are great. The dress code is pretty relaxed, as long as you are wearing a collared shirt, you will be fine. Denim isn't an issue. Most of the staff is phenomenal. There is ONE exception to the great staff. The club "pro". Ramon has the worst customer service and is VERY rude. If he is working, don't judge the entire course by how you are treated by him. Friends and I play there several times a month, sometimes more.... We now make it a point to not play when he is working.

This has got to be the worse golf course I have played in Albuquerque. The staff is very bad. They could care less that I was out there to play. On the weekend no senior rate. Cost the same whether I was walking or riding. The greens were like putting on the fairways.They were very slow and probably would not hold a bowling ball dropped at 100ft. There were tee boxes that were no better than my front yard and my front yard does not have any grass since I live in the desert. They where watering the course in the middle of the day so we had to dodge the sprinklers and where they had them off there was water that was going over your golf shoes. They must get their water free because they were watering the heck out of the course. After we got done we went into the bar area to get a beer. The bar was closed and the person at the snack bar was either asleep or was doing some heavy thinking. It appeared that we are not the only people that feel this way about the course because this was on a Sunday at 9am in the morning which seems to be their busy time according to Google, and the parking lot was maybe 20% full. So if you are looking for a place to play golf look somewhere else. I would not even go out there if they gave me a free round..
