This Golf is classified in the category of Golf club.
You need to keep the ball in the fairway or you'll spend a lot of time looking for your ball.
Good condition. Tee boxes need repair.
No te tratan con amabilidad alcotrario té apuran pará que acabes dé jugar golf y pienso que no está bien
Liked it. A challenging layout with numerous doglegs. Small, sloped greens in excellent shape
Course is in good condition. Great Service fun people!
Meh
This is a beautiful public golf course.
Great value. Fairly challenging and makes you think and several holes. Up and coming driving range. No restaurant or bar.
Nice green and range ball!
The service here is terrible. The roided-out man in the clubhouse was very rude to us. It seemed he was having a bad day and was taking out on us. He couldn't figure out how to put separate greens fees on different credit cards but would not admit it. Instead, he told he we didn't ask him to separate it. Also, when I went back in to ask for cart keys, he scolded me for not signing for it, even though I had signed for it already when he first asked me to. He did not give us any directions for where to get the cart and where we were and were not permitted to take the cart. The regular golfers there have poor etiquette. I was in a foursome playing at normal pace. there were two twosome behind each other riding severely riding on us. We could not let them through because there were 2 other foursomes in front of us. Also, the two twosomes could have joined to make it a foursome, so they would not have to wait as long. However, rancocas golf does not require any golf common sense etiquette. The actual course is not so bad. Greens were aerated when I was there so could not tell how they were. They literally put an inch of sand on the greens making it impossible to putt. I only went there bc I had a coupon. I would not recommend this place. Instead, go to ramblewood or willowbrook.
Great staff. Its nice to see the course looking very well in 2016. Greens and fairways look awesome! It's hard to find a course in the south jersey area with a well built range and course at a good price.
The course rangers need a lesson on how to treat their customers, very rude and obnoxious. The rough was very overgrown and lost balls that should have been easy to find. Avoid this course.
Very nice golf course. Very well maintained. It is a course that requires you to use all of your game to score well. Enjoyed my day.
I golf one to two times a week and like to try different courses. The greens and fairways were in good shape. However the rough was a horror movie. You would literally hit 10 feet off the green and lose your ball. It got to the point where I looked for about 30 seconds and dropped. The staff is very nice but the course is not worth the price. I asked about the rough and was told it was cut this morning. Needless to say I will not be coming back
We'll kept course which is fun and challenging.
Cart paths are a mortar range. All tees are uneven. Rough is just that. Greens play true. You can't beat the price.
Course is in good condition !!!
Challenging but very playable course for all levels. Friendly staff, reasonable course prices.
I wouldn't play this course again unless it was free. The signage to find the proshop is nonexistent, the carts are old and a little gross, the driving range is like 175 yards, and the course is not well maintained.
The Players Club at Rancocas is the best deal in golf. The course is challenging, well maintained, excellent driving range, and great staff. The free clinics for Players Club members are perfect.
At 12:12PM, I made a reservation to play golf at this club on a rainy day with 4 other people. At 12:30PM we started to play golf. It was raining all day and one of the staff members, a middle aged man, told us he had to leave by 5PM. It was at 5:15PM, when we were on our 17th hole, when he came out and told us to leave because he wanted to go home. He said there were no other players on the court. We wanted to finish 2 more holes, but then he said he would "call the police" on us. Can you believe that? We paid to get our moneys worth of play. Because it was raining it took us a while to travel around the golf court and that's obvious because of the weather condition. It's unprofessional and aggravating to be treated like this when WE gave YOUR company money. I'm very disappointed at how you treated us and my group of friends. It's unacceptable and very unfair. We paid YOU so WE can play golf. Why even open on a rainy day if you don't want customers and want to go home early?!?
I loved this course. Great price. Great staff. Well maintained.
Great value if you prepay online. Course was in decent shape. Went on labor day and pace of play was painfully slow. Some tee boxes would have 3 foursomes waiting to tee off. But for the money you don't really have a right to complain.
Nice course. Challenging from the middle tees. Greens and fairways are in good shape. Greens were very slow on the day we played. Rough was cut exceptionally long... Difficult to find your ball unless you are standing right over it. Tee boxes suck. Many have very little grass, and they are crowned, so it's tough to hit off a flat area
Great layout, challenging, they get some dumb golfers out there sadly, good luck finding a tee box with a flat spot on it, it won't cost you a stroke if you move some rocks out of the "sand" trap. Place would be near perfect if they fixed sand and tee boxes. It's a BYO municipal course though so how much can you expect...
Nice course. Wide open fairways. Laid back club and nice place to have fun.
Had a great day yesterday playing at Rancocas. First day back since last season and the course is still a challenge. The exciting par 4 is what I live for.
Rates are to high for this course. Driving range leads into 2 fairways. No net. Tee boxes are not level. "Sand pits" are filled with dirt. Not sand Players do not pick up broken tees, they do not fix divots. Residential homes are near and noisy. The course looks nice and was fun to play. But for 40+ bucks you can find a different course without that problem
Really doing alot to make it a top quality course, a good mix of holes, making you us every club in the bag.
Sweet spot in Willingboro. Course is in fine shape
Course getting better
Well, for some reason I am getting the feelings of loving it. Hoping to become a member someday
First time at Rancocas golf course. For this time of year it was in good shape, Everyone was friendly. But I have one BIG complaint. Please fix the sand traps you can not hit any balls from them and their is plenty of traps.
Rates a bit high for the condition of the course but a nice place to play
You get what you pay for. Tee boxes have needed work for two years or more. Most staff are friendly.
A good place to work and play.
Greens were in really good shape. Price was very fair. I played on Saturday at 2 for $31. Pace of play was pretty good. Many of the holes are dog legged. It isn't very a long course. I only used driver on three or so holes. The seclusion of the course is really nice I was pleasantly surprised.
Dry course BYOB! OK just to play a round
Son had kid tournament there seemed like average course that I probably would not drive 45 minutes to get to certainly not cheap. The shortest par 3 I ever saw on a regulation course
In good shape. Decent layout. Average public golf course. Worth a try.
Course was in good condition for our round.
It's suck....
Enjoyed the round.
The course is in very nice shape. Even after a lot of rain it was not soggy. My only issues are the sandtraps and the tee boxes. The traps are mostly gravel though I did see a couple with actual sand. The tee boxes need to leveled. They are mounded, causing any who needs up near the side of the box to have a stance with the ball below/above their feet. Thos has been an existing problem that has not been resolved.
Fairways and greens in great shape. Players club rules! Stay outta the thick stuff. It'll eat ya up. Definitely my go to course. Guys in the club house are cool. Love it!
Good challenging course and great grounds keeping.
Rancocas looks to be in decent shape this year. There's some new sod you'll have to play around and the greens aren't as fast as they could be, but I've played here for years and don't expect too much. I usually play for the value though and Rancocas always delivers. You really can't lose with a weekend round for around $30. I always look forward to warming up on the front nine to tackle the par 5 9th hole. The back nine can get tricky too with a few dog legs. If you're looking for a good value course, this is it.
Grateful.
This is a public course in every sense of the term. The Price is Right and it's a good place to get back in the swing of things
Terrible. Puke.
Green were just airated
Great course to play, fairly challenging well maintained, driving range is good. STAY out the rough its hard to hit out and you do loose balls. The players club is a great deal if you play more than once a week. I read some of the gripes in the other reviews which I thought were exaggerated. This is a very good course.
Good layout with some decent golf holes. Horribly maintained and manicured. Every green was clearly infested with weeds or crab grass. Most of the course is dirt or crab grass. Im not at all a snob when it comes to golf courses and conditions, but this was simply almost a joke. Greenskeeper doesnt even try to save the course. I recommend they close some of the tee boxes and make temporary ones and at least attempt to scape some real tee boxes
Decent course. Seems like it's going down a bit
This is an average course which needs work. The greens and course needs seeded, cut and TLC. We went out on a weekday afternoon and the pace of play was slow and our round took 5 1\2 hours. Its is a nice layout with potential but needs grooming and the rangers to monitor pace of play.
Great course...and challenging
Great course and we'll maintained. Excellent course to host a golf outing. It is also BYOB
Played there today... really nice greens but the tee boxes were so bad I had to knock at least 1.5 stars off the rating... every single tee box was on a hill so the ball was above or below my feet every time... if i go back I'll make sure i play from the tips... most of those looked flat
Don’t waste your money.
Regarding to above comments, it was very candid and fair comments, he told a true story what was happening and experience he had that day, he probably not a regular player at Rancocas Golf Club, not like me I always play there all the time and this is my home base golf course. In my opinion, Rancocas Golf Course is average good, people who works there mostly are good people, I get along with them without any problem, but may be some any given day some people have some tamper whatever reason will be, this can be happening in every working place and that is understanding. All in all, people here is working hard people and try to do their best to keep up this golf course to the standard, some occasion when weather is bad without rain so many days, fairway or some green may look bad for awhile and then they work it out to fix it. I like this golf course, it is a challenge, not too hard but not too easy either.
A wonderful course. Well maintained. Great staff.
Although the weather didnt cooperate all day, the course remained in really good playing shape. There were a few sloppy spots but thats to be expected. Greens were fast and pin placement was tricky. Friendly staff and accommodating tee times make this a great choice for me. 1st play in NJ and definitely will go back.
Beautiful place to visit.
Golf now and Rancocas over charged us $40.95 for a no-show. We were there on time and played despite the course being in aweful condition. Balls hit in rough we unplayable because the grass was so long. Golf now said there is nothing we can do about it. Will never play there again. Hello Ramblewood!
Front 9 was nice and the back 9 was a challenge. Nice staff and cart; nice greens/fairways
Decent public course, lots of trees!
First tee time Friday 8/23 and my first time playing here. Course is in really great shape for the price ($41). Not terribly difficult or long, which is great for my skill level. Some interesting holes and greens. Driving range was closed, I think this is normal on Fridays to prepare for the weekend. Greens were recently aerated but played fairly well. Some deer met me on the first hole. Finished in 3 hours (the joy of teeing first) Will most definitely be back!
Course is in bad shape. Tee boxes are brutal, fairways are grassless and the greens are covered in sad.
For a cheap course it’s a great day out, especially for beginners
Look out for the golfnow deals. This course is in great shape
Course is crap tee boxes just dirt. The greens horrible condition I will never play there again
There are some tough holes, ground staff is attentive to grass cutting, inside staff is excellent. Great place to play.
Most challenging public course in the area, especially the back 9.
They charged our group for a fourth who had to cancel at the last minute . They said they couldn’t do nothing for us. We play twice a week so they lost us for good Nice business decision bone heads
I have never played there but my brother Peter Clifford and his son Jonathan Clifford were there yesterday and had a great time
tough track. Rough is thick.
Nice grounds and wild life
The whole course was very nice. They aerated the green which made it tough, but still a nice course.
Great Golf
Overpriced, slow play, unnecessary cart path only.
Very friendly.
Nice layout. Gets lots of play.
My 1st time ever golfing and I thought it was just awesome! I was a little confused at one point when we were being told to hurry up when the people in front of us were still on their green. I guess the people behind us were in a rush!
This is a good course that just needs a little more help waste areas and sandtraps need work, but a challenging course to play.
18 holes great course great staff had a great time
Decent course, conditions weren't the best but I played after some bad weather. Need to go there again when weather it better
Worked a golf tournament. The staff were super friendly and helpful! The cart paths could use some work (watch out for the potholes!). I don't play golf, so I don't know how the greens were, but the players seemed to be having a good day when we went to check on them.
Nice shot maker course. Greens are real good. Don't drive the carts into the parking lot.
Very playable course. Lots of trees but don't really come Into play. Sand traps need some work.
Dont really know the place but from what I've seen it look pretty big. It is right in my cousin's backyard
(Translated by Google) Good for the price (Original) 가격대비 굿
Was there shooting balls with drivers and chipping ball. Was grest.
It's an okay course. Fairways were multi colored grass and different conditions that I'm not used to. Tee boxes we're very strangely crooked. They all seem to have a hump down the middle so you're either standing uphill or downhill of your ball. I did see Tom turkey walk across the 16th green. That was interesting. The dog legs are challenging and ball placement is key.
