The country club , food , and overall venue is excellent ! The servers and bartenders are extremely hospitable , professional , attentive , and sweet ! However the bald man who’s kind of short , I think he’s the manager - as he was giving orders to the servers is a real douche ! He is so condescending ! My husband and I , along with many other guests overheard how he was communicating to the staff and we were quite taken back ! Beyond rude ! Also , at one point my husband asked how to get to the patio from where we were so we could take our daughter outside , and and rbis guy legit let out a HUGE sigh , and was like “ugggggggj I guess I could show you if you don’t want to ask anybody else ...” like ok guy .... you work in the hospitality industry .... you chose this job , onody forced you to take it and be miserable . Overall the place is immaculate , but this guy really sucks and needs to get a different job . Kudos to the servers and bartenders for being amazing and dealing with a jackass boss !

Disapointed Customer

Beware of staff. Graziano, head of house, has ruined 3 of our family parties with his incompetence. Management blames it's customers when questioned about food or reservations. If you book a party there is no guarantee you be allowed ample time to enjoy your meal. Food has gone down hill for past 15 years. Don't dare question the temperature of their meat or they will humiliate you in front of your guests. 40+ year legacy will probably end in 2019.

The chef yelled at me for sending a steak back and today 4 weeks after we made reservation for a large lunch party they effectively canceled it by telling us we’d have less than an hour and a half to eat and talk. They have a staff Christmas party and neglected to tell us until the day of our reservations. The management staff is rude and unprofessional and the members have not held them accountable. Also the club rules clearly state no cell phone use and the manager Norm walks around on the practice green and around the lobby on his cell phone. Now they asking my family for my review to be taken down. Management really don't like to listen to anyone or anything unless it gets made public.
