I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the staff at Shoreline. We had our 6th Annual Blake Schuler Memorial Golf Outing and they did a fantastic job. Really takes the pressure off when you have a team of professionals helping you every step of the way. We even started on time for the first time ever. Pretty solid for a first year staff. To Owen, Jared, and Marissa you and and your staff were excellent and I can’t wait to bring our Outing back next year! Thanks again for everything! Team Blake

Haven't seen this course this bad in a very long time. Greens, fairways and rough haven't been mowed for a long time. We golfed it in the spring and it was in good shape. Very disappointed.

We have a wonderful time on the course as well as in the clubhouse. It is well managed in the proshop and the restaurant. We are treated like royalty and would recommend the course to everyone.

The markers on the teebox look like they don't move in weeks (way too many divots for a 1 week position). It was a hot day today golfing, but everyone was friendly. It would have been nice to have cart service beyond 3pm, but I understand. Overall, a nice course though.

Course is nice BUT their location is poor and their pricing is way over the top. They advertise online that it is 25 dollars for 18 holes and a cart (which is right on for the quality of the course) then you get there and its 44 dollars for eighteen. Only golf here for a twilight nine price and you wont be dissappointed, any other time dont bother.

The course has a nice layout with many mature trees. Greens were in pretty good shape but the tee boxes looked like they hadn't been moved in weeks. Overall worth a trip.

I was appalled by the customer service I received while visiting the driving range at this facility for the first time. Three other golfers and I were using the driving range. While driving, a staff member screamed across the fairway for us to move. He continued to shout at us that the roped off areas (which were literally string and wood posts sectioned into a rectangle) were where we needed to drive from. He proceeded to tell us that we should have figured this out on our own and it should have been obvious (to us). Then he proceeded to say the same thing over the PA system 1 minute later. To me, and I believe the other golfers, it looked like the grass was sectioned off for sod/grass seed. My husband and I were left feeling uncomfortable by the rude confrontation so I stopped by the pro shop on our way out the door to recommend a sign be placed telling future driving range users where to drive from. Only to be told that we should have known that was what the stakes and string were for...and that we were the problem. While this happened, he vaguely looked up at me as I spoke, while he worked on his golf swing casually, behind the counter. As I walked away, he and another staff member laughed at my complaint. I DO NOT recommend the customer service at this golf course. However, the driving range and course were very beautiful, but it doesn't trump the terrible experience I had here.

This is one of the best golf course layouts in the metro area... Challenging, yet enjoyable for all ability levels of golfer. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful during my visits. If you are near Downtown Omaha, check it out!

A great looking course but not forgiving if you are ever so outside the fairways. Grass is way too long to even think of looking for it. Friendly staff and service was great, I'm not the best golfer but I'm not terrible either and we never felt or got rushed! Will definitely go back

Poor customer service at its finest. My wife and I are expecting our first kid and recently moved to Carter Lake. We're hosting a party at our new home to celebrate and I booked 5 tee times for my family and friends to play golf. I went into the club house 3 + weeks in advance since it is not a normal request to have that many tee times. I was actually playing 18 holes the day I requested the reservation. Before I teed off I was told the guy who schedules those types of requests was out on the course playing, so I said I'd stop in after 9 holes and check again. I stopped at the turn and a different guy said no problem, put the reservation in the computer and said I was good to go. So I set it up with my family and friends (sone of which are from out of town). All the arrangements on my end are done when I get a call 4 days later and a voicemail was left stating my reservation was canceled. First, I couldn't belive what I heard and second that it was left in my voicemail. Terribly unprofessional. So I called back and of course the guy I need to talk to is not at work again. Finally the next day I get Josh on the phone and he tells me my reservation is canceled because there's a larger event that requested that date. He doesn't even attempt to provide any sort solution and acts as if it's my problem to deal with. He basically said there's nothing he can do and for me to find a different place to take my group. I can't believe the poor customer service I was provided. I would have had zero issue finding a different venue for my outing if I would have been told no when I made the reservation. Just plain poor management.

Was rushed by staff because we let two groups play through. The man told my friend, "it's probably just slowing you down because I see you have a girl playing with you." After golfing he apologized for rushing us and proceeded to gesture to me (a female) saying "it's obvious you don't play very often. I hope you come back and play again." Will continue to go to the other Omaha courses, we regular, with friendly, respectful staff and not return to this one. Terrible first impression.

i was there wed evening july 11, 2018 and left my go pro in the cart. we were the last crew out. went back the next morning and jim Atkinson the asst general manger was very reluctant to help me retrieve it. he had a i dont care attitude and was very confrontational about protecting his two teen lot porters. the two lot porters were the only ones who had access to cart. i told him to call them and have them bring it back. this guy told me he didn't know there names or phone number. i found this to be ridiculous. so after going back and forward with him. i decided to go carter lake police department and have them come talk to him and one of the kids. now keep in mind at 7:30 am me and one of the older lot porters check every cart there. and at 2:30 i was back and jim (assistant manager) so call checked every cart and told me he couldn't find it. so once office Brock gentile (carter lake police) showed and gave them some few choice words. whithen 5 mins of me driving off. they magically found my gopro. so either the kid or the manger had it smh. i would recommend not playing there, there lot porters are dishonest and the manger protects them.

I am at the course at 10 a.m. on Saturday, and they have four groups in front of us with mixed couples. Playing six in each group. We talked to the professional in the shop and he didn't care. Be aware this is not run well.
