As you can read, it reaches an opinions average is good, and it is founded on a very high number of feddbacks, so we can say that the valuation is very reliable. If people have bothered to value when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to give tatings when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Golf corresponds to the category of Park.
This was a fun place to let the kids explore the trees and get muddy.
I love Hummel park! I visit here very often.
Great for hiking or outdoor jogging. The nature center has a playground and cute building with crafts and bathrooms. You can rent it out for parties as well. There is a partial kitchen present.
Great place to see and wonder.
Always a great place to walk around and take in some nature.
Love this place. One of my favorite places on earth. Bring your hiking shoes and be prepared for hills.
Great place to hike with kids.
Beautiful park! Lots to explore.
Creepy haunted park
Amazing disc golf course. As long as you are in good physical shape this is a must play.
The side I like is very peaceful in the mornings. It's a good place to walk or just sit and relax.
Very pretty place. Love all the paths to hike..lots of nature. Playground for kids.
Not great trails. Those that were there had poor signage and we're hard to find.
Good and nice
Don't let the disc golf course description fool you. This course is heavily wooded, hilly, treacherous and perilous... And that's why we love to play doubles here.
Supposed to be most haunted place in Omaha. Try the Devils staircase. Look for where the little albino people were sent to live in the hills. People were hung in trees years ago, etc Also a great place for a family with kids to have a picnic and watch then play on the playgrounds(family during the day. The place can attract alot of people looking to cause problems or just drink and use drugs peacefully as the sun starts to set). Just be mindful of your surroundings. Lots of great trails....
Absolutely beautiful for walking, hiking, frisbee golf, and pictures ❤️
Great place for a nature walk!
The day camp is awesome! Kids come home tired, muddy, and with great nature stories.
I like this park and there is beautiful scenery but be careful when you drive up those Hills sometimes you get some crazy teenage drivers in that area and it can pose a danger
Amazing nature and surroundings
Nice park, very hilly. Discin in blood
Eerily beautiful. People could do better picking up their trash, but otherwise a neat place to visit
Wonderful and fun place to go exploring with the kids.
Very pretty, loved biking here!
Great scenery and hiking trails.
Scary cool
Great spot to play frolf or do a little hiking . Playground and nature center for children
My kid loved the slides. Very pretty area
Park..ok..Road to get there .. Horrible.. was on my motorcycle.. absolute.. Horrible road.. "P"
Great trails!
Absolutely love the park. Obviously if you haven't been there, as a safety precaution, do not go at night.
We had our daughter's seventh birthday party here, and it couldn't have been better. There was no work on our part, they had fun activities planned, and everything ran smoothly. I'd highly recommend it.
Beautiful and fun. My kids loved the little park and the awesome slides. We plan to come back. We are excited to do some hiking on the trails and hope the nature center opens soon.
We usually are only in town of the holidays when most of the park is closed. Still a fun although slightly creepy place to spend some time.
This is a great experience for kids and adults. Take long hikes, experience all the nature around you. You can even take the time to learn new things at their small but efficient facility.
Filled with mystery & outdoor fun, plus the view is GORGEOUS
One of my favorite outdoor planes in Omaha
It had beautiful scenery and decent trails for walking I would defiantly go here again
Along with fontenelle forest a good place with some history to go to get back to nature.
This frolf course is definitely for the more advanced player. Lots of steep hills and plenty of trees to play through. A map of the course would be nice to have somewhere. As a first time player I had no idea where hole 1 was and it was difficult to navigate to some holes.
Hardest discgolf course in the omaha area
I really like to hike at Hummel. I always see something interesting. There is a lot of trash, however. It's really sad that so many people think it's okay to throw trash there and also sad that the city of Omaha probably doesn't have the resources to send someone to clean it all up. The trails are great, as are the new slides. On the weekends it's a bit crowded though so I tend to avoid it at those times.
Great park to just get away in.
This is an aggressive hike for frisbee golf. A lot of fun if you're up for it. The tees have better signage than Seymour or Cunningham. There was one hole we couldn't find the tee, but our map may have been outdated.
Big challenge disc golf lots of hills ups and downs shots. Hubby has a great time. Nothing much for me to do places to sit but most everything was locked up
4 hrs of uninterrupted hiking! Yay! Crazy pics of the flood as well as a picnic!
Very challenging course. Better in the fall with fewer nettles and mosquitos.
Love the beauty & mysterious feel of Hummel Park-especially beautiful in the fall!
Beautiful views of Iowa from the hills. Fun and challenging disc golf course. Hiking trails and a park with a covered pavillion
The potholes really need to be fixed. It's the only thing that can ruin the nice experience.
Wonderful camp and summer park.
Great place for a hike or frisbee golf. Trails can be narrow in some areas and trees have fallen over that you need to crawl under or over, but overall, well maintained.
Kids loved it
One of the best and oldest parks in Omaha, Adventure is around every corner.
One of the best places to go.
Very cool and fascinating place.. love it
Great jungle like park but be careful there's plenty of mosquitoes steep walking through foilage and bushes and trees but definitely beautiful nice and cool shaded haunted steps is it much to scare you but it's kind of chilly creepy at night be careful for potholes definitely on the roads through this part
Great, challenging disc golf course!!
I love being outdoors, this is an especially beautiful area up on the bluffs, and they host a lot of good camps to bring kids together while experiencing nature. Great all around.
Best disc golf course around!
Almost died tomorrow don’t go
Great scenic place that has the best trails. Lots of early 1800s and 1900s history. Come with friends, a little quiet and pretty primitive so not the best for small children, more of an adventure then a family get a way. Bring your hiking boots and be safe. :)
Oh things you'll find here if you go exploring lol
My favorite park in all of omaha, excellent trail network and disc golf course
Bugs kept us from the stairway to hell. Maybe next time ;)
I loved this place and thought it was kind of cool and creepy at the same time knowing all the stories about it being haunted. All in all its a beautiful park, beautiful view points you can see all of Omaha from!
I got attacked by an albino I had to get my arm amputated since the albino ate it... don’t recommend this place for a fun night in the park
Beautiful place to visit and take in the scenery.
So outdoorsy
I was born and raised in Omaha, left after joining the Air Force and came back several years later. I am 47 years old and remember very well the rumors of albinos who lived in the woods at Hummel Park. Back in the day, we would go there to party, (cop busted us once and we had to open our beer cans and pour them out:( but luckily he didn't see all of it:). There was a place called Devil's slide which was actually scary and had a very sharp drop. My twin brother, Nick, almost fell at that spot. I recently moved back and thought I would look it up. It amazes me that the stories still live. It is a creepy place when you are there in the dark, especially when you are drinking. That place has lasting fond memories for me. I am glad to know that the stories still exist. Be careful of Devil's slide if you are still able to access it.
Had some serious hiking fun last week at Hummel Park! Love the nature center and, of course, the staircase...We walked up to one of the highest points for a great view. Well worth it on a beautiful fall day! ❤
An oasis on the edge of Omaha. Hiking is really nice here with a surprising amount of wildlife to view. Super views of the Missouri River from up high and the flat surrounding farmland. In the distance the Loess Hills run north and south with the city of Omaha to the far right. Grab you camera, lunch, water and the kids and take a forest adventure so very close to home.
Great hiking paths. It feels calm and secluded. The scenic driving route was beautiful. Not as many views as we would have liked.
Ok.. yes, it's a beautiful park. The previous comments that start w "Eerie" or "Spooky" from others is no coincidence. Not knowing about the history, 3 yrs ago I went there w my son to hike.. As we almost reached the trail, my heart sank and my intuition told me to go back to my car. I picked my son up and ran to my car. WEEKS LATER, I mentioned it to my husband and it was then my husband told me events that happened in the park years ago. I was floored but also amazed about 'something' telling me to go back to my car. BEAUTIFUL PARK, but I dont have the courage to ever go again because of that horror gut wrenching feeling I felt that day.
There are a lot of urban legends about Hummel Park -- ghosts, witches, satanic rituals, hangings. Look 'em up. And yes, it's a wee bit creepy the first time you visit because you're surrounded by a spiraling forest that seems to be reaching out to grab you.For one, the park is old. Like almost 100 years old. And it's on the north outskirts of Omaha on top of and surrounding river bluffs. Two, it's big. It's easy to get lost in. Going along the hiking trails, you never know what you'll find around the next bend -- it could be nothing, or a raccoon, or a deer, or a turkey vulture, or teenagers smoking weed. There is also a nice patch of groomed grass at the crest of one of the hills at the main entrance of Hummel. You'll often find families hanging out barbecuing and kids playing on the nice jungle gym. You know, normal park activities.
Amazing disc golf course.
Grate disc golf course and grate hikeing trails
One of my favorite places to get some downtime and serenity.
Love this place forever
Great trails for some light hiking.
I love going to Hummel at dawn/dusk and looking out to the South East over Omaha and counciltucky.
Lots of areas for, nice hiking path!
Fun disc golf experience
Great green grass
A slice of nature in omahas back yard its one of my favorite ones because of how woodsy it is...like you drive right into the forest almost
Family friendly beautiful area!
Beautiful place if you would like to walk through nature.
Always a great place to go!
Fun place for the kids, and lots of stuff to do.....
Challenging course.. thick neddels and alittle confusing on where to go on some holes but not hard to figure out after 1 time thru.. love it GREAT workout and fun course! Will always be my first choice in Omaha! Keep shooting low 70s high 60s.. need that 60!!!!!
I love those hills so much, it makes for a pretty technical frisbee golf course
Great family outdoor activities, challenging trails, good place to get out off the city.
I love Hummel park it's a great place for all kinds of outdoor type stuff. I the love the wilderness
Great place to walk the dog
Odd park.
Difficult to find, but great places to hike
Love being out in nature with my family. This is one of our favorite places!
Went disc golfing. Great course. It's great for exercise and the course was fun and challenging
Not a place to hang around at night but they have the best summer camp ever!!!
Turns out I'm the ghost because my family acts like I'm dead.
Fun
I've been going to hummel regularly for about 15 yrs. It has changed a lot in that time. It is better now than I have ever seen it before. Beautiful views over Iowa, NP Dodge Park, and looking South you can see downtown. There is a Frisbee Golf course here now, which in my opinion is both the best and hardest course in the metro area. And there are 2 insanely fast tunnel slides carved into the steep hill. That's just naming some of the cool things here. Bottom line, Hummel is one of the best parks in town.
Very rugged but expansive park. Might be haunted.
Favorite course in omaha
Large wooded area just to the north of Omaha. Fairly well kept very little trash. With the recent flooding it is interesting to see how the flooding has affected the landscaping.
It's a nice place just need history
Great place to go hiking in the woods
Fun hiking! Great slides! Disc golf!
Love these woods and the Disc course! Great place to hike.
Great place to walk and explore
Nice place to get away. Seclusion. Was better years past. Won't last long I believe
Great place to hike, play FROLF or bring kids to play.
Went on a family hike with a guide, not only great exercise but great time doing it! And it was free! I love Hummel Park!
Good for hiking, but no trail maps available in the park or on their website.
Not for the faint of heart.
Nice little park for disc golf. If you're hiking, watch for discs that may come flying towards your head. Would be nice if they added restrooms
Fun activities, nice trails
We came back to revisit Devil's Slide. It is such a unique feature in this park. Wonder what natural phenomenon causes it to stay barren & erode into the odd shapes the way it does. Has changed a lot since we came here as kids. Back then our parents freaked us out with ghost stories, Indian burial rituals & satanic cults hiding in the little cave that has since eroded away. The view is awesome, & we still love traversing the barren Loess soils there. We also discovered that being an adult helps in counting the haunted stairs correctly. Sorry ghosts.
Love hummel park.
This place is sketch. There is no parking, the trails are poorly managed, and there is profane graffiti everywhere. Really felt out of my comfort zone when I was here.
It’s a very beautiful open park, I would say my favorite part is they got little hiking trails, great place to take your dogs or have a family pic nic
Beautiful well preserved park, disc golf course, playground, trails and forest, all myths ,tall tales , and superstitions about this park are not true and should not be paid attention to, very lovely park!
Nice trail and should visit every summer
Depending upon what time you venture, and the stories you've heard of or know, this could be the experience you need.
Spooky at first glance, beautiful once you get to know it
Lots of paths to take uphill, too icy after snowing. Challenging for middle schoolers, would be rough for younger. No restroom anywhere in vicinity.
All sorts of cool!
Bring your bug spray!
Beautiful
People should litter less. Best park in Omaha.
Really pretty, lots of garbage on trails unfortunately. That’s not the park staffs fault though. People need to learn to take trash out with them when they go for walks or hikes.
Kids had a blast, nature hike, archery, kickball, catching lightening bugs
Love this area
Love this place had a great little get to getherand been recently frisbee golfing like everyday it's a good course in fall and spring a little wild in summer haven't tried winter yet but going to forsure
Beautifully scary
Loved that they had a frisky gold course and the 187 steps great excercises.
Just like old times good memories
Heard it was a little sketchy, so took the husband and dogs in the early evening. Pretty enough park, but lots of broken glass in the parking lot and on the trails alike. We're pretty competent hikers and had trouble following the trail map, but the trails were clear. The frisbee golf course seemed nice and the playground was clean so maybe it's a good park for people without dogs.
The disc golf coarse is definitely for more advanced players with a lot of terrain to climb up and down. Also the holes are not marked very well
Was there to support a great woman who has lost her good friend.
A beautiful place to have events!
What ever superstitions people tell you, they are false, the park is great, and there's nothing weird about it
Hummel Park is a great, large park that is perfect for a day of hiking in the woods and exploring the creeks and native plants of Nebraska. There are many stunning vistas that overlook the Missouri River Valley that are very rewarding after a long hike!
Nice trail. Bring a picnic.
Weird but great.
Very fun place to walk around. Very pretty.
Very nice
Loved it! Had the best birthday party there!
Good dog walking place!
Old park that's being bought up. Enjoy the memories while you can
Beautiful place but the facilities are a bit run down.
Its a calm please to hang out with family it's big and peaceful
Great spot to have a Birthday party in the great facility!
great spot for adventure
Park roads are just horrible. Has pick nick tables for gatherings.
This place was a little dirty but still nice to hike in for sure!!!
Great place
