Abysmal wedding planning experience- Generally speaking, the prices are high and the food/decor is quite nice as you would come to expect from a country club. Unfortunately, the hostile club members and poor service make this a location to avoid when shopping for a wedding venue. We originally messaged and met with the on-site wedding coordinator and had nothing but warm fuzzies despite the hostility we received from their daily patrons/members. Forwarding to the booking within 60 days, when asked for a sample venue contract, we were informed their policies changed and they could not accommodate us as non-members, despite our having confirmed earlier this would not be an issue. When prompted for additional information on why the sudden change of heart, we were told that if we were 100% set on booking at that moment and place a deposit, the wedding planner would investigate getting us into Champions. With a very sour feeling on a very distasteful approach, we ended up paying more to go elsewhere rather than touch this venue. If you are a member of Champions Run then I would venture to believe this would be a fantastic option for you. For everyone else, I offer this as a precautionary tale.

food took a little to long to be served and cocktail area was a little tight for that many people but food and pre dinner food was good and employees were good plus it's super close to home so I liked it overall

Large beautiful and exclusive golf course located in Omaha, Nebraska. Designed by a pro. Many other amenities available including pool, tennis courts. Must purchase a membership. Social memberships available for the non-golfers.

Meeting room set up lacking. Had meeting with approx 30 people. Needed another table set and water glasses supplied but nothing to drink. Meeting was half completed when water delivered. Luckily people that spoke brought their own H2O.
