There are definitely staffing issues here. Service is slow and lack luster. Staff is openly complaining about each other and there is a clear lack of leadership. If management wants to reach out to me, I have some excellent feedback.

Whitefish Lake Golf Club is home to two 18-hole golf courses: the generally higher-rated North course, and the also John Steidel designed South course. The North course is a well-rated and pleasantly testing layout, which sits above Whitefish Lake providing open views of the lake and of Big Mountain. One to include on your play list if you are in the area.

Cozy little place for a nice getaway from Calgary. Close to the mountain and the Glacier park. Swimming pool is small and will need to drive there in the winter.

Always look forward to golfing down here, but the customer service this time was terrible. The lady we dealt with at the front desk told us our tee time had been bumped up 20 minutes, and was now on the more expensive of the two courses. We were rushed out to our new early tee time and told to pay full price or take a hike. I’ve never written a complaint on any website in my life, but I work in customer service and would never employ someone who greets customers this rudely.

Great golf course, has two 18 hole courses that are well maintained, great staff and a super Restaurant. Just make sure to book tee time couple days in advance, course fills quick.

After a few lessons with one of their PGA pros, Adam Long, my golf game has improved and my confidence in my swing and in both my game and strategy has greatly improved! Highly recommended if you are just starting to golf or if you just want to improve and become a better golfer. The facility is great with very nice scenery, well maintained courses, and a wonderful outdoor patio to enjoy after a round.

Great 36 hole course to have in town. Always well maintained and friendly staff. Watch out for weekend afternoons if your family is with you. The Canadians seem to get really drunk and inappropriate on the course and the deck and pretty much ruin it for everyone and the management doesn’t seem to care. Other than that enjoy and hit it straight or bring a bunch of balls because it’s tree lined on both sides. Play the tips and it’s long and tricky with a afternoon breeze.

Marshal harassed our 4some on the first two tee boxes because we had a novice golfer with our group then stayed half a fairway behind us for the next three holes the greens were garbage village greens in kalispell if a far better course with friendly staff

Really enjoyed my rounds here. Played the south course and found it to be very tight and narrow from some of the teeboxes. Wreaked havoc with my score but I fade the ball with my driver so it's entirely my fault. A little more attention to detail such as mowing and grooming but overall the course was very good.

Best steak in town. Doug the owner of the restaurant is absolutely great and you have not only nine holes but 18 to golf on Rolling Hills with views of the mountain.

The atmosphere is nice and quiet, and you can hear each other talk. I had the lamb chops, and they were so delicious, and the rissoto might've been even better. And the ice cream birthday cake was most excellent and so fun! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

X-country skiing here is great. Well groomed for classic and skate. The scenery looking over Whitefish Lake and Lost Coon Lake are beautiful.

The food was absolutely amazing. It is a high quality restaurant, and you can expect to pay five - star prices, but the level of service and food is well worth the higher cost relative to other restaurants in the area. I had the roast duckling. The skin was crisp and the meat was cooked perfectly. I tried the halibut from my wife's plate, and thought it was fantastic as well.
