the resort is awesome. The night desk person / auditor needs to learn how to answer the phones call them several times and never answer ever I had to walk to the desk three separate times for three separate things nice sweet old lady apparently taking care of the books but she needs to answer the phone that's it front desk is all about take care of customers restaurants pretty decent the buffet sucked last night. Chef was sweet and brought me PC of chocolate cake. just a little hint as far as when you put bedtime Buffet out and needs to be Saucier and nice and moist and chicken marsala actually has Marsala wine sauce in it and it's not a thick gravy that you put on potatoes as a very Saucy watery yummy mushroom Marsala wine sauce. I'm an Ardent Ray's spicy Italian in chicken marsala is my favorite and my best

Not sure who helped the previous reviewers, but Jeff, the head pro on staff, is extremely friendly. Greens have had issues in the past but played there 7/15/17 and the greens rolled great and course was in great condition as well. Cant wait to go back! Awesome value for the price of the green fee. Beautiful layout with tons of wildlife, especially in the morning.

Place looks run down. By the entrance way to my room it smelled like sewage. There was also a guest down the hall from me that said he found bedbugs, and showed me bites all over his neck and arm.

Actually I went to CK's steak house on Christmas day. The service was not very good at all. They must have had the third team, the people that couldn't get off for Christmas, in the kitchen. The waitress was good but it took hours to be served.

Love the course but the cart guy is a joke, we pulled in @ 2:30 and before we can walk inside to pay he rides a cart over and immediately tell us we don't have time to play and that if we're we're still gonna play that the carts had to be in at 5:00. The course is supposed to close at 6. He also came over as soon as we had played nine and proceeded to be a jerk and pretty much just tried to make us feel unwelcome. Do not care about going back until the they do somthing about the way he treats people.

For some reason google has a separate listing for the golf course and country club. And the hotel is a separate business but google has ratings and comments on the hotel appearing here. So wrong and confusing. The golf course is great. Top level. A real challenge. Part of the country club.

Golf course was not crowded...so why did it take 5 + hours for 18 holes? Because 2 Geriatric 4somes in front of us, who apparently did not have to be back at the rest home before dark did not have the courtesy to allow us to play through. They muddled and strolled along In their own little world, making us wait 5 to 10 minutes on every shot. Trees grew taller during this round. GET A MARSHAL!

We had dinner and enjoyed the band at CK's. The food was excellent, although we had to wait a little bit for it. Our server, Kyle, was excellent. The place was packed, yet he remembered our drink orders when it was time for a second round. I look forward to visiting again soon.

I surprised my boyfriend for our 5 year anniversary at Quail Hollow. The whole entire location is beautiful. This was a King Bed Non smoking suite. It wasnt huge but it was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the ice machine was only a few steps from our room. I brought our xbox and used it to watch our favorite show on Netflix. (We are parents that wanted to escape the house for a night). There were no disturbances from other rooms, the front desk ladies were so nice. The price was great for a place like this. I look forward to coming back for another night of relaxation.

The staff at quail hollow has to go. I have been playing this course since it first opened and the staff over the past few years has fell to a all time low. The course itself is one of the best lay outs of any course in the state but lack of management makes it hard to play.

Never played on this course. The hotel the resort is on the old side it's time they soak some money into the resort it is past do for some updating. Resort still nice but needs remodeling.

I don't ever care to go back if I'm going to be treated like I'm not welcome. One cart guy with long hair was especially rude. Fun course, but in serious need of management change.
