We just played 12 different courses from Arkansas to Alaska and Clear Creek is in better condition than almost all. Price is right in line.

Tee boxes need some work, and there are a lot of bare spots under trees (which is to be expected), but everything else is good! Challenging and fun layout that is definitely worth the drive and price.
