REVIEWS OF Rock Of Ages Blacklight Minigolf IN Minnesota

Beatrice Gonzalez

This was an awesome place. Our first time there. Kids loved it.

Cameron Matthews

Courses were basically all the same with different props. Very repetitive playing, heck even the pars were all 3. Would not recommend, much better places to go for $23. Also, the music played on a loop, with like 1.5 songs, waste of money.

John Melich

I went here for the first time the other week and had a great time. The Mall of America has been adding more and more experiences, family activities, and attractions over the last few years instead of just shopping. It's a good idea and this is a worthy addition. Each hole is not as long or intricate as you may be used to on an outdoor course, but it's style and blacklight novelty makes up for that.

Chris Rankine

Awesome monster/flat track putt putt. I look forward to coming back next time I am in town.

Samantha Samuelson

Was alot of fun. We kind of rushed through it though because of the people behind us but best to take your time.

Jazminee Pastor

The artwork was awesome! A nice activity to do with the kids. Staff was nice too and was bigger than it looks.

This week at the MOA it's homeschool week. There are certain places with discounts for homeschool families. Rock of Ages is supposed to be one of them. When we got there the guy working was very confused and had to call someone else up to see if there was a deal. The 2nd guy said no, they didn't offer any homeschool deals. So I brought up the coupon page on my phone. Guy #2 says oh yeah this is what we needed, if you would have shown us this we can give you the deal but only for 1 person. (Coupon clearly states 1 per person not 1 per group) whatever, we got a small discount and played golf. Not the coolest course I've ever seen but we had a good time. We are happy for the deals offered to us yesterday. I just think if your place or business is going to be on an advertising page of a special event you should probably understand the coupon. No other issues were had all day with any other places.

So much fun in such a small place !

What a joke we were there a couple months ago, and tried to go golfing but they were all booked up. The lady said we should make reservations ahead of time so today I tried to call ahead to make reservations and the DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER! This is 2018 and this business doesn't have a way to connect with them. What type of business doesn't have a phone number? One that probably won't be around long. Don't waste your time here!

Coral Kelley

Not sure if it was worth the money but it was cool in there

We were rushed though the course by other customers behind me. The course is missing some key bumpers to bounce the ball off making the ball go off course (perhaps this is intended). Also why would the putter be the same color as the turf itself? (Why not a neon color) Hard to align the putter to the hole when you can't see it. The ramps needs lights inside of them to show it’s a ramp and not just a solid object. Overall wasn’t impressed for the price.

Mr Beast

Fun but not enough room and the 18th hole took forever and lots of power got yelled at because the ball got lost

Melissa Aymond

Lots of fun, glow-in-the-dark putt putt. Good price for the experience. Beautifully done.

Never played mini-golf in the dark!!! Super fun...

z9834

Fun little mini golf place with a nice atmosphere. But not very challenging. And like everything else in Mall of America it is over priced.

Perry Holthaus

Had reservation when they opened at 11am, it's now 11:15 and no one here and still waiting to open.

It was fun, course was kind of lame.

Its a fun course

Golf itself was very fun and very well themed, but the staff wasn't very friendly.

The course was pretty fun to play. Although it was dirty and the props looked like they had been hit with clubs.

Quinn Enestvedt

The course wasn't exceptional, but was a simple, thoroughly fun experience. Definitely recommend. The art is of the different musical eras, and it's interesting. The obstacles and sound effects match the theme, and are interesting. Overall, not super difficult, and the decor was fun. A good activity to do with others.

Nate Waite

Great spot for a family activity. There are actually some challenging holes. Fun place.

Adam Traetow

The mirror maze was way better, but my kid still loved it. Adult meh, kid approved. Each hole is not very long.

Good times

Very unique, loved the decor and music, but we felt very rushed. They should allow some time before letting another group start. The pileup of groups got ridiculous on the Back 9. Not enough room for everyone. It got hot, and loud, and people didn't have enough time to try to make decent shots. A five minute timer at the entrance would go a long way to prevent the huge clusters of people who are there to have fun, but end up frustrated. An explanation and map of the holes would be nice too. A neat experience, but doubt we'd return.

My son absolutely loved the combination of indoor mini golf and the visual effects of the black light. Will be back for sure!

Kasey Peterson

Same flat course with different props, and smae music on a loop. Par 3 for all holes. Moose mountain has much more interesting courses, plus a free round if you make the last hole in one. Really only cool thing is the blacklight here. The artwork is less "Rock N Roll" and more disco era

Pam Gackle

Fun place but it was hard to enjoy our game when other groups were right behind us.

Jay Aeilts

It was lots of fun!!

Only reason this place gets 1 star is because 0 isnt an option. What is the point in having you show up hours early to sign up for a tee time if your just gonna let the next people to walk in he right on your heels. We even complained to the manager who just ignored us. Save your time and money because the owner and employees dont give a f$%&

Ian Richards

Danny Storvick

Was fun, the props and neon looked cool. Decent course didn't feel too long or too short. But some of the holes in the course seemed sandwiched in and several holes didn't have much variation in layout that it seemed repetitive after a while.

Young Romeo

Nikki Smith

Lots of fun! Definitely recommend people to check this place out!

Ingrid Gerling

For the price it's worth a round or two, but don't expect much. It's great for kids but it does hurt your eyes (3D glasses, careful if you're headache-prone). You don't need the glasses, and the course is probably 10-15 minutes long with a few people playing (excluding wait time for other players). It's definitely worth at least one trip in, if not more.

Mark Johnson

But over priced all the bigger clubs were gone and gave no discount if we wanted to play with little clubs

It was fun but cramped and stuffy. Price was ok. Do it once if you like mini golf.

We were put on a 90 minute waiting list. We showed up at 90 minutes and waited 5 minutes while the person at the counter helped the people in front of us. We were then turned away because we were "late." Don't waste your time.

Go here instead of the moose golf course. The moose one is overrated. The theme is nice and it's has some nice gimmicks to make the golf course entertaining.

We went today with an 11 year old, 5 year old, 2 year old along with my husband and myself. We had a ball. It was not expensive and just long enough that everyone wasn't bored and ready to leave. We would definitely come again. No complaints here and we did order our tickets online a head of time.

The course itself is pretty uninspiring. The atmosphere is nice though, but the course can't compare to Can Can Wonderland. It's not too expensive though and it's a quick time burner.

This is fun! I'd do it again.
