New clubhouse is fantastic. The bar/grill is a tremendous upgrade from the soggy sandwiches that used to be there. The bar is really cool with maize and blue lighting. Nicer pro shop, too. Course is always fun. Tough greens.

Great course, challenging approach shots. Local knowledge is crucial. For everything that is good and holy don't walk and carry unless you are doing it specifically for the exercise or a kidnapper is making you walk as ransom to get your child back.

This is the University of Michigan golf course where the UM Golf Team plays. It is a McKenzie design and is a very challenging course, with small and tough greens, lots of blind shots, long grass areas, etc. I play in a league here, and as a 68 year old 18.5 handicap senior, it is a bit too challenging for me. Lots of hills, so its hard to walk. The finishing hole has a shot over water to the green which is very challenging. The hardest hole may hole 3, a par 5 with lots of hills and a blind steep uphill shot to a difficult green.

Attended a reception at the U of M Golf Course. It was a very beautiful setting and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD!!! Everyone at the table commented on the lovely building. I would recommend this venue for any party or wedding.

Best place to park for football games. The only drawback is the boot you out two hours after the game ends so post game tailgate may be shorter than you'd like.

Great place to tailgate for Michigan games! $40/car. Be a good tailgater and bring garbage bags for your trash, hand sani for the porta potties, and a good attitude to cheer on the Wolverines!

Wonderful classic course. A real treat for anybody who is able to play it. I got a taste of Augusta with the undulating greens and deep bunkers. Can't wait to play it again when in Ann Arbor! Go BLUE!

Course and new clubhouse are awesome. The Grill space is spectacular and huge. Unfortunately my hopes that they would bring food up to standards of new space were dashed. UM seemingly does EVERYTHING well, except concessions. The grill is worthless, luke warm 20 oz bottles of soda, 5 menu items (burger was bad, burnt homemade chips, frozen solid ice cream), and poor service (slow). And to top it off, STILL no cart gal (or guy) on the course. So disappointing that the new digs didnt change much. Rats.

Beautiful course! It is well maintained and very clean. Some of the holes were very challenging and a few of the greens were very fast. All in all a great day on the golf course, and if you are a walker be prepared for all of the Hills. Few of the holes were very challenging with pin placement, which is always welcomed :-)

For privates events, the rooms up stairs are amazing. They are actually a very place and the view of the Big house, Crisler, and the rest of the athletic campus is beautiful. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The food is very good as -always when provided by Michigan Catering. Everything is extremely clean. They have a nice audio and video systems. Also, I really love the lobby upstairs.

Course conditions are a bit below average. The course is pretty noisy since it is in the city. The design is old school, which is a good thing. I shot 81, which seems ok for a first time so the course is pretty easy.
