Greens are well maintained, but today's golfer is slipping on replacing divots and especially not fixing ball marks on greens. Even seeing damage done by irate golfers. Maybe alcohol should be reconsidered..

Stonehedge (South course) boasts the North and South courses. Stonehedge offers tree-lined and open parkland layouts providing a wonderful test for your all-round game, with many attractive, skilfully crafted and challenging holes to enjoy.

The courses and service at the Gull Lake resort are excellent! Our group has been making an annual trip for 15 years and it just gets better each year. Stoatin Brae is a great addition, but a little pricey. Make the drive out to Bedford once, but probably not worth a return trip. We've not found a better place for hosting a golf trip.

A shorter course with expansive greens. Strikes a nice balance of open fairways with narrow sections. Probably not a place where you'll lose a lot of balls. Not overly challenge, but the average golfer will be challenged enough to maintain interest.

Great course as you would expect from the Gull Lake group. Well maintained with a good mixture of open and tree lined holes. Great selection of tee boxes for all abilities. 95 degrees outside and no drink cart, that would be my only criticism.

Haven't played the North side in a while, but I just played South today. Bring at least your A- game, it's tight. Might want to know your club distances, there's a lot of layups and strategic tee shots to be had. P.S. The Bloody Mary is pretty good too.

We had one of the best golf experiences ever playing Stonehedge South. The course was in absolute perfect condition. Beyond that, the clubhouse attendant (Hunter) was just a perfect host: Professional, positive, and just a great representative of the course. We drove a distance to play the course and it was well worth it. Thank you to Stonehedge for such a great golf experience.

The courses are very intriguing and can be demanding to score well, but quite suited for any level of player. I personally don't like "blind shots" at all , but it is a couple"must play" area courses

Played both the north and south courses today, both were in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and the beer cart girl seemed to be in the right place most of the time. Kudos to the starter Tom at the 1st tee and the lady working at the Turn, both on the north course, were super-friend and helpful.

We played the Stonehedge North course, part of the Gull Lake View Resort complex near Battle Creek, in beautiful weather in late September. The pro shop is more than adequate, and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The golf course was in good condition and the greens were in very good condition, if slower than expected. Course maintenance was good. The curse itself is an entertaining mixture of holes, with several dogleg right holes that play perfectly to a fade. There is plenty of room in landing areas and few tight holes. The green complexes are not particularly challenging but I found the greens unusually difficult to read. I was consistently lipping out left. All in all, entertaining golf in a nice venue. A little less challenging than expected, but you get your money's worth.

Course is in really good shape. Pace of play was good as well. Only complaint ....I'm asked not to bring my own beer and not once during 18 holes did I see a beverage cart. Next time I'll be bringing my own beers.

One of the best of six courses owned by GLV. Greens roll true. Never in bad shape. Do yourself a favor and book a tee time here. North is more open while South's views are a little nicer. 36 holes, range and two practice areas leave you plenty of room to warm up. Avoid the crowds and hacks in the city and come play where every hole feels like vacation!
