Over all awful experience to start off we had a 8am tee time and we teed off and we were on the green gettting ready to putt by 8:04 (group of 4) when a staff member drove up to us and proceeded to tell us we need to speed up that there was a group behind us (he did not know they were friends of ours and we knew there tee time was 810) as we continued to play we realized our golf cart had a flat tire Over all was not impressed with the this golf course the price was a little steep compared to other par3 courses as well as the staff being very rude, the golf carts or the overall course thought the whole place you could not walk far without walking though mud

Par 3 - Great place for a quick 18 with decent condition. Staff at the the pro shop are always friendly. I'd avoid busy hours though, I can imagine the pace would be slow.

Great local course. It's in great shape. Greens were super fast. Played the back 9 in 1.5 hrs. Not crowded weekday mornings - so if you want to get in a quick round in a classic new England setting, head here now.

Not bad for a par 3. Fairways are in semi rough shape. Greens are nice (fast greens btw) and a decent amount of shade. Could use better (more) direcrional markers on the cart paths. Tee markers were consistent and fecent score card map. But I felt treated like a 2nd class citizen because I used a Mass Tour Card voucher. A touch of attitude at check in and when we got rained out they gave others in my party a voucher for future play but not me. So I wasted one of my Mass Tour Card Vouchers, which I paid $99 for, on half a round.

Par 3. Not much to it. Greens were in phenomenal condition but that's most of what they need to take care of. $47 for 18 with a cart is a bit much for what you get.

Wow guys I golfed here for 5 years , moved away to Colorado came back and y'all charging 40 $ to play lol no way man I will not be going there the greens were never good but we're okay for the price , now the course is basically the same and you charge double lol just moved three streets away too , what a shame your employers are greedy

Went there for a wedding. Clubhouse is wheelchair accessible (entryway and bathrooms). Nice grounds although there would be no easy way for somebody in a wheelchair to get around the golf course.

Course is in great shape! DO NOT go into the clubhouse. Overpriced food, horrible service, uninformed servers, and a general lack of not caring. Been in three times since Sterling took over... Three bad experiences... Ill only golf here and ill bring my own lunch!

Apparently the “policy” is that a full bag is needed to play this course, which is not advertised anywhere on their website. But they will gladly rent you a bag and clubs for a quick buck!

The 2nd longest 18 hole par three golf course in America, the course record is only 4 under and the pricing is perfect. Course conditions are fantastic, the picture below was taken by my phone - LOOK at the green quality - what a value and great course.

I was VERY disappointed with this new management and will most likely never return to play here. I had a gift certificate from Rockland that they told me last year to hold onto until they could get the reader for them. Now this year, they refuse to honor it saying that they do not have the card reader that issued it. So everyone that has one should lose the value? What kind of business practice is that? The woman I spoke to, Karen, was very rude and basically yelled at me saying it wasn't their fault and that I should go to Strawberry Valley, have them read it, print a validation slip, have it signed stating what the value is. REALLY? For all that work, I'd rather give Strawberry Valley my business instead. They will honor it and apologized for someone else's rude behavior!!!! Play Strawberry, it's a nicer course, and the staff are ten times better by far!!!!!
